She went above and beyond helping me find what I need. I don't think I've ever had that type of shopping experience where I felt like someone cared. She needs to be acknowledged because she was absolutely amazing. The store was very busy and she was so attentive and accommodating to everyone that walked in. So thank you Stephanie for making my shopping experience the best. They're lucky to have you and I hope when I come back you're there again. Thank you for being so wonderful.

I've never had a worse retail experience than I did today at Torrid. Unfortunately, I didn't get…read morethe associate's name, but her employee number was 515076. We asked if the store could honor the online sale prices since the exact same items were showing the discounted price live on our phones. She refused to match the online pricing or make a manual price adjustment, even though we were able to purchase the items online right then and there. Instead of trying to help or explain any alternatives, she simply kept nodding and ignoring our questions. It felt dismissive and unprofessional. In the end, we returned the items and placed the order online instead. If you're shopping at Torrid, you're likely better off ordering online, where you'll often get the better prices and avoid making a trip to the store only to receive disappointing customer service.

To my surprise, he said they had just one of the Dakotas in the loved leather, and a few in black. He was patient with me and not at all pushy for me to buy. Andrew even allowed me to accompany him outside with the bags, so I could see the colors in natural lighting, which helped me select my color choice in the bag. Andrew is a great associate and is very knowledgeable of Coach products and leather. Before purchasing the bag, he wanted to make sure that I was sure of my decision, just to make sure it was what I wanted. He gift wrapped my bag and wished me a "Happy Birthday." I always have great shopping experiences at this store.

I came in for the customizable tag service. It is really cool! If you want free customization on your bag tags, they will do it for free. They do at the kiosk have additional tags for purchase in various colors, with different color fills and Motifs, you can select from. I was very interested in purchasing an additional tag for my bag, but unfortunately, you need to make an in-store purchase in order to be able to purchase an additional tag. So just a heads up if you're planning to go ahead of time. For the holidays, I was gifted the bag with a matching slim, wallet, and the keychain. I wasn't really looking at purchasing anything additional other than the customizable tags to complete the look for my bag. I love the way it came out. Thank you Coach!
