For it being Christmas time the store was clean. They had an amazing sale and Jacob was very helpful! Buy two items and get one free! Very good deal! So I called ahead and asked if I could make a return even though the item was purchased at a mall location, and I was told yes. When I arrived, I started the return process, and the associate, Angelina, processed it as store credit without asking me first. She then said the other option was cash and walked away from the register to look for a store credit card. We asked if she could just give us cash instead, especially since the payment hadn't gone through yet, but she and another associate acted like it was a hassle. The whole situation felt unnecessarily inconvenient and unprofessional i understand not liking my job this is still your place of employment and a level of professionalism is expected I'm so sorry that I asked for my return to be processed the same way as I paid which was in cash and that you couldn't find a store credit card in time without telling me again Miss Angelina if you do not enjoy your job move on do not make me seem as an inconvenience for your situation. read more

I only have good things to say about this store. It's an outlet, but they carry the same merchandise at a discounted price. They are also very friendly and welcoming all the time. I think they recently got a new manager he is amazing. He will try to help you with anything you need or order. Don't discount this store because it's an outlet. Great service current merchandise, and better pricing. What more can you want? read more

So I'm never returning anything here anymore unless the manager is there! Dude put my stuff on a merch card instead of back on my credit card. I've never gotten a merch card from returning stuff here before. It wasn't past the return policy which is 30 days! I'm pretty pissed off right now! Manager with the diamond face piercings was rude! She said it was not her responsibility to tell people about the best deals. Um if you tell me about the deals I will come back and spend more money. But if you are rude then I won't come back again! Therefore you will be losing money. The outlets are not that populated as it is. They need all the help they can get. So if people stop coming the store closes down and you lose your job.......hmmmm maybe it is your responsibility to tell people about the best deals! Plus the best deals are online anyways! If I could give 0 stars I would. I have never been so disrespected at any hot topic than this store. The store is led by Brekel who told her team to treat me rudely so I never shop there again. She's blocked my number and any number I call from. She somehow found my Instagram and blocked me on there as well so I can't see what they post. At first I thought their phone didn't work (this was about a year and a half ago) but then I called from a different number and realized she blocked me when I've never done anything. She has personal vendettas against people, has a sour face and is completely unhelpful. She and her whole staff especially the females are not suited for retail. Do not come here they will treat you like crap and don't know how customer service works. Also if you annoy the manager she will block your number. Worst customer service I dealt with a long time. While waiting in line, they had a customer head of me who was dealing with a return. I cant believe it takes 2 people to figure it out and neither had bother to look at us to let us know we will be helped as soon as possible. The customer felt bad after 10 mins and they still couldnt figure it out. She could wait and their response, "No we will get this" without even looking up. Rude!
