I visited this location earlier today. I had forgotten my TJX rewards card. Beatrice was incredibly helpful. She informed me that I could scan a QR code and use my card that way. This place is a MESS! Can't even shop for things everything is in the isles and strewn about the floor. Merchandise is dirty or crumpled. And employees just standing around talking to each other or texting on their phones. I have never experienced a store this bad! read more

This store was very misconceiving. The front is adorably decorated with a smattering of Halloween decor and festive holiday items. As you move further in, it was just a mess. The toy section was ridiculous, it's just everything randomly thrown all onto the shelves with no rhyme or reason. Couldn't find the girl's section, a teen section nor a sports section. So even if these areas existed, they were not easy to locate within the store. I would not return to this location again as the wrapped around line alone was a huge turn off to not want to buy anything. read more

We go in here randomly just to check out the store inventory. There's always good deals and things to find and randomly buy. Perfect for retail therapy. However, I never see anyone to ask for assistance and typically the people working won't even say excuse me when handling store stocking. The line is always long but moves fairly quickly. This store is great if you want random selections of items without driving to the neighboring towns. It's perfect for reward days for our kid. read more

Is there anything better than a new store? No, there isn't... Everything is new! Just opened a couple of weeks ago. I wanted to wait to go and give it some time to operate. The location is great, it is a new shopping center... ultra beauty, 5 below, Panera and Starbucks all in one shopping center. Right off the 15 freeway. The merchandise like with any Marshalls is great; clothing, shoes and accessories for the entire family. Pet supplies, house decor, beauty products so much to see! The employees seem like they were all well trained, top notch customer service. They all had big smiles on their faces and were eager to help. read more

the manager lady with the white hair is extremely rude and unprofessional i went in to do a return on a item and she did not want to accept the return reason, "item tag did not match item" i said how is that my problem i bought the item like that what was i supposed to do? and she also gave me attitude when i told her ok so what do u want me to do i still want to return it and she said well that tag doesn't go with that item so that she wasn't going to do the return so i said ok thank you ill just go to another Marshalls and i also left the $120 worth of other item i was about to purchase and took my business to another Marshalls and they accepted the return no questions asked . So i hope they gave her a raise for that attitude she gave me and to the other girl who was helping me out in the first place thank you for being very helpful in bringing the entire team for a $20 shirt im sure you get paid enough for it, you all should be as quick as you where to bring the entire store employees to check on one item to open more registers when there is an entire DMV line waiting to be checked out as you did for an item check.only 3 registers where open and all they where doing is chitchatting away . read more

Found a few things. House decorations for fall were slim pickings. Most of the staff were busy talking amongst themselves and not acknowledging guest as they pasted my. I was greeted at the door where there was mask and sanitizer available to guest. They did all that is possible to stay with in covid guidelines and help guest feel comfortable. read more

5 stars for a clean store and great products! Most employees are super nice a few need work but that's with everywhere.

Hit or miss with clothes sometimes but they usually have super cute things here, whether shoes, home decor, clothes, etc

2 stars are for the size and cleanliness of the store. Other than that, I hate this Marshall's. Everything is over priced. I was expecting to walk in and find a bunch of work pants and shirts, just to come here and just find a bunch of Calvin Klein shirts for 24.99 & up. Other Marshall's have amazing steals of just regular cute tops and I always leave with a bag full. This Marshall's just isn't what I thought it was. read more

Okay here goes I have to say I love that we have a Marshalls in my neighborhood I'm literally four miles away from this Marshalls I love that it's nice and clean obviously because it's a new store and it's so organized it's awesome but here those the negative the employees there can use a little bit of training on how to greet the customers and make them feel welcomed they do not do that I've been in there a couple of times already and it's been a month now and I got to tell you they do not do that there I did not want to have one employee come up to me and asked me if I needed any help the funny thing about it is I had walked by at least three employees stood in the beauty aisle to employees were walking by didn't greet or say hello and I know this is a No-No because I have worked at Marshall's before and I know that is a big deal that was installed in me I work the floor and the register and I always said hello how you doing anything I would let me know these employees are there I have to say they did not do that the whole three times that I've been there even my daughter said the same thing she nobody greeted her nobody asked her she needed to help finding anything and she stood right next to someone in beauty that was stalking and she was getting something and the girls side like my daughter was in her way now I know that's a No-No 2 because again I've worked at Marshalls for a while and I know that you're supposed to be very courteous to see what they need it's hard I get it customers are not always the greatest we all know that if you work retail but I'm going to let you know now Marshalls in Elsinore California you need to step up your game with your employees have a little talk with them because they're not doing their job on the floor greeting the customers and making them feel like they belong there for a happy shopping experience just saying. Oh and I almost forgot to add one more thing to the womb all the times that I've been to this Elsinore store that just opened back in March I was not asked once if I would like a TJX again and another know now because they're supposed to do that they're not friendly up there at the register they're not friendly on the floor but I will give him this the store is clean it's organized he looks beautiful and everything's away should be active beauty is awesome but the employees need some training skills on how to greet the customers and a system they lack that 100% read more
