Even patient with me when I wanted to try a size smaller, given the shoe felt too wide. They help you put them on and tie them up. Left satisfied with what I got and with how personable the service felt. I also got a pair of shoes as a gift for someone and they worked with me, on a later day, to exchange for a smaller size (i went too big). I will say theyre evening staff (6ish) on the weekend isn't as welcoming. Working solo and long day so seemed like they were tired. When I went in the afternoon (3ish), the staff was more lively. This location also did provide more of an array of shoe options than I've seen at others.

The hat selection is not as large as some of the other locations I went in looking for a pair of boots, ended up, walking out with a different type of food that I wasn't looking for, but it was on clearance and the person that helped me out, put a little bit of conditioner on them because one looked a little more worn than the others, which it looked good. It's just that the new one that wasn't tried on as much too new so it made it look like it was a different color because people handled the other ones with their hands more than the other one we put some conditioner on it let it dry looked at them. I decided I'll take them. I used my $15 credit that I had on my account and a $25 off store coupon so I got a pair of $200 boots that we're already discounted to 140 after they applied the coupons. The boots came out to around $120. It's pretty good for a pair of boots. I probably won't be coming back to this one just because of the way it looks inside. It feels like a Ross or similar type of shop. It's kind of messy the staff most of them aren't as friendly and personable as some of the other locations. I was only asked if I needed help twice by one staff member, and then once by another who will continue to help me the rest of the time they were pretty good. I walked by at least three other staff members, but none of them said anything to me. The selection of hats seems to be a little small.
