He then brought out about a half-dozen boxes of shoes for me to try on. I decided which were the best fit and asked for my size in a particular color. Unfortunately, the manufacturer makes them in that color but the store does not carry it. Andrew then advised me to go directly to the shoe company's website to purchase my choice. I responded that because of all the time and effort he spent with me I wanted him to get the commission. He said that he wasn't on commission and that it was perfectly alright for me to shop via the shoe's website. I left the store a happy "customer" and he had a big smile on his face. They'll be informed of the best shoe fit. I shared my preferences and the associate brought me several potential options and heard me out if something wasnt for me. Even patient with me when I wanted to try a size smaller, given the shoe felt too wide. They help you put them on and tie them up. Left satisfied with what I got and with how personable the service felt. I also got a pair of shoes as a gift for someone and they worked with me, on a later day, to exchange for a smaller size (i went too big). I will say theyre evening staff (6ish) on the weekend isn't as welcoming. Working solo and long day so seemed like they were tired. When I went in the afternoon (3ish), the staff was more lively. This location also did provide more of an array of shoe options than I've seen at others.

Needless to say, after speaking with the store owner Domenic, I wouldn't put it past him or his employees if the shoes weren't even in the box when it got shipped out. He is rude, confrontational and won't budge to help a buying customer. Buyer beware and don't buy from this place. If you do, don't Zelle them if getting stuff shipped.

Didn't buy it because it was too hot for me to think about buying a sweater no matter the bargain, but I did buy a cute green beaded bracelet and a pair of long dangly earrings with clear spherical and oblong beads for a total cost of $19 . The staff were kind and helpful--one gave me the bathroom code when I needed it, and another helped me sign up for the reward program and pay for my purchases. I think I'll have to go check out the Nordstrom rack in my area sometime, because there are good deals, for shoes too!
