On April 6, 2026, I visited the store looking for chrome gel nail polish. I noticed a product displayed at the front and asked the owner if he had chrome gel. He confirmed that the item I pointed to was chrome. When I attempted to open the bottle to verify, he stopped me and assured me it was correct. Trusting his word, I purchased it for $14.99. I was excited to get home and try it under my UV light for a long-lasting chrome finish. Unfortunately, when I opened the bottle, I discovered it was glitter--not chrome. Glitter polish is widely available anywhere, and it was not what I specifically requested. I immediately called the store, but the owner refused to listen and stated there were no returns because the product had been opened. Ironically, the bottle had no safety seal, making it impossible to verify beforehand. As a result, I was left with a product I did not want and could not use. It's disappointing that a business would lose a loyal, regular customer over $14.99 rather than provide good customer service. A little understanding and accountability would have gone a long way. Shame on you for choosing policy over customer satisfaction.

I kept asking her for the phone number and she kept repeating herself and then eventually hung up on me because she thought I was my daughter and said "I already told you what to do"and I said "you did not speak to me I am not the person that was in the store" and she said "yeah you were I can tell" I said "no I am not my daughter and I do not have the same voice as her". Then she proceeded to laugh, as if it was funny and told me I am gonna hang up now and she did! Every time I've gone in that store she's always acted as if she did not want to be there and is doing you a favor by working. You need to get rid of her. You just lost a customer. I will never go back there and I will also tell everybody I know not to shop there!!!
