2 stars but only because the manager Eddie is so helpful. Can't say the same for the rest of his crew especially Noemi. I called with an issue and Eddie the manager was absolutely helpful with instructions. I completed what Eddie said to do but unfortunately ran into Noemi instead. Didn't appreciate her tone when I asked for Eddie, then got absolutely 0 help from her when I followed the instructions of the manager. I'll be talking to Eddie soon to get this resolved and hopefully the evening team gets better. read more

Eddie was amazing. I came into this location after trying to find a pair of black rose old skool Vans at the Moreno Valley store. The MoVal store called the Tyler location to make sure they had the size I needed. I went to the store a got the shoes but apparently the size of the shoe in the box wasn't the correct size. By this time I had already gone all the way home. I called the store and got to speak to Eddie, he told me to come back and he would ensure I got the correct size. He was friendly, knowledgeable and made sure I was taken care of since I had to drive all the way back to the store for the shoes and it was a little bit of a distance. I pickup my order and I need to change that in the bigget size, they still really friendly and help me change from size 9.5 to 10, and 10 to 10.5 and help me lace my shoes. I am writing this in hopes that the young man who helped me and my three children today, gets the recognition he deserves! I came in to the store around 1:30pm on Tuesday (2-10-26) he was attentive and even though the lady who was retrieving the shoes literally brought out the wrong pair 2-3 times he kept checking in and made sure we were getting the correct shoes. My older son had wanted the green vans and for both boys he offered to measure their feet. That literally has never happened before and I've been coming into this store consistently for the last 8 years. I'm so glad he did because he made it so much easier for me! His kindness and customer service was appreciated!! I had asked the lady ringing me up, to circle the info on the receipt so I could give him a positive review. My son was in search for a new board. He has been riding on a hand down board his father got him just to get him started. But he's now in need of a new board so we went to search the mall at Tyler. We went to Zummies, Tilly's, and lastly Vans. Although all other stores had some great selections my son just had to get the demon slayer which vans had in stock. Not only was the girl helping us very helpful the star was the person actually teaching my son how to build his board from top to bottom. I believe his names was Brian, (I'm sorry if I got his name wrong ) but he's not someone you can miss if he's working. He's the tallest in the store haha! He was really helpful and gave my son tons of tips on how to make his board and what tools to use. All in all it was a great experience and will recommend anyone to get a board here. They were great! Went there to try on shoes today.. unfortunately the mall had a robbery in one of the jewelry stores with alleged shots fired. The suspects whereabouts were unknown. This store always rocks . They are typically busy, but always ready to help. The staff greets you and tries to be there when you need them. The manager is cool as heck. He totally keeps this store legit. Selection is bomb.
