Remember Guess? Guess was a brand of clothing and accessories that was very popular in the 1980s and into the 1990s. Their brand was lightly sought after and you would see their logo everywhere. Times and fashion senses change, however, and Guess kind of faded from the public eye. But, the brand is still very much alive and doing a very good job creating all of the fashion items that they are known for. This store offers a very good collection of all of the clothing, shoe, and other items that Guess is a part of the Guess brand. Plus, as this store is located within the Outlets at Lake Elsinore, you can get Guess products at great prices. The is a mid-sized store that is well stocked with all kind of Guess items. They have a very large selection of both men's and women's fashion. All are offered at a good price. The staff here are all nice and they do not try to pressure sell you anything. Ok prices, and good selection. I'm giving two stars because like other reviewers I was followed around the store. After I spent $300 and paid, and I told the girl at the cashier I don't know why I was being followed around the store. The cashier said that the worker was just restocking but she was definitely following me. I'm in my 50's so I don't know why they thought I would steal. ‍It is just THIS location. I have been to the Guess Factory Store on the way to Vegas and they do not follow anyone around the store. I'm going shopping today so I will update with pictures if they follow me today. Although it wasn't in stock, every worker present made an effort to find it, including online, and also recommended alternate options, which I appreciated.. This is a store that caters to that Euro-look. You may have seen the type when you were last out in the Hollywood bar scene. I think most men go through a phase where they wear some Guess. I went through it. I give it two stars because the quality of the clothing here isn't that great. Once you wash a t-shirt from here, it loses its shape after the first wash. Terrible... read more

I can't believe how i was treated here . I went in not looking for anything in particular . After looking around for 5 minutes i went to look at jewelry.i had a worker following me the whole time . I heard them talking on there ear pieces about watching me. I finally picked some items and right when i was looking at stuff in the checkout lane i was told that I wasn't allowed to walk around with my items. That they had to put them on hold .if you want to be profiled and watched then definitely come here. read more

This place is absolutely awful unless you have 11 hours on your hands do not go here. They have to check stands every time you ever go to this place it is at least one to two hour wait from the time you pick something out until the time you walk out the front door with all of their upselling their doing to each person in line etcetera. I've been a Guess customer forever. I think a brand as big and we'll-known as Guess should have customer service to match it. The sales reps are so rude, unhelpful, and straight out mean looking. Totally opposite of what I think of when I think Guess. The store itself is so unorganized that you literally pick out clothes from certain priced areas only to be told at the check out counter that it's a different price as advertised. When I asked why it's a different price I just got silence. Again, it all falls back on customer service and the people working here. I am a loyal customer to Guess for years and unfortunately had a terrible experience yesterday with a manager named Raquel so she says. I went to return some items that I purchased two weeks ago that had all the tags and have not been worn and I had my receipts. When Raquel started to assist me she made a comment under her breath "oh you like to return a lot", I stated I didn't like how they fit after when I got home and even though I am returning some items, I have also purchased a lot. Then she asked me for my ID or DL, I didn't think twice about it and gave it to her, after a few seconds I asked her why she needed my DL if I have the receipt and all the tags are there. She stated it is because I return a lot and sometimes it will red flag for that reason. She was rude and made me feel uncomfortable like I was a thief or something. Again I had all my receipts, all the clothing had their tags and shown have not been worn. Why was I supposed to be treated like this? Also, I was supposed to receive a credit of $39.00 since June 30th and I have not received it and now have to call the main corporate office to see about my refund that this store did not process. I hope the GM of this store takes the time to view this comment and bring it to their associates attention to understand that customer service is very important and they need to make some positive changes. read more

If there was a no star option I would definitely select that option! I've been a guess customer for as long as I can remember. Today was my first time visiting this location and I was completely unsatisfied and disappointed. Not only did I feel like I was being followed around the store everywhere I would go but the staff was unfriendly. I don't know if it was because all the other stores were a complete different experience with their helpful staff. I purchased 3 items with only one of those items being on "clearance " and I attempted to use the outlets offer of using your triple a card for an additional discount the description does specify you can not combine with another "coupon" but it did not say you can not use on sale items I mean this is an outlet 90% of items are reduced.... the customer service representative requested assistance and didn't even specifically ask the manger for the right info. I was so upset I just wanted to pay and go! I will definitely contact management tomorrow morning. If they're not going to honor the coupons they shouldn't advertise them or be more specific on the description. read more
