"No, if it goes through then you need to call customer service to get a refund." Really?! Pay for it again and hope that I get a refund a week down the road without any proof? They even sell Carters stuff on Amazon. The actual Carters store has been around for such a long time and I enjoy coming to have a look at their selection in person! They typically have sale items and I'd say that their prices are fair. The only thing I don't really like is that for girls they don't have a lot of bright colors, mostly everything is very earth-tone like. I also came in looking for accessories (bibs/bows, etc) but some locations just don't have that at all while others have a very small selection. This one in particular is one of my favorites to come to: I think it's typically more organized than the surrounding locations and their employees are always helpful. I will continue to shop here because honestly there is not a lot of children clothing stores around anymore! So many went out of business so I'd love to keep supporting them and coming in store because I'm not a fan of the online shift!! You will be able to find a good selection here (more for girls) but there is a lot of boy stuff too! i think it's convenient and nice.

I called told 10 minutes to wait after 20 minutes told me no longer taking phone calls. Went to the supposed live chat it told me to do this. Put in my info told no longer a live chat they will be with me possibly by chat or email but will be longer than normal been hours still no response. Tried number again let me be put in the queue then 20 minutes later hung up on.. CUSTOMER SERVICE IS A TOTAL JOKE.
