He then brought out about a half-dozen boxes of shoes for me to try on. I decided which were the best fit and asked for my size in a particular color. Unfortunately, the manufacturer makes them in that color but the store does not carry it. Andrew then advised me to go directly to the shoe company's website to purchase my choice. I responded that because of all the time and effort he spent with me I wanted him to get the commission. He said that he wasn't on commission and that it was perfectly alright for me to shop via the shoe's website. I left the store a happy "customer" and he had a big smile on his face. Upon entry, you are greeted by staff but I can see they watch you like a hawk. I guess it has been because there were theft in the past months so they are careful. The hat selection is not as large as some of the other locations I went in looking for a pair of boots, ended up, walking out with a different type of food that I wasn't looking for, but it was on clearance and the person that helped me out, put a little bit of conditioner on them because one looked a little more worn than the others, which it looked good. It's just that the new one that wasn't tried on as much too new so it made it look like it was a different color because people handled the other ones with their hands more than the other one we put some conditioner on it let it dry looked at them. I decided I'll take them. I used my $15 credit that I had on my account and a $25 off store coupon so I got a pair of $200 boots that we're already discounted to 140 after they applied the coupons. The boots came out to around $120. It's pretty good for a pair of boots. I probably won't be coming back to this one just because of the way it looks inside. It feels like a Ross or similar type of shop. It's kind of messy the staff most of them aren't as friendly and personable as some of the other locations. I was only asked if I needed help twice by one staff member, and then once by another who will continue to help me the rest of the time they were pretty good. I walked by at least three other staff members, but none of them said anything to me. The selection of hats seems to be a little small. They're all pretty much Cody James only oh no it's not the best place. It's not the worst place.

I had followed all stipulations stated on the receipt: it was within the ten day return/exchange period, unworn, and I provided the exact receipt, credit card, and ID. I ended up having to drive all the way to the store in Brea Mall to return them and I had absolutely no issues there at all she checked the shoes, said they were fine, and returned them without issue. I would come back to buy shoes again but only if I were absolutely sure I didn't want to return them and didn't plan on driving all the way to Brea Mall again.
