Everytime I come here there is an issue with checkout. Multiple times my rewards card hasn't been scanned properly and I don't receive my fuel points. I tried calling and emailing the help line and was given the run around for 2 weeks and never got my fuel points. The customer service was so incredibly RUDE and someone named Danielle actually even raised her voice at me. Yesterday I went and now reviewing my receipt I was overcharged because an item was on my receipt that I never even purchased! I don't even have the patience to call the customer service line because I know nothing will get resolved. I'm so incredibly frustrated with this company because I'm getting cheated out fobmoney and my fuel points. Also can you please staff properly. There are so many people in the aisles or just walking around doing nothing and you have one cashier with a line extending down the food aisles. read more

Ralph's is where we do all our main weekly marketing. We get 4x points on Friday's which goes towards gas points of up to $1 off a gallon. Overall, there is a good selection and with weekly coupons there are a lot of good deals to be found. Their buy six bottles of wine is a really good deal. We have found some very good wine, like Opolo and Austin Hope. Also very convenient is the pharmacy. Their florist department is not as good as other markets in the area. Recently I had an issue with an Amazon gift card I purchased here. It seems the issue is with the gift cards from Amazon, which when you scratch off the back, the middle numbers are missing. One of the cashiers told me they have recently had this happen often. It was a real hassle getting my money credited back. I hope Ralph's pulls the cards and returns them to Amazon. Just beware if you buy gift cards for Christmas gifts--your gift recipient may not be able to use the card. read more

I didn't go here to shop but I went to the gas pump several times while visiting Temecula. The pumps are new, clean and pump quickly. The prices were high but better than most in town. The employee working was kind and informed me if you shop inside and spend $100 or more you can get 10 cents off a gallon. read more

We will never return to this Ralphs. We came in because my 2 year old daughter has a cough from the recent weather changes and needed medicine. When she coughed in the store, another customer began very loudly berating my toddler. Instead of stepping in to de-escalate the situation or address the other customer's behavior, the cashier stood by and allowed it to continue. When we became upset and defended ourselves, employees focused on our reaction rather than the fact that another customer was shaming a family with a small child. No parent should have to experience their toddler being publicly shamed while employees fail to intervene appropriately. Extremely disappointing customer service and an uncomfortable environment. Convenience puts this store in the 4 star category for moi. And perhaps nice employees and a pretty large selection of almost anything you need. It is located right next to Fitness 19 which allows me to pick up needed items after I get out of the gym. Employees seem to care and most go out of their way to say hello or help me out when needed. The store is large and they carry a large selection of pretty much everything. Prices can be high although on items such as meat and dairy. They do have some bargain bins located in the front and towards the back that have good prices or specials on some items. This Ralph's also has a filling station in the back across the street. Points from shopping translates to cheaper prices at the pump. Ralph's is a good store that checks most of the boxes: location, selection, price and service. This Ralph's is a large, full sized grocery store. Full stop. It has lots of food items, a huge Meats/Sea Food and Deli section, wide Aisles, an indoor Starbucks, along with a CVS pharmacy. More importantly, all the employees here are a friendly bunch, who are willing to help you find whatever it is that you need. I only wished we lived closer. Between the cold cuts, Starbucks and some needed items, I spent about $50 or so and felt their prices to be fair and not inflated. I know Kroger is trying to merge with Albertsons at the moment, but the only other Ralphs nearby, are located in Menifee and Lake Elsinore. I absolutely love the Ralphs in Menifee, however every single time I make the drive to their Temecula location, there's a problem. I have given grace for their lack of knowledge when I caught the manager in a lie because rather than own up and admit they were unaware of the temporary fire policies concerning their hot foods, the manager decided to lie instead stating it ended. Well, since the cashier, though clueless as well, was extremely nice...I gave another pass. Fast forward to today, which i attempted to avoid this location altogether because I can no longer excuse their poor service, unfortunately the fryer at their Murrieta location is down so I was forced to go to the Temecula location only to find out they REFUSED to fry the fish freshly packaged from their Murrieta location. Yes, I can go home and fry it better, but that's not the point. Whoever is in charge at this location runs it like a racist franchise. Kroger should be ashamed to allow this location to run so independently void of values. You couldn't pay me to step foot in this location again. read more

Due to it's close proximity to our home and the fact that CVS and the Postal Annex, both of which I also frequent, are in the same shopping area, Ralph's has been my default grocery store for most items. It's a large store with lots of parking always available. They have a Starbucks, pharmacy, nice floral area, bakery, deli and more. Both the produce and meat sections have plenty of organic options. I usually use Total Wine or Costco for liquor purchases, but in a pinch, Ralph's has a great selection. They carry lots of cheeses and other charcuterie items right next to the deli. One minor complaint I have is that there is almost always a wait to place a deli order; they could definitely use some more staff there. I have a Kroger (Ralphs) reward card to scan for any sale prices and it also means I receive coupons targeted to my previous purchases. The staff that I've interacted with have been friendly and helpful. This Ralph's is a great store that I'll continue to frequent! read more

