I hadn't bought a suit in years, and I went here because of the reviews. The stock for big guys is limited. The suit I ended up with basically only the jacket fit. The vest was undersized and the pants oversized. They do not do alterations on site. The recommended tailors within the mall were a couple of cranky ladies. To get both the jacket sleeves and pants altered was nearly half the price of the suit! So I had to settle for just the pants. The salesman at Georgio's was a nice guy and he did try to get the lady at the tailor to reduce their price but no luck. Almost forgot to mention, the tailor left the chalk marks on the jacket and pants. So, you might have a better experience at Georgio's, but definitely avoid the tailor! I painted myself into a "time crunch" corner needing to either rent or buy a tuxedo for an event. As a big and tall guy, I know my options are even more limited. Milissa was amazing and worked me into her busy prom-and-wedding-season schedule for multiple fitting sessions. Bought a suit here instead of renting a tux with an eye toward being able to alter it for use again the following year. High school Homecoming and proms are expensive! We had to have a couple of alterations done to make it work but we were assured it could be altered again easily. This year we needed to let down the sleeves as anticipated and found it was impossible. The sleeves had apparently been previously altered with fabric added so now there was no way to alter them this year. I'm no expert so I never would have know even if I'd looked when we bought it. Bought a suit at Macy's this year. A bit more expensive but we have some wiggle room to alter this one if needed. read more

I took a jacket in to have the sleeves shortened. This tailor hemmed the sleeves of my new suit jacket that has FUNCTIONING sleeve buttons, instead of telling me they weren't able to shorten them from the shoulder like a competent tailor would have done, then they even went further and sewed the cuffs closed! Not only that, the lining was torn, frayed and sticking out like flags, and the suit fabric had snags everywhere. Serious fail! Thanks for the VERY inexperienced alteration. Unforgivable. My husband has been going to Georgio's for a very, very long time. Our last experience with them was nothing short of a NIGHTMARE! We had a wedding to attend and his suit DIDN'T fit. Whoever measured my husband needs some training. He went in with our son to rent a suit for this event that was extremely important (my parents 30 year vow renewal) and he couldn't even wear the suit. They told us, "he should have come to try it on.." well, when people get measured correctly this isn't needed and granted my husband was out of town on business so we trusted the suit would fit correctly! Their customer service so far is horrible and we will never go back! I would avoid them like the plague and we ended up having to buy a suit from Macy's last minute.
