Bought a buffalo fur Stetson hat from Andrea. Quality hat. It fits well. Paid $163 including tax. Love my new hat.

This is the first time I go to this location and the last one! I bought a pair of boots and when I was in line, two ladies were in front of me checking out. I noticed the cashier ( which I believed it was the manager) was being very rude to the ladies. So when it was my turn, the cashier asked me for my phone number for points. I told her I didn't want the points and she got upset because I didn't want to give her my phone number. After I paid and when I was leaving I noticed that the price from the receipt was not the same from the tag so I came back to tell her. At that moment the lady that rung me up was leaving to the back so I asked Maria why I was getting charged more and she told me that price changed but they haven't updated tags on product. She called the manager for an override and refund me money. So she came in and guess who the manager was... well it was the rude lady that rang me up in the first place. She did not wanted me to do the refund for price difference until I gave her my phone number and name. I finally agreed to enroll to the points program even though I wasn't happy about it. She handed me a paper for my signature and when I tried to read what I was signing for, she rushed me to sign without reading. I am not coming back again, they need to change management because that is not customer service. I work in customer service every day and I know that sometimes we are not in the mood to be helping but a good worker knows how to put that away and serve the customers. The manager was very condescending and her attitude is HORRIBLE!

I would definitely recommend this place. I went there to get my son some work boots and a guy named Wes was so helpful, I don't know much about boots so he was very patient as my son was Texting me what kind he needed. I really appreciated his patience and kindness I definitely think he needs a raise. I will be back there for my boots too soon.

First time shopper had a great experience here at boot barn in riverside at there new location, I shopped up on Monday and they weren't open till Wednesday for there grand re opening , they Hooked me up with a sweet coupon for 15% off . Got some new work boots and a much needed new belt and scored some sick along with it , will definitely be back thank again!

Extremely disappointed. I bought jeans for my entire family several months ago. I had to come in a make several exchanges because my sons and my husband didn't like cut and/or color of what I purchased. No problem, after several trips back and forth, the tribe was happy with their selections. Unfortunately my 16 year old son got a defective pair of jeans. :( The Cody James button fell off and needed to be riveted back on. These jeans have only been worn a few times so I took them down to see if they could fix or replace them. The gal behind the counter stated that she would just see it on if she had a kit. Seriously? At $6 a gallon for gas, don't you think I would just see it on if that was possible? Wes, the store manger was left to make the executive decision, replace them and stand behind the product? Or send me home? He sent me away stating that he found a receipt on my Boot Barn Rewards but according to the receipt I returned that pair of jeans. I clearly stated that I definitely did not return that pair, as they were in my hand. He said that my purchase must not have reached my reward card and without it he couldn't replace the jeans. He could clearly see that the jeans are in great shape. My son is a skinny, 16 year old who wears his jeans too loose, so stress on the button is impossible. I guess Wes saved me a bunch of money as I won't be shopping at Boot Barn anymore. Thanks Wes!

I visited the store yesterday and Andrew Lopez greeted me. I told him what I was looking for, and…read morehe spent much time offering suggestions that he thought would be helpful. He then brought out about a half-dozen boxes of shoes for me to try on. I decided which were the best fit and asked for my size in a particular color. Unfortunately, the manufacturer makes them in that color but the store does not carry it. Andrew then advised me to go directly to the shoe company's website to purchase my choice. I responded that because of all the time and effort he spent with me I wanted him to get the commission. He said that he wasn't on commission and that it was perfectly alright for me to shop via the shoe's website. I left the store a happy "customer" and he had a big smile on his face. They'll be informed of the best shoe fit. I shared my preferences and the associate brought me several potential options and heard me out if something wasnt for me. Even patient with me when I wanted to try a size smaller, given the shoe felt too wide. They help you put them on and tie them up. Left satisfied with what I got and with how personable the service felt. I also got a pair of shoes as a gift for someone and they worked with me, on a later day, to exchange for a smaller size (i went too big). I will say theyre evening staff (6ish) on the weekend isn't as welcoming. Working solo and long day so seemed like they were tired. When I went in the afternoon (3ish), the staff was more lively. This location also did provide more of an array of shoe options than I've seen at others.
