Their restroom is extremely clean! You can find some unique items here you can't get elsewhere. Especially their Hispanic section. I found some of the prices to not compare well to Walmart, one star for that. I guess it's good for things on sale, but I don't care to chase down sales; I like everyday good prices. But OMGOSH, I found decaf zero sugar, sweet tea. So it's sweet tea yet decaf and has no calories. I've never seen that anywhere. And I'm obsessed!! You'll find a small clearance food section near the back of the store near the frozen stuff on the end cap. Like dented cans, expired stuff, day-old bread, or just random stuff really. Some cashiers seem nice too. I saw a butcher helping some people find stuff as well. You gotta bag your own groceries, which isn't a big deal. Overall, nice place. This is a Krogers by the way, which explains the pricing.

Here's the Door dash I was picking up when I bought the pretzel bites .

I never shop at this store but I happened to be doing a door dash on Christmas Eve and had a shopping order here. While waiting in line at the check stand they had a stand of the Hawaiian Pretzel bites. I've never had them before but I thought I could have a couple while I'm driving g. I opened them in the car and they were terrible. When I got home and was unpacking my car, I said to husband " oh, I finally tried those and they're terrible" he took them and looked at them and said " my e that's because they expired 4 days ago". I said those were $11.99, I actually going to return those. Any how, I of course couldn't find my receipt after dash g around, I get other people's receipts after every order so who k owes, o probably tossed it. I took a chance and went in the store and encountered a woman with long dark and gray hair. I stated to explain and she said " we can't sell expired things", I'm like " well, you did", and she was like " nope, not gonna happen. Okay, this is why I usually don't bother especially with a store like Food4 less. Stater bros is where we shop and this is why. I just can't believe how rude she was to me. I've never had someone act like that, like I'm in there trying to scam them for free pretzel bites. Just wanted what I gave them money for but I guess that's not possible.

You definitely get more for your money. They have great cuts of meat for less than what you would pay at other grocery stores. They have a large selection of just about everything. The bakery/ prepared food area is great, you really can't beat the price. The only thing I wish they had more of is organic. The organic selection of fruits, veggies and meat isn't very large... but still ok. They also have bulk items, larger quantities and that is great for families or just to stock up your pantry (what I do).

Been coming here since 1991 when we moved into town, i was just a teen. Over the years the city has grown, more grocery stores opened.up so there's more competition. What i love about Food4Less is when their pasta goes on sale for $0.49/each AND their Ragu sauce for $0.99/each. Hello!!! That is when i stock up on the alfredo sauces and fettuccine. I also love their mantecadas. Sooooo good!!! People are usually pretty nice here as well. Great store, great prices!!!

The aisles are spotless, the customer service is consistently great, and the made-to-order juice bar is a fantastic touch that really sets this place apart. The meat selection , especially the steaks it's expensive, but you can clearly tell the quality and freshness are there. From a food science perspective, the curation here is impeccable. I spent a solid ten minutes just admiring the turgidity of the organic Granny Smith apples ($2.99/lb)--crisp, tart, and bursting with malic acid potential. But the real magic? The Hulas coconuts and the bulk bins! There is something deeply primal and satisfying about scooping your own trail mix or pouring shimmering olive oil from a stainless steel fustifermo. The salad and hot bars are a triumph of texture and temperature control. I built a plate that was less a "meal" and more a mosaic of flavors. As I sat there, savoring a bite of their roasted veggies, I thought: This is it. The world is an adventure best tasted in small bites, and Barons provides the perfect map. If you love food that respects its molecular origins and a staff that treats you like a neighbor, you must visit. Very relaxed and casual. It's a maximalist dream of flavor!

We have found some very good wine, like Opolo and Austin Hope. Also very convenient is the pharmacy. Their florist department is not as good as other markets in the area. Recently I had an issue with an Amazon gift card I purchased here. It seems the issue is with the gift cards from Amazon, which when you scratch off the back, the middle numbers are missing. One of the cashiers told me they have recently had this happen often. It was a real hassle getting my money credited back. I hope Ralph's pulls the cards and returns them to Amazon. Just beware if you buy gift cards for Christmas gifts--your gift recipient may not be able to use the card.
