Completely appalled by the management and security team who refused to take an exchange for a shoe. My niece had only tried on the shoes that were too small and had never worn them. Hence the sticker inside still attached. My sister was denied the exchange after the store management and security refused the exchange and were rude and insistent that my sister was not being honest. Money was not being asked Simply a mother with two Young children who wanted a new pair of shoes to Fit my four year old niece. If this is how you choose to treat members in the community as liar and thief then why shop here? In this time? Taking advantage of a position of power by denying a child a correct fitting shoe for no apparent reason? This person should be ashamed Of themselves and retrained on how to properly serve and treat customers. read more

Lacking in knowledge as far as service is concerned. It's the closest shoe store to me and I still would rather travel farther to avoid shopping there. read more

This place has a decent variety of shoes to choose from. I bought a pair of super cute lavender Adidas but they ended up being too small when I went to exchange them they didn't have any more in stock. I was sooo bummed. Other than that this store is alright and I'll be back read more

Very helpful staff. Not a huge selection or size range always available so I recommend calling ahead. There was a mask nazi working there, post mask mandate, but I haven't seen her lately. read more

Went earlier and dropped some money on shoes. Then later in the day I tried calling them and they just pick up the phone and hang up. Called back a couple times later and still the same thing. I know retail gets busy sometimes but what kind of customer service is this???? Everybody needs a job, and but if you can't handle working there then go somewhere else, rude a mfs. read more

I thought maybe, just maybe, in my heart of hearts that I would find a pair of Nike Blazer Lows here. WRONG!!!!!! I did find a lot of vatos ice-grill staring me down though. I felt delicious after 10 seconds or so. So delicious that I hot-tailed it out of there before they put the rush on me. Expect to find low quality shoes sold at discount prices here. If you work as a server in a restaurant, this would be the place to go to get your black sneakers. Callate wey... read more

WSS - Shoe Stores Near Me - Riverside, California

First time visiting and they have a friendly security guard and reasonable prices for kids and adults! Robert was a lot of help, make sure you look for him for awesome customer service! read more

We went in to the store to look for last minute gifts and Andres was so helpful we appreciate all you did for me and my daughter thank you.

I'll give them one store I was out Christmas shopping really have to go to the bathroom it's raining I went in there has been a couple hundred dollars at least and the first thing I asked was for the bathroom the security guard looked at the at the customer service that was a long awkward pause and then she responded with all the bathrooms not working right now clearly lying anyways I don't recommend you go there if you got to go to bathroom and if you got to buy shoes and go to bathroom go to bathroom by your shoes somewhere else that's what I'm doing read more

Wasn't impressed when I came here yesterday. The place looks like a tornado swept through. Not very organized, couldn't find help, and few sizes to choose from. I've been to a couple other WSS locations that were clean and organized, not sure what's going on here. read more

Came in to buy jordan 1s for myself and my kids , manager asked me rudely what I was lookin for and I asked him for the shoe and size he looks down and says sorry we don't have any for you . As I was looking around they stared me down until I left and didn't say a word as I walked out . read more

I bought a pair of Chuck Taylors at this store today. My son got a pair of Adidas as well. I found the store to be in good working order, things were in their proper places, and I easily found exactly what I was looking for. We were greeted as we entered the store, and the employees were polite and respectful. A gentleman named Alexis rang up our items, and did an excellent job completing the transaction. I would recommend this WSS store to anyone who is looking for a fair market price on any of your common street shoes, like the classic Chucks I came in looking for. Thank you WSS, for hiring competent employees who are friendly and professional to customers, and keep the store in tip top shape. read more

This store rocks. They always have the brands myself and my family are looking for. For the most part, we always find a style that we like too. As parents, the prices are killer, especially with the coupons they almost always have. I think almost all our family of four shoes have come from here for about a decade now. Trying to please multiple kids and keep things within a budget can be difficult. WSS makes that a lot more of a reasonable expectation. They have a good variety of socks for whole family as well. Also, when it gets close to 'Back to School' time, the variety and availability of book sacks is incredible. For about the last 3 or 4 years, our kids have even gotten their new bags from here. Usually they have a $20 off of $99 or more so a pair of shoes, socks, and bag for under $75 makes my wallet smile!!! read more

Nice service will go again than you and have more coupons i love using them .............................have more specials

Perla was an awesome help from the moment I walked into the door to the purchase at the front. Thank you for great customer service.

Today was my second time going into the store .must say I had a great experience both manager and employee were more than willing to help I was having trouble figuring out what I wanted and the employee named chelly helped me narrow it down by finding exactly what I was looking for . read more

Try looking on GroupOn for special offers. It happens about twice a year. That's the perfect time to buy shoes from this place. You shouldn't expect much help though. What you see are all the sizes that are available. Come with an open mind. You shouldn't expect to find shoes that are advertised by professional athletes. read more

Excellent selection. Not sure why the other reviews are so negative because I thought the store was well organized and had great prices. Got $10 off with Yelp check-in! Super friendly and helpful staff! Will definitely return! read more

Great selection and price. Always clean everytime I go. Staff is awesome. Always have what I'm looking for. Best place to shop for school shoes read more

If I shop here all the time almost every school year never had a problem prices are fair I got Pair of Shoes for my daughter this year and I brought them home she wore them round the house and the front yard they were too tight a common problem for all kids take them back was told we would not get a refund or exchange for the proper size even though they were almost perfect rude at the counter had to spend another $65 on a pair of Nikes! I will never do business here again buyer beware return policies bogus read more

Don't even honor the yelp check on coupons that poped up for this location. Anyway the selection seems overpriced so you better have a coupon. The help were yelling jokes across the room at each other. Doesn't give you much confidence. Shoe city is better read more

I found the place to be clean with occasional random shoes strewn around due to costumers leaving them around and limited staff dedicated to clean up/restocking. The reason my family and I went in was because there was a sign outside for a $25 giftcard with a $75 purchase--we spent $85.85 and got no giftcard because "that promotion ended a while ago". Maybe Management should be mindful of false advertisement that lures customers into the store for disappointing surprises. The employee who rang us up didn't even offer a coupon for $10 off a purchase of $60 or more. He didn't seem knowledgeable or courteous. I doubt I'll be back to this location again. read more

I never post reviews, but i came to this store to shop for a gift and the employees were very helpful. Thanks for helping me find what i needed! read more

Bought a $20 groupon for $40 worth of merchandise from this store. When I got here, I was disappointed at how small the warehouse is and what horrible selection they had. Took me 30 minutes to find something to use my groupon for. Most of the styles are old and everything is overpriced. Will never buy another groupon for this place again or shop here again. read more
