I do like sprouts sometimes bc they used to have phenomenal deals on jumbo shrimp 8/10 or 10/13. It was really good quality as well. Its not salty or tasted bad. I don't see those deals anymore. I like the selection of cheeses they have. They have about 8 or 9 different brands of goulda and thats my fav cheese! For Thanksgiving last year they were selling pumpkin pies for 99c. Sometimes this place is awesome in deals, but usually its very pricey in other things like chocolates, cookies, veggies, and bread. I do appreciate the deli section as the people that work there are very nice and are very attentive to who's waiting. Even the seafood and meat section is the same. The customer service is quite nice and aware. This sprouts is clean and easy. I enjoy coming here, especially for those jumbo shrimps! read more

Bought a three month old expired granola. I live 30 minutes outside of town when I realized I got home and had an expired KIND granola. I had to drive 30 minutes back so hour round trip and I wanted a refund and a new non expired granola for the inconvenience. Darlene the shift manager pretty much said your out of luck and gave me attitude to me despite me having make an extra trip back and waste my gas and time. BUYER BEWARE! Three times now the scale at the self-checkout has double charged me for multiple produce items I weigh!! Each of these times I saw that it did this and asked the clerk to please credit me back. Clearly there is an ongoing problem with their software/hardware that they are not addressing!! The clerks make excuses for it each time. The THIRD time, I spoke to the manager who acknowledged that it's an issue. What?! He made excuses and said the self-checkout clerk watches for checkout issues to which, of course, I responded that it has happened on three visits to their store and NO ONE caught it... except me! And how many times before then did I not catch it?! I clearly stated to him that they were overcharging their customers and why were they not fixing it? He said he could put in an "IT request". I wasn't getting any sense of urgency from him... Note: this also happened in a Sprouts in San Diego. I am guessing they all use the same equipment so is this happening in the hundreds of stores this corporation owns throughout the country? Heads up shoppers. I placed an order to deliver 2 dozens of RED roses to my wife, I got an pop up that its out of stock, and i selected refund, after 5 minutes i saw driver is picking up flower, i taught maybe it came available and they are sending red roses even do i asked for refund and by the time i placed order somewhere else, driver delivers the flowers in picture to my wife on valentines day, i don't know who does that to a woman on valentines day, how stupid an employee can be to send these garbage falling apart flowers to someone????? This is a small Sprouts, but it had all of the things I was looking for. The wine is over by the bakery and dairy, which is an interesting choice. I had to walk around the store a bit to find the wine section. I also stopped in for some electrolyte powder, and they have several kinds, including individual packets. And, of course, they have Have'a chips. The store is tidy and there are self-checkout kiosks, and also the traditional people at the checkouts to help you if you need that. read more

We are long-time customers of Sprouts. We have avoided the Temecula stores as they seemed somewhat different than the one we shopped at in Walnut Creek for 10 years or Scottsdale for 2 years. Staff did not seem very helpful and not many bargins to be found. We gave this Sprouts a try yesterday and were pleasantly surprised. We asked someone in produce if the oranges they had on special were seedless. Without hesitation he took an orange out of the bag and cut it open to reveal no seeds. He also went on tell us of some specials like grass fed ground beef for $1.99 a pound. My man! Others in the store seemed more friendly and we found several items marked down that we use. Ohh my gosh, the PRODUCE! This is absolutely the best place around for fresh greens, fruit, veggies, mushrooms. All kinds of yummy stuff. Being vegan is tough sometimes. It's not like you can go just anywhere to get large selections. Sprouts to the rescue! No one carries the supplies they do, from my experience anyway. Sprouts has an extensive array of vitamins and protein drinks, as well as temperature sensitive items that are hard... no near impossible, to find anywhere else, where you can pick up dinner, at the same time. I'm usually in this store for a super long time. I just enjoy seeing all the selections they have. Ohh... bulk items too! I love that. Sales help and cashiers have always been really nice, polite and helpful. I can't think of a single occasion where that has not been the case. read more