I am 5 foot two and simply cannot reach so many items in your store. Largely due to things not being pushed forward and rotated. When I ask at checkout for someone to go grab something because I couldn't reach it they act like it's an inconvenience, and have said that if the person is not back in time with my item, they will have to suspend my order. I have to be honest about Ralph's, the reason I truly dislike shopping here and never go unless there is no other choice, is because of there obnoxious pushing with their club cards to any kind of a decent price. Literally everything in store has two prices, with (regular prices) or without (inflated prices) a club card. To top that for some of the discounts they require that you have their app installed on your phone at time of checkout! This is an extremely annoying way of getting your customers to give up their privacy for your demographics! There was a time not so long ago that you could go into a grocery store and if an item was on sale or had a discounted price, or even the regular price, it was applied automatically at the register without jumping through ten hoops and giving up your privacy to get it. If a company wants to make a fortune and get all the customer, just bring back the simple, no nonsense, no tricks, fair pricing and you will have customers wrapped around the building! read more

Today I visited the store around 0800 and felt very unwelcome. The normal employees smile and greet you, but for the second time in recent weeks I visited the store and have been inconvenienced by who I assume is corporate employees. Corporate is expected to lead by example and when I worked retail corporate was expected to welcome guests as well. I stood in the meat isle for over 3 mins staring into the large group of business casual dressed individuals with notepads and name badges while they chose to laugh, talk, and stand around the products I was trying to grab. After their conversation they didn't smile, acknowledge me, ask me is there anything I need help with, or apologize for taking up my time for several minutes. If corporate ever wonders why their numbers are not up to expectations with the other 4 big brand stores within a 2mile radius, it's because of situations like this. Instead of spending hundreds of dollars, I chose to keep it minimum and spent my grocery money elsewhere. On average, the employees here are fantastic smile, greet, and ask if I need assistance. I will choose another store more often because I refuse for my money to go to corporate individuals like this. read more

This is my go to supermarket unless I need bulk then I go to Costco but that's another review. This Ralph's is beautiful, clean, and fully stocked on everything that I need. This is also the place for me to cash in on my lotto winnings since they have always been able to cash out my larger wins. The staff is extremely helpful and nice. The restrooms are clean. They also have a special section ( I don't know how to explain it) but it feels like a Macys house ''home'' section. Oh, and before I forget, they also have a cheese section lol and a Starbucks inside. So literally it's a one stop shop. The only thing it's missing is the gas station lol. read more

It was my first visit to the Temecula Ralphs located on the Temecula Parkway, while waiting for my Thai takeout next door. This particular Ralphs was very well stocked and organized to say the least. The staff were friendly and actually welcomed me as I entered. The deli section of the market was quite appealing, and I noticed that they offered a wide variety of items that could create an excellent charcuterie board for my next visit to the local wineries! In addition, the wine selections were also very attractive with local wines as well as wines from various other regions. Definitely a one-stop-shop establishment for a person stocking the fridge, or packing a picnic lunch for an outing. read more

