Completely appalled by the management and security team who refused to take an exchange for a shoe. My niece had only tried on the shoes that were too small and had never worn them. Hence the sticker inside still attached. My sister was denied the exchange after the store management and security refused the exchange and were rude and insistent that my sister was not being honest. Money was not being asked Simply a mother with two Young children who wanted a new pair of shoes to Fit my four year old niece. If this is how you choose to treat members in the community as liar and thief then why shop here? In this time? This store rocks. They always have the brands myself and my family are looking for. For the most part, we always find a style that we like too. As parents, the prices are killer, especially with the coupons they almost always have. I think almost all our family of four shoes have come from here for about a decade now. Trying to please multiple kids and keep things within a budget can be difficult. WSS makes that a lot more of a reasonable expectation. They have a good variety of socks for whole family as well. Also, when it gets close to 'Back to School' time, the variety and availability of book sacks is incredible. For about the last 3 or 4 years, our kids have even gotten their new bags from here. Usually they have a $20 off of $99 or more so a pair of shoes, socks, and bag for under $75 makes my wallet smile!!! read more

I bought a pair of Chuck Taylors at this store today. My son got a pair of Adidas as well. I found the store to be in good working order, things were in their proper places, and I easily found exactly what I was looking for. We were greeted as we entered the store, and the employees were polite and respectful. A gentleman named Alexis rang up our items, and did an excellent job completing the transaction. I would recommend this WSS store to anyone who is looking for a fair market price on any of your common street shoes, like the classic Chucks I came in looking for. I took my 6 yr old bday girl to wss on the 27 of September and bought her a pair of shoes she is a shoe fanatic that's what she asked for for her bday that's what she got she ended up picking these light pink sketchers with silver sequence paid 50bucks and in two days the beads started falling of the glue on shoes cane undone please keep in mind my daughter liked these shoes I saw no reason for returning shoes so I threw away box and receipt granted on the 27 I payed with arm and saw transaction On my online banking services I called to speak to a manger to c if there was anything I could do my daughter was heart broker crying about her shoes I thought hey a 50 $ pair of shoes shoes last more then a few days so I called and spoke to manager at time which was Jonathan he let me know there was nothing he can do with out a receipt I said that not fair I just paid 50$ for a pair that came inglued and needs falling off he stated all he could do was give me 20 percent off a new pair really I was up set I just bought them I asked manger for his higher up I gave him a call left message 2 days later which is today a district manger by the name of arnesto wasn't much help either he wanted proof of purchase I said my bank account I was there the 27 check ur cameras he said it wasn't enough really ? Try looking on GroupOn for special offers. It happens about twice a year. That's the perfect time to buy shoes from this place. You shouldn't expect much help though. I found the place to be clean with occasional random shoes strewn around due to costumers leaving them around and limited staff dedicated to clean up/restocking. The reason my family and I went in was because there was a sign outside for a $25 giftcard with a $75 purchase--we spent $85.85 and got no giftcard because "that promotion ended a while ago". Maybe Management should be mindful of false advertisement that lures customers into the store for disappointing surprises. The employee who rang us up didn't even offer a coupon for $10 off a purchase of $60 or more. He didn't seem knowledgeable or courteous. I doubt I'll be back to this location again. read more

Bought a $20 groupon for $40 worth of merchandise from this store. When I got here, I was disappointed at how small the warehouse is and what horrible selection they had. Took me 30 minutes to find something to use my groupon for. Most of the styles are old and everything is overpriced. Will never buy another groupon for this place again or shop here again. read more