Stopped by during lunch to grab more lemon drop melons and fresh deli cuts. I like the variety of organic/inorganic items available. Produce is always fresh and neatly organized. I tend to find a variety of fruits not sold in other local grocery stores (most are seasonal). The store has an open floor layout which makes it easy to find items. I really am a very big fan of sprouts markets in general. But I have to say, this location is seriously lacking and one of the worst I've been to. Specifically this review is in regards to the deli department. Jennifer is the only employee the deli has who is competent. The tall younger male with all the tattoos (who likes to talk about how he's a felon and only sprouts would hire him) is terrible, always on his phone, and just plain unprofessional. Same goes for the younger shorter girl who is behind the deli as well. Especially if you see them both on shift at the same time, all they do is mess around which makes orders take even longer, whisper to each other, and giggle. Pretty embarrassing to have these kinds of individuals representing your store. Also not to mention that without fail both of these individuals literally always mess up the orders. Seems like they can't read a ticket for their life. Genuinely don't know how it's possible to never be able to read and follow the instructions on the ticket. Ridiculous! This sprouts was completely behind schedule in their mobile order pick-up. My pick up time was 3:50 and I showed up at 4:00. The manager sent an associate to come out to speak to me on their behalf. I found this to be extremely rude and unprofessional. I also spoke to this manager on the phone trying the explain this situation to where they said "please give me a moment" and proceeded to hang up the phone. After, this is when the associate came out to verify my order (that I had placed earlier this morning) and confirmed that my order was not completed and shared with me that it would not be completed for another few hours. I asked if there was a way to get my order out now, considering the miscommunication through the app and the manager on the phone and the associate said that their manager could not help me. This location clearly does not value their customers, and I will not be returning to this location again read more

Today It's over 90 degrees in Temecula. Late afternoon went to Sprouts to buy watermelon. Guess what, the store left the most beautiful watermelons outside cooking under the hot sun for whole day. Poor watermelons:(( Brought up the concern to produce staff and didn't care and did nothing. Had to talk to the store manager and stated " it's not against the store policy." Didn't get the logic. It's common sense you don't sell heated fresh produce, especially watermelons. What a waste!!! read more

They need to have a really good inspection done. Things done here are so unsanitary and soooo much cross contamination going on. The need to fix the way things are done in the back for those who work in deli so it's not so stressful and then just maybe they won't have people quitting all the time. Great store with good selections. Main issue is my experience with the Deli. Waited a while to just place my order then waited 30 minutes for my sandwich. The person working the deli seemed nice but several other customers were experiencing long waits as well. I had seen customers come after me get taken care of before they even started my sandwich. I had to ask about it before it again before someone else now making the sandwiches realized my order. I had been in the store a lot longer than I would have liked to be. I love this market and shop at Sprouts every single week. Recently, I had a bad experience. I was going to buy some frozen Alaskan salmon. In the frozen fish cooler or freezer, I felt some of the fish and noticed it was half defrosted. This really scares me. I pointed this out to one of the ladies at a cash register (I think she was a manager). She could care less about my complaint. It seems that Sprouts management team should check their frozen food cases every single day to see if they are operational. Otherwise, customers run the risk of getting very sick. Got food poisoning from a yogurt they sold that was 7 months expired. Very disappointing because I called and they told me they'd give me a full refund and a new one. Ended up driving there and they claimed they don't sell it but I literally went to the back to show them the tag for it and it also rang up in their system. They gave me a gift card not a refund of the amount and didn't bother to give me a new jar. Super disappointed about the customer service. read more

The employees are friendly and helpful and I personally love the assortment of products available at sprouts from the fresh produce, to various foods , beverages and supplements. The deli is a hot mess from the ovens being absolutely disgusting to the workers themselves being horrible aside from a select few. They are very two faced and will go and talk behind your back. The overall vibe is honestly atrocious. The deli also uses things past their due dates and have a lot of stuff that is cross contaminated.
