The MoVal store called the Tyler location to make sure they had the size I needed. I went to the store a got the shoes but apparently the size of the shoe in the box wasn't the correct size. By this time I had already gone all the way home. I called the store and got to speak to Eddie, he told me to come back and he would ensure I got the correct size. He was friendly, knowledgeable and made sure I was taken care of since I had to drive all the way back to the store for the shoes and it was a little bit of a distance. I kept trying to tell her that they had been in the box the entire time but she insistently pointed out that the ridges were damaged on the point of the heel. I told her I had tried them on at the store and I'm sure many others have tried them on before me but she absolutely refused to return them, give me store credit, or even an exchange. I had followed all stipulations stated on the receipt: it was within the ten day return/exchange period, unworn, and I provided the exact receipt, credit card, and ID. I ended up having to drive all the way to the store in Brea Mall to return them and I had absolutely no issues there at all she checked the shoes, said they were fine, and returned them without issue. I would come back to buy shoes again but only if I were absolutely sure I didn't want to return them and didn't plan on driving all the way to Brea Mall again.

The clearance racks are 70% off! Found a cashmere sweater for only $20 in a gorgeous burgundy color. Didn't buy it because it was too hot for me to think about buying a sweater no matter the bargain, but I did buy a cute green beaded bracelet and a pair of long dangly earrings with clear spherical and oblong beads for a total cost of $19 . The staff were kind and helpful--one gave me the bathroom code when I needed it, and another helped me sign up for the reward program and pay for my purchases. I think I'll have to go check out the Nordstrom rack in my area sometime, because there are good deals, for shoes too!

The staff were very helpful making sure I was able to find everything I needed. I got two RVCA board shorts and I stopped to look at their watch collection. An associate asked if I'd like to check out a Nixon watch that I asked about. The Msrp was a lil high for me to buy it then, but he asked if I wanted to see if they could get me a discount. Normal Msrp was $425 and they ended up doing $361 for the watch instead which was way better than what I saw for the watch online. They have lots of curated brands for men's clothes and they all are really great. Definitely a nice selection for men's clothes, so I'd recommend stopping by if you need some new threads.
