I sent my daughter to get my hair dye and developer and the assistant manager "Jax" treated my daughter as a peasant, told her she needed to pay attention because when she paid it showed a deduction from her Apple account, however, on the screen it showed declined so my daughter used her American Express account and it deducted the amount again, so my daughter made her aware of the problem and Jax was condescending, rude, and very inappropriate as if she was being bothered, the whole while my eight-year-old grandson stood and watched and was very upset at the way she spoke to my daughter who is a high school teacher. I called to speak to Jax to get the corporate number and she blatantly said "you can find it online" with her monotone voice that showed she was disinterested in having any conversation with anyone. My daughter even asked her if she was OK because she acted like she didn't even want to be at work and appeared unhappy. I kept asking her for the phone number and she kept repeating herself and then eventually hung up on me because she thought I was my daughter and said "I already told you what to do"and I said "you did not speak to me I am not the person that was in the store" and she said "yeah you were I can tell" I said "no I am not my daughter and I do not have the same voice as her". Then she proceeded to laugh, as if it was funny and told me I am gonna hang up now and she did! Every time I've gone in that store she's always acted as if she did not want to be there and is doing you a favor by working. You need to get rid of her. You just lost a customer.
