Never encountered an unpleasant worker here. Something interesting is they typically have 1-2 lanes open, don't have a returns counter (they process them at the same register) but they handle it all very well. I mean if the line is getting extremely long, you don't have to wait long before they're opening a 2nd or 3rd land to handle the excess.

We decided to have a BBQ at a water reserve and I needed cups, plates, forks, spoons, napkins and serving dishes. I found all of that here for cheap. It was great. The balloons were on the right hand side when you first walk in through the door and they are all already there for you to take to take to the checkout aisle. The worker write at the register was is very efficient, the line fairly fast and they added another person to the register when he saw that the line was pretty long, so thank you for the team member here for being considerate, and helping out. As of October 2023 balloons were $1.50 each or so. Is very quick and a great process, so no complaints on my end. This is the place to get inexpensive items such as snacks, decorations, and household items. The store is right by the main driveway so there are a lot of cars funneling in and out to the main road there. There's also a Starbucks right there on the other end of the parking lot too so be careful of drivers.

I bought a few cards, garden items, gift bags, some toys for my grandson, fake foliage, snacks, toothbrushes, and dental floss. Items are no longer a dollar more like $1.25, $1.50 with some items priced higher like $6.00 or $7.00 on up. Prices have risen but it's still bargain prices compared to other stores. My lovely cashier was sweet yet efficient so check out was quick & pleasant.

Replied very upfront and with an attitude before I can finish saying "please" responded back "No, it's not working" when the answer could've been a different tone like "I'm sorry our restroom is out of order" could've been a different approach. 2 I know the restroom is working because I was just there 2hrs ago and had to go back for something. This dollar tree requires another associate to come and open the door for you but I'm sure the cashier just didn't want to take the time to ask for help for a customer. Which is fine but lied instead. I know retail can be frustrating. I've worked retail since I was a teen myself but I was never disrespectful to anyone just because I was having a bad day. I chose kindness even on days that were rough and I was drained. Mind you the restroom wasn't for me. It was for my disabled non verbal older sister. I come here regularly because my sister loves this dollar tree. Structure is everything to her. If you have a loved one in the spectrum you understand. Today was pretty disappointing.. If it's not lack of customer service, it's missing price labels on displays or mixed-up labels, or deceptive placement of price labels. Even late Friday morning, fried chicken will not be out for 1/2 hour (with a special advertised), Produce people running around with tons of boxes, empty shelves. Produce quality is declining. Didn't buy cucumber as only a few left and all soft. Bakery person hasn't put out sale rack, as she is only one in dept. And I was there the following Wednesday, and they changed their sale rack prices, so hardly a bargain. And new price is not near old so easy for cashier to miss it. Floral dept. Only one person working and trying to get out new shipment. She was helpful though. And the fresh salmon was squishy and smelly (old? or maybe previously frozen?)
