I was shocked they had my exact boot but $200 cheaper. The service was great! Amber even treated my boots for me. My only complaint is that even though there is a 30 day return it is only for something you haven't really worn. I asked if I could wear them In my home to make sure I got the correct size. Nope, that is considered used. Hmmmm.... that doesn't sound right but okay. The store seemed pretty clean but I was only there looking at the boots. The roundabout entrance from Haun can be a hit or miss situation. There are always those drivers who are in a rush, texting, or just don't bother looking to see if it's clear. Then you sometimes have to deal with the ones who just don't know how a roundabout works at all (oh yes, they're out there)! Both are annoying af to say the least. The parking lot outside Bushfire Kitchen, Crumbl, Panda Express, etc. could have been spread out more. Be careful turning those tight corners because some people make wide ass turns. I've come close to being sideswiped a few times from dummy drivers who don't pay attention, smh. Stalls seem to be slimmer in that lot compared to the rest of the Marketplace, too. The Target store forever runs out of stuff, and the Starbies inside never really gets the new merch. If they do, they don't get a lot so whatever it is sells out fast. TJ Maxx and Home Goods usually have decent things, and if you're a techie, there's a Best Buy here. =) Burlington is one of the newcomers, but it doesn't seem like they're getting a lot of love. If you're hangered, there's Red Robin, In n Out, Miguel's, Hana Sushi, Bushfire Kitchen, and a few others to choose from. Better Buzz is supposedly coming soon to the old Starbucks location, but it's moving at a snail's pace. It's a good place to get shopping done, but I'd recommend coming during non peak times. You'll want to avoid the nuisance of hitting all the red lights on Haun. Have at it!

The Gap is one of the few established shopping stores that still remain. Meaning, when you go to this outlet mall, it's not like going to say Cabazon where you'll find hundreds of shops. Again, this is one of the few remaining established businesses. Once inside the store you'll find what you will find at most Gap shops that are located within outlet malls. They have all of the stuff that all the Gap stores have, at a little bit of a discount. I've never found any great deals at this store. Yes, things are a little bit discounted, and sometimes they bring certain items down a lot. But, this is nothing that you won't find it every Gap store in every shopping center across the country. This store is well organized. It's very clean. And, the staff are all very nice. So, in terms of the overall atmosphere, this is a good place to go. From my experience, however, you just not going to find any super deals. This is just something to keep in mind. Don't expect a miracle. Overall, if you're looking for what the Gap offers, this is one of the places to get it. It's fully stocked, it has a lot of variety, and you may find that deal you're looking for.

I asked the employee if they would honor the price since it was the same style jeans, and she said, no, because corporate told them they need to mark up the jeans in order to provide the discount. She said they were too short staffed to finish marking them up. I requested that because some of them were marked at the lower price that they honor the lowest ticketed price. She told me it was the manager's discretion whether they chose to honor the lowest ticketed price, and she was the manager and refused to honor the price.

When we entered, I politely said hello, but instead of being greeted back, the employees just stared at us. We continued shopping and found some jeans my nephew really liked. After waiting patiently in line, we got to the register and were told the jeans could not be sold because they weren't priced. We politely asked if they could simply price the item, especially since it was sitting out on the sales floor with similar jeans nearby, but the cashier refused. Another employee then joined in and firmly repeated that they would not sell them. I don't understand how a thrift store selling donated items--especially one that claims to raise money for those in need--would refuse a sale over something that could have easily been resolved. What made the experience worse was the clear difference in attitude. The cashier was warm and friendly to the older white man in front of us, but cold and dismissive toward us. We received no customer service despite being polite the entire time and simply trying to purchase clothing. It's unfortunate because if not for how we were treated at checkout, we would have gladly returned. Sadly, after this experience, we won't be back.
