I needed a tuxedo that would fit in at an event filled with folks who live way above our tax…read morebracket. This event had literal royalty from several countries, several international celebrities, and a first degree relative of a former US president. Again, way above our tax bracket; the invitation was much more a reflection of happenstance than financial status, so, I needed an outfit that we could afford that would at least visually fit in with these people whose watches cost more than my car. I also needed this tuxedo quickly, with enough time to get it altered to fit my uncommon proportions. What I found at King Fashion was great inventory, along with service and value well beyond my hopes. I had researched and been to a number of stores and found none to come close in service and value. I was helped primarily by Monsef, his daughter, and also Denise. All three demonstrated amazing kindness and friendliness throughout the process. Monsef offered very sound advice about how to approach what I needed, without boxing me in to having to buy everything (or even anything) I needed from this store. He went the extra mile to make sure I got exactly what I wanted with minimal delay when it turned out it wasn't in store. Alterations were done well and quickly. I love the tuxedo I wound up with, and I dare say it was one of the best ones at the event; it has some very unique details and high quality. The price was easily worth the extra stretch over renting, and was an incredible value. And of note, it wasn't just me getting great treatment. Every time someone stepped in the store, I saw that they were greeted with warmth and care. And every time I stepped into the store, they were busy, handling 2-3 customers each, keeping up conversations and consultations with each, and speed-walking around. It's the kind of mental and physical energy that really wears you down in customer service, yet they never missed a beat. they remained warm and kind and caring with everyone. Maintaining that kindness with that consistency speaks volumes, and then they offered a high-quality, high-value product to go with it. Care like that is rare these days. If you are in need of a suit of any kind, from business to wedding to fashion to formal, please give these folks your business. They deserve it.

Charged the price of a wool woven suit and claims it's made in Italy when clearly it says made in China. Beware the tactic: pulls out one super expensive tuxedo and one not so expensive. You ask the price of each and if you want to try on anything else he'll tell you it's the same price, which is what he did to me. Then proceeds to tell you " I will give you shirt, vest and tie free because I love your story." When it's more like it's free because he's ripping you off. The material is worth 100-250$ max. Tetris is a polyester mix with a synthetic blend. Aka plastic material. 89% plastic material and I am charged nearly 500$ for this. STAY AWAY FROM THEM!!!

Instead, the tailor cut off my original sleeves, replaced them, and added floral appliqués that I never requested or approved. This permanently changed the look of my wedding dress and left me devastated. A wedding dress is one of the most important garments a person will ever wear, and I trusted this shop to make a modification--not redesign part of the dress without my permission. The lack of communication and disregard for my instructions were completely unacceptable. If the original request couldn't be done as asked, I should have been contacted before any irreversible changes were made. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this shop for wedding dress alterations. I hope they improve their communication with future brides so no one else has to go through the stress and heartbreak of having their dress altered in a way they never approved.

