The moment we walked in, he seemed very, very annoyed. He barely said anything to us. Even when I asked him how his day was going. He just shook his head and mumbled. He followed closely behind us, looking at our feet, very judgmentally without saying anything. And then he threw out some high prices as if he thought we could not afford to buy their shoes? We have money. Plenty of money. That's the only kind of place my mom buys her shoes and she's very accustomed to spending good money for what she needs. And then he picked up the most hideous shoe and very dismissively said, since you already have fallen arches, this is the only kind of shoe you can ever wear for your body, for your feet, for your ankles. He is in the wrong business! He should not be in a customer facing position at all. He's a bitter, nasty old man who needs to be behind the scenes and not talking to people who come in there needing help and prepared to spend good money on a pair of shoes.
