The clearance racks are 70% off! Found a cashmere sweater for only $20 in a gorgeous burgundy color. Didn't buy it because it was too hot for me to think about buying a sweater no matter the bargain, but I did buy a cute green beaded bracelet and a pair of long dangly earrings with clear spherical and oblong beads for a total cost of $19 . The staff were kind and helpful--one gave me the bathroom code when I needed it, and another helped me sign up for the reward program and pay for my purchases. I think I'll have to go check out the Nordstrom rack in my area sometime, because there are good deals, for shoes too!

The hat selection is not as large as some of the other locations I went in looking for a pair of boots, ended up, walking out with a different type of food that I wasn't looking for, but it was on clearance and the person that helped me out, put a little bit of conditioner on them because one looked a little more worn than the others, which it looked good. It's just that the new one that wasn't tried on as much too new so it made it look like it was a different color because people handled the other ones with their hands more than the other one we put some conditioner on it let it dry looked at them. I decided I'll take them. I used my $15 credit that I had on my account and a $25 off store coupon so I got a pair of $200 boots that we're already discounted to 140 after they applied the coupons. The boots came out to around $120. It's pretty good for a pair of boots. I probably won't be coming back to this one just because of the way it looks inside. It feels like a Ross or similar type of shop. It's kind of messy the staff most of them aren't as friendly and personable as some of the other locations. I was only asked if I needed help twice by one staff member, and then once by another who will continue to help me the rest of the time they were pretty good. I walked by at least three other staff members, but none of them said anything to me. The selection of hats seems to be a little small. They're all pretty much Cody James only oh no it's not the best place. It's not the worst place.

They let me try on my online purchase and even gave me the option to exchange for a smaller size if they have it in stock in this store. Luckily I didn't have to find a new size so that was good. I'd you do pick up in store you get an additional 10% off your purchase in the store. I was able to get additional leggings and dresses so that extra discount was nice. Overall great store. Lots of parking in this plaza. Easy to find and for me it's all about the customer service. Even the fitting rooms have their own personalized fans so if you feel hot you can turn on your own fan! If you don't want to help customers out just don't show up to work. Brenda, the employee "helping" me, seemed more interested in talking to the guy working there than the customers. Even caught her rolling her eyes when I asked her if she could get a shirt for me in another size.

I loved this blue top I found and saw that it'll be going on sale soon. I love the mirrors and displays. The owner is so nice and her child is adorable too!
