I don't usually leave reviews, but this one is well-deserved. A couple of days ago, I dropped off my black suit around noon--not realizing I had left almost $400 in the top pocket. The next morning, around 7:30 AM, it hit me--and I instantly went into panic mode. We live in a world where honesty can feel rare, and I wasn't sure what to expect. I called Rolling Ridge Cleaners first thing, and a gentleman answered the phone--possibly the owner or his son. I told him I believed I had left money in my suit pocket. Without hesitation, he politely put me on hold. When he came back, he said money had been found and asked me to confirm how much. I told him it was about $390, and he said, "That's exactly it. Come by and pick it up." When I got there, he let me know that one of the young ladies on staff had found the money, sealed it in an envelope, and they held onto it hoping someone would call to claim it. I was honestly blown away by the integrity. To show my appreciation, I decided to split the money and tip the young lady who turned it in. It was the right thing to do--and a small gesture for something that meant so much. Rolling Ridge Cleaners isn't just about quality service (which they always deliver)--it's about character. The whole team is kind, honest, and professional. In a time when it's easy to be cynical, this place reminded me that good people still exist--right here in our community. Whatever you do with your dry cleaning, PLEASE MAKE SURE YOU DO NOT GO TO THIS CLEANERS FOR ANY TYPE OF SERVICE. I have only used this Dry Cleaners because it was close to my residence when I lived in Moreno Valley. I dropped off two comforters back in February of 2024. I always PRE-PAY for my items, as I did for the two comforters. I moved out of the area in March 2024 and forgot that my comforters were still at the Dry Cleaners. I received a phone call last night 10/10/24. An employee named Kelly explained to me that I still had two comforters there that were prepaid for. I told her that I had moved away from that area. As a result, I forgot they were still there. So, I told her I would drive there the next morning to pick them up. Today, 10/11/24, I arrived at the Rolling Ridge Dry Cleaners a little after 9am. The owner greeted me at the door. I explained to him that I received a phone call the night before regarding two comforters that belonged to me that were there since February, and they had been prepaid for. He took my phone number and located my ticket in the system, Then, he proceeded to look for my comforters. After about 5 minutes he returned to the front counter with the first comforter. He explained to me that he could not find the other comforter. I asked him to contact his employee Kelly to find out if she placed the comforter in another location, so that I would not have to drive 45 minutes back to the area again. After several phones call, she answered. The owner spoke to Kelly in Spanish for several minutes, then he gave the phone to me. Kelly changed her story by expressing to me that I only had one comforter there that other comforter was Blueish-Grey. I told Kelly that I do not own a Blueish-Grey comforter. I reiterated back to her the information she shared with me on the phone the night before. Now, she is claiming that I only had one comforter there. At this point, I am not sure if they gave my other comforter to another customer by accident and/or if they decided to keep my comforter set for themselves. I really don't know. I dropped the comforters off in February. In the past, I've had other customers tell me not to use them, because things are always coming up missing with no explanation. So, maybe the employees are stealing customers belongings. That may be why the Dry Cleaners only have a 3.9 Yelp Rating. I am not sure, but it sounds about right! If they did indeed steal my other comforter for themselves. They can have it. I have a ton of nice comforters. It was my pleasure to be a blessing to the thieves. They really did not have to call me, because I forgot about them. So, that should tell you how any comforters sets that I have. I had not missed those two. The thing that angered me the most about the interaction with the staff on Friday 10.11.24 is the lack of professionalism. The other employee shown in the attached photo took it upon herself to remove my receipt from the comforter that was placed on the front counter by the owner. His photo is also attached in this review. I asked to take a picture of the receipt for my records as proof that I picked up the comforter. She claimed she did not know where she put the receipt. She proceeded to laugh. I am not sure what was so funny about her taking the receipt and not wanting to give it back to me. All I know is there is something really wrong about this Dry Cleaners. Something is going on. The owner is in complete denial. He kept trying to change the subject and his employee just talked to him anyway she liked. Unfortunately, her behavior was very unprofessional and sad. Her lack of customer service and professionalism is going to cause Rolling Ridge Dry Cleaners to lose even more business; especially if the employees are stealing items from the customers. I did reach out to the local police department in Moreno Valley to make them aware of the situation. When I called, the dispatcher shared with me that the police was just at that location an hour or so before I called them for another incident. So, that should tell you that something odd is going on at this Dry Cleaners. THIS IS A WARNING... Whatever you do with your dry cleaning, PLEASE MAKE SURE YOU DO NOT GO TO THIS CLEANERS FOR ANY TYPE OF SERVICE. I turned in a suit to be cleaned and pressed. Because I never wear a suit I put something valuable in my pocket and forgot about it. Anyways, a funeral came up, and I had to have my suit cleaned and pressed. Once the suit was returned, the valuables were gone. I went back to this business and as soon as I walked in, they handed it to me. Extremely honest. They've always done great work for me and have great prices. Very friendly people. First of all I decided to use this cleaners because it was close by in the city and a small business. That turned out to be a big mistake because when I dropped off my items on Monday close to closing time, I asked the lady who helped me if this tactical vest that I was going to drop off could be fixed because the threads on the side had come undone. I also dropped off a comforter to be cleaned. She told me that she wasn't sure if this tactical vest could be fixed because the person who does this was not available. She took down my number and said somebody will call me tomorrow to let me know if this could be fixed. In the meantime I left my comforter to be washed and picked up on Friday. On Tuesday I never received a phone call regarding if this item was going to be repaired or not. l phoned in later that day to find out what was going on and finally managed to speak with somebody on the phone, but the person on the phone had no clue what was going on since nobody could give me a straight answer regarding fixing this tactical vest. Since I was getting the runaround I told the person on the phone to just put the items on the side and don't wash the comforter. I will pick up my items tomorrow morning since nothing was done and go elsewhere. Before I hung up the phone I specifically asked again if the comforter has been washed and she said no. The following morning I came in to pick up my items and the male who helped me said the comforter was cleaned already. I angrily told him that it shouldn't have been cleaned because the lady I spoke with last night said it wasn't and I told her I was going to pick up everything today and go somewhere else to have this done because I wanted everything fixed and cleaned all at once. He had no idea what I was talking about because he gave me the deer in the headlights look. All he was concerned about was getting the money for the services rendered on that comforter cleaned which was overpriced and should have been discounted for all this misinformation. So after this horrific experience I will never have anything cleaned or repaired here and I highly do not recommend this business to anybody in the city because these people will tell you one thing and and lie just to get you out the door. read more

Lost one of my items, could have cared less. Was very unconcerned, did not ask me my name or phone number in case my item was located. I was given someone else's clothing, therefore, they obviously gave my item to someone else. I will no longer frequent this establishment. Very poor customer service. The owner cut the label and the price tag of a very expensive jacket I bought on Melrose. He also put two puncture holes on the front of the jacket which were very visible. He acted as if he did me a favor by pressing the jacket for me when I didn't ask for him to do that. All I wanted was for the sleeves to be hemed. He said he didn't cut the label out just the price tag but there were 4 puncture holes were the label existed (a jacket with no designer label). He cut the label out of the jacket. I'm convinced due to this incident that he sells knock offs and boot leg items at the local swapmeet. I'm sure the owner will be attaching my expensive jacket label to some article of clothing he's crafted and will be selling it at the swap meet on the weekends. read more