I thought I was coming in for a consultation, and I liked the fabrics and patterns we came up with, but he was disappointed that I was not ready to throw down $4,000 for the custom suit that day. (He convinced me that anything cheaper in his shop wasn't worth my time.) I can see why he likes to close the deal the day of. The more I thought about it, the less comfortable I felt throwing down than much for this suit... I had a few other reasons, too. Anyway, I sent a message to the store the next day, politely explaining why that I appreciated Jerry's time, but the shop wasn't for me. Jerry ended up calling me, and I wish I hadn't answered. He started trying to get me to get his cheaper stuff that had already talked me out of. He was pushy, dismissive of my reasons and all around unpleasant. I think they have some off the-rack suits available, too, and I believe they offer tailoring, but I am no longer interested. After feeling defeated from scouring through all the department stores, me and my wife decided to turn into Zilas before heading home. It was our first time here and both of us weren't expecting much-until we started asking about their slim fit suits. The gentlemen at the front very politely smiled and informed us that they carried the modern slim look for all their styles and colors. As an added bonus they also custom tailor each suit to fit your personal taste! Moosa and the staff were very professional, polite and made us feel right at home. I purchased a three piece suit that same day with alterations to be made. I picked it up one week later and couldn't have been happier with how well it fit. Moosa shortened and tapered the pants legs to PERFECTION! Luckily the blazer already came fitted with the shorter modern look so no alternations needed for that piece. The suite itself ran me a little under $210 with alterations included. This will now be my go-to shop for suits and alterations. I would recommend this place to anyone who doesn't have the patience to spend endless hours combing through department store suit racks. My fiance and I just recently picked up all the suits for our bridal party. We were extremely busy people with work and Moosa always accommodated us. We went to friar tux, men's wearhouse, and carducci s. Zilas by far has a ton more options and definitely a lot better quality and better priced!!our groomsmen were spread out all over so couldn't actually even come get measured or altered but Moosa altered everything to perfection without them even being there. My fiance got a little stressed and Moosa threw in the ring bearer shoes and her dad's tie and shirt as a gift just to calm her down. This guy definitely comes through. Moosa has been absolutely amazing! My husband found Zilas while out shopping for tuxes for our wedding. Moosa took excellent care of him and our groomsmen! He was so patient and worked with us every step of the way, as some of the groomsmen do not live in the area. Anyway, the price was right, and then some! The service was excellent! Oh, did I happen to mention that my husband is in a wheelchair? Moosa was so accommodating and kind... I took my brides maid dress in to have hemmed and I asked the seamstress if she could make the top of my dress more modest, I felt I had too much showing for a brides maids dress, she did such a wonderful job. You can't even tell it was altered, it looks the the dress was made this way. A few months back Zilas also hemmed my husbands suit and altered the rear end of the pants also, again I love their seamstress, she does fantastic work! Everyone in this store provides A+ service. We've been here a couple of times. Initially, Ortiz helped us get a suit for our son. He's very helpful and gave us a good deal. Second time around, I needed a suit altered for a wedding the next day, I came to Moosa 1 1/2 hrs before closing, told him I need it the next day, and that I'm willing to come back the following morning to pick it up. Moosa, being very kind, fix my suit immediately, so that I won't have to come back the next day. Their price is very affordable, too. We didn't feel pressured, he really listened to what we needed and we walked out with a perfect outfit for my husband in under $250.00, including alterations. If you are looking for a rental suit this is the perfect place, I love the service ! they are very helpful. Best costumer service I have ever had, my son was not sure what color he was supposed to have to match his date's dress, And they let us take some ties home to match the dress and bring them back. i didn't want to take them because if anything happened to them I was going to have to pay for them. Great customer service by Moosa and Yolanda. I was in a hurry and was able to get my suit pants hemmed in less than 10 minutes. Moosa is very down to earth and has a good sense of humor. YOLANDA was very helpful and carefully removed all my tags from my suit and placed all my garments neatly in my suit hanger and zip up suit cover. Moosa made it happen. My son's wedding had 9 groomsmen, with complete ensemble-tie, handkerchief, shirt and shoes, altered and tailored to your specification at the best reasonable price. Came in to pick up a bow tie for an event. Great selection, great prices. Went home to try my suit on with the new set up and realized I had not worn the suit post losing 30 pounds. With an event that evening I call Zilas and asked if they could do a rush job and bring my suit in to fit. A week ago I was looking for a new tailor since the last one I went to did a relevant but unsatisfactory job to my request. The staff are the most professional & polite I have ever met & took care of business right away. This is by far the best tux shop I've ever been to! !for our wedding, I went rustic and found vests online that I wanted. I called ~8 different places to get a quote and specifically said it's a length alteration for a chiffon bridesmaid dress with two layers. The range of prices I got quoted was $50-80. When I called here, they told me it starts at $19 but can go up to the $40s. With that info, i brought my dress here since it was the best price - even though this place was a bit far from my house. The customer service was excellent, dress was altered within a week, alteration was perfect. However, when I went to pay, the total was $86. I was a bit taken a back since the price was extremely different from what I was quoted. When I brought that up, the girl working was apologetic and let me know she will pass this info off to the owner. Tony called me back the next day to apologize for the misinformation and made it right by refunding me a portion of the cost. I really appreciated his professionalism, honesty, and understanding.
