That would be fine except a couple more people walked in right after me and they were greeted and welcomed by the same employee who said nothing when I walked in. The location of the line for checkout is a bit unclear as well. The employee who helped me checkout was a lot friendlier, but the other employees who I believe might have been supervisors or managers were not very personable, at least to me they weren't for some reason!

The Gap is one of the few established shopping stores that still remain. Meaning, when you go to this outlet mall, it's not like going to say Cabazon where you'll find hundreds of shops. Again, this is one of the few remaining established businesses. Once inside the store you'll find what you will find at most Gap shops that are located within outlet malls. They have all of the stuff that all the Gap stores have, at a little bit of a discount. I've never found any great deals at this store. Yes, things are a little bit discounted, and sometimes they bring certain items down a lot. But, this is nothing that you won't find it every Gap store in every shopping center across the country. This store is well organized. It's very clean. And, the staff are all very nice. So, in terms of the overall atmosphere, this is a good place to go. From my experience, however, you just not going to find any super deals. This is just something to keep in mind. Don't expect a miracle. Overall, if you're looking for what the Gap offers, this is one of the places to get it. It's fully stocked, it has a lot of variety, and you may find that deal you're looking for.

I asked the employee if they would honor the price since it was the same style jeans, and she said, no, because corporate told them they need to mark up the jeans in order to provide the discount. She said they were too short staffed to finish marking them up. I requested that because some of them were marked at the lower price that they honor the lowest ticketed price. She told me it was the manager's discretion whether they chose to honor the lowest ticketed price, and she was the manager and refused to honor the price.

When I picked up the dress an older guy handed it to me, the dress was a size larger, and the hem was done crooked, the bottom of the dress is uneven. I brought this up to his attention and he said I was not the size I said; which was ridiculous as I had already sized up by getting a large and I tried on the dress before paying days prior! I was forced to keep the dress since I don't have the time to find anything else in 48 hours & their sales are final. Get your items adjusted/hemmed elsewhere!! Their brand was lightly sought after and you would see their logo everywhere. Times and fashion senses change, however, and Guess kind of faded from the public eye.