The team, especially Cheryl, was so sweet in helping me grab a bigger cart, check out, and finding another team member to take it to the car. One of the BEST customer service experiences! It's a nice store, but: tldr; two uninformed employees result in aggravation lol I ordered Daily Crave Sriracha Lentil Chips and the only option was "ship" - pickup and delivery were unavailable. So I ordered 7 bags and received them this morning. Of those, 6 were flat (did not hold hold air) Additionally, the first thing I saw when I took them out of the box was loose chips in the bottom. Since I had been shopping the local Vail Ranch site intending to pick up when I ordered these chips, I called the store to ask how to return these. I was told I had to bring them in to the store to return (20 mile round trip). When I got to the store and explained the issue, the cashier told me Ralph's doesn't ship, it had to have been instacart. (hinting that Instacart was responsible) I showed her the order on my phone, showing it was purchased and shipped directly from Ralph's, but she continued to say they don't ship, and that I had to have gotten them somewhere else. OMG it was right there on my phone in black and white, on the Ralph's site, that I ordered them from Ralph's and they were shipped from Ralph's. She then said she had to figure out where I got the chips from before she could do anything, since they don't ship, and I said no, I've shown you the order number and the order; you have to handle this return, then figure out what you don't know later. I was pretty PO'd. So just to make sure, I came home, went online, put bags of the same chips in my cart and it said again, "Pickup not available", "Delivery not available" and "Ship" was the only option. Click on the pic below to see what I mean. So, the first problem was calling the store and receiving incorrect information; I should have been told I could do a return online, or call a Customer Service line for online returns, and not told to bring them in to the store. Second problem was the cashier not knowing Ralph's has products that are *only* available for shipping, and that they come up in a search when online shopping a local store. The cakes that the bakery aisle have out front on display to buy are so cute, if you come to buy a cake just get one of those instead of a custom. I learned the hard way that they put much more effort to the cakes out on display than they do if they are custom. When I called and placed a order for a custom cake to pick up on 8/6/20 I thought they would look as nice as the ones they have on display but when I picked it up I was surprised on how amateur the cake was. It was so plain that I went into the baking section and bought some decorations for it and did it myself when I got home. Also I asked them to give me a call when the cake was finished which they never did and every time I called and got transferred to bakery the phone would continuously ring and no one would pick up. When I came to pick it up the clerk in bakery seemed irritated, she saw I needed assistance but turned her back after making eye contact with me and worked on stickering French bread. Someone in deli saw this happening and asked the women in bakery if she can help me. The women in bakery looked up at the clock and just sighed as if to imply that she can't hand it to me because it's late and she was busy, it was 7pm. So the deli clerk just went in the back to go get the cake and handed it to me instead. Another women came to ask bakery a question and the bakery clerk ignored her too so she walked off. I have been a customer of the Temecula Ralphs off of Temecula parkway for the past 13 years. I have ordered cakes, food, drinks, alcohol, etc for party's that I have had over the years as well as simply coming in and picking up last minute items and have always brought in one of my Yorkie dogs with me. They have ALWAYS been in a blanket and I sat them in the cart where I have seen MANY MANY MANY people over the years do the EXACT SAME THING with their little dogs. I had walked over to the deli department and heard someone say MISS, MISS, MISS several times, but I kept walking because I've never once had anyone chase me down in the store. I finally turned around and STORE MANAGET SHANNON told me that I wasn't allowed to have my dog in the front of the cart and that even service dogs need to be on a leash. My little one is diabetic and has congestive heart failure, so walking through the store isn't an option, nor is leaving her in the car when it's hot. I told SHANNON that I've never had a problem before over the past 13 years and she told me that NO ONE BUT A MANAGER IS ALLOWED TO INFORM CUSTOMERS OF THIS STORE POLICY. so apparently, there hasn't been a store manager for the past 13 years to inform me there was an issue. So, I picked up my little Yorkie, walked out and won't EVER SPEND ANOTHER PENNY in that store EVER AGAIN! The checker Dan is the absolute grumpiest worker I've ever seen. Today he berated the woman in front of me for not being able to find an item and having the bagger (the bagger volunteered) get it for her And then he didn't want to cash my coin star (while I was purchasing something, not just cashing ) because I didn't cash it the same day (they were crazy busy that day) he said it was no longer good but when I looked pissed, miraculously he could do it. (Coin star does suggest you do it same day only cuz they say they are easily lost) He's been that way as long as I can remember. I usually avoid him (and one other grump) but not many aisle were open It's a shame cuz there are other checkers that have been there forever and are super nice to me always. I'm writing this review because of a very positive experience I had today in the floral department. I was purchasing a bouquet of fresh flowers, and there were many price ranges to choose from, but I was on a budget. I purchased a $25 bouquet and asked the florist if she could wrap the bouquet in some paper to fancy it up a bit, as I was headed out to meet the person they were intended for. The florists name was Mary, and she went out of her way, repacked the bouquet in special paper and even added a pretty bow to the outside. We needed something to do after school so we decided why not go to Ralph's. As soon as I walked in I went to the bathroom and then found my friend then we decided that we were going to get Hersheys chocolate bar. after about five seconds one of us decided we actually didn't want Hershey's at all, we wanted snickers. For some reason, the snickers bar said "Satisfied" instead of "snickers" but my friend kept it anyways, because there was an employee looking at us, and we didn't want her to see us put it back after grabbing it. and then the other one decided that we wanted A white chocolate Hersheys bar but then made our way to the fruit stand and quickly decided we wanted. But we only wanted to spend a dollar so we decided to put the chocolate back but we didn't do that until after we had picked up the apples. Because that would've been too much walking So we both got pink Lady apples because those are obviously the best and then we put the chocolate back and got in line we only stood in line for about 36 and a half seconds where we were greeted by a cashier who's very nice and checked out our two apples that we are paying separately for. mine was $.92 and my friends was $.90 then since we didn't want the apples touching the conveyor belt we just handed it to the grocery bagger, whose name was Ali I think. she was very very very nice and was by far, the best part of our Ralph's experience. She didn't judge us for getting a bag for our single apples. then since there was a Starbucks inside, we decided we were going to get water from Starbucks to wash her apples, so that we can eat it in the parking lot. I've been shopping at Ralphs 9in Temecula for about 2 years now. I spend an average of $200 to $300 on groceries. Today (4th of July) I went to the store to replace a veggie tray that was expired. The Veggie Tray cost just over $5.00. I was told no exchange from the store manager. Hmmm. I lost $5 but Ralphs lost $2400 to $3600 a year because the manager was disinterested and didn't bother to bend a little in order to keep a once loyal customer. Goodbye, Ralphs. This is a late review to give thanks to the floral department who saved me last week. My friend was moving out of state and her going away party was on a day that I couldn't get to where I normally go to get flower leis. Flower leis are sold all year round at this one place in San Diego but it's a stretch to get there, especially with the current price of gas...and out here in the Inland Empire, you can probably only come across leis during specific season or for occasions like graduations, and the leis aren't even that pretty during those peak times. I was on a mission that day because this friend is special and she is also a Hawaii native. So I had to send her off properly. The florist at this Ralph's took the time to check her inventory for me. She didn't just answer there phone and write me off, she looked. She found a lei for me and it was one of the most beautiful I'd ever bought and only 30 bucks.! My friend was happy and so was I.
