They did their job service was okay. Wish the service they provided would be more up to par with the fees they are charging. If you find your self with time in your hands I do recommend to take a drive to Downtown LA and pay way less and faster service. read more

Cranky and doesn't communicate or negotiate well, especially with a neighboring business that sends them clients. I took my suit for alterations. The jacket needed the sleeves shortened Maybe an inch. And the slacks needed hemming. I presented the seamstress a business card from the neighboring tuxedo shop, requesting the best price possible. She basically waved me off (not cool). After taking my measurements she presented me with the charges. Nearly half of what the suit cost. I asked about the discount request on the card. She flatly said that's the price. So, I called the tuxedo shop and asked if they would talk to her. She was very rude. (I should have walked out then). So, I could only afford to have the slacks hemmed. So, kudos to the tuxedo shop for trying. Unless you're desperate (like I was) avoid this place! read more

Fast same day alterations and patch work for our baseball team! Our son's baseball pants were too long, with a try on and pin she was able to get them hemmed in 1 hr. My boyfriend always has her alter his pants and jeans as well. read more

Just got ripped off at this place. Put my money on the counter to pay, then she distracted me and took the money off the counter. Then said "you need to pay me". Told her I did. The money was on the counter and you took it away. She said no. Could not get my item till I paid. BIG language barrier here. Would not recommend read more

Unfortunately, my experience here was not great. The woman who assisted me was extremely cranky and came across as very angry toward her clients. Customer service should make people feel welcome, but instead the interaction felt uncomfortable and tense. read more

We needed a quick alter on my son suit and the guy was great ! He was able to get it done in 30 min same day and price was impressive not bad at all for being inside the mall. Highly recommend read more

I needed my bridesmaids dress hemmed a week before the wedding and Romeo was able to deliver even earlier! He was professional and knowledgeable of his craft. I am very pleased with my dress and quality of the alteration. Thank you Romeo! read more

August 26, 2013 So I dropped off my bridesmaid dress exactly a week ago in the 19th and I just picked it up an hour ago and guess what....okay okay from my rating you should know already that I am extremely PLEASED with the results! Yes! My boobs no longer pop out to say hello when I raise my arms! The dress fit beautifully! For $35 flat, I believe it was worth it, though I still do find it a bit on the pricy side. This is the first time I have ever gotten my dress, or any clothing, altered before. So, this is my first experience and I am left with a happy smile in the end. The ladies here are kind and very sweet, will come back if I need to get more clothes altered! read more

Quick fit alterations did a great job in fixing my son's pants that another tailor ruined. I took the pants a few days before prom. They were accommodating and got it done quickly and at a good price. read more

She is very quick if you need it but prepared your wallet because is really expensive I pay over 200 dollars to fix a piece of clothing so if you have to fix something make sure it's really worth your money. I I'm very happy with it read more

I trusted them to hem my wedding dress and they delivered it beautifully steamed as well. The turn around time was super fast too.

Okay... so I haven't been an active yelper in sometime now, but this experience really warrants a review. So my dryer's been destroying my clothes and anything spaghetti type straps would rip after tumbling to dry. That being said, I would love to just toss out these dages, but not having worn them to my satisfaction and these happen to not be f21 disposable clothing, I needed to get them fixed. I started with my usual place, but came just minutes after they closed, so I remembered the mall having an alteration store. When I got there, the lady seem nice an all and was helpful in explaining what she can do and recommend. It seems simple enough..... Flash forward to today when I picked up my clothes... note to everyone, please check all alterations right then and there.... as for me, I was the idiot that didn't do that cause I assumed she did a good job. Well lo and behold to my dismay this is what I paid for.....an incomplete stitch for top. Seriously? I might as well do it myself. I really wanted to like this place, but for the amount I paid for this was waaaayyyy overpriced. $10 for this craftmanship. Smh. read more

We had major last minute alterations needed for a prom dress with prom 2 weeks away. We brought in the dress (we were walk ins) and everything was completed beyond expectations within a week and a half. I have been coming here for years and every time the service has been excellent and reasonably priced. -Laura read more

Once again, excellent alterations and great service. I have going to them for several years for everything from alterations on men's suits and uniforms, my daughters and wife on clothing. I highly recommend them. read more

I'm surprised this place is still in business because it definitely is not what it used to be. I used to have them alter all my suits, jeans, and dresses at a very decent price. But when I recently stepped into the shop, it was a different vibe possibly due to new ownership because I didn't recognize the lady and she didn't speak English that much...big time language barrier! Anyway, I had 1 blouse that needed to be sewn, 3 pairs of jeans, and 3 summer dresses that needed hemming, the lady was charging me up the a-hole! I used to pay $7 - $8 each for the hem on my jeans and she was quoting me double the price! As for the dresses, $25 a piece!!!! I was so pissed that I didn't even want to ask her about my blouse! I walked out of there and plus it was CASH ONLY!!!! I hate that place...GRRRRR! read more

Excellent and fast service. Brought my bridesmaid's dress to get taken in and she had it done in just a few days. Prices are very reasonable also. Would recomend to anyone. read more

Wow. Saw all the other reviews and I'm not surprised. Picked up a suit coat yesterday from tailor all bagged up. Got dressed today for an important business dinner, put the coat on and the tailors pins still in the sleeves. Took pins out thinking they were left over. Then realized sleeve alterations weren't done. Rushed back to tailor, getting late for my dinner. Tell tailor the problem. She tells me it's my fault for not checking the coat when I picked it up. She didn't check it either when she gave it to me. I prepaid and she's also claiming it might not be the same coat. I accuse her of saying I'm a liar. I demand my money back or she does the work NOW pronto. She starts the work continuing to blame me. Now I'm really pissed. I tell her to "shut up" and get it done. She keeps working on the sleeves constantly muttering. No sense of customer service. Never offered an apology. read more

Went in for an emergency stitch job; she hemmed and stitched my clothes quickly and efficiently. I was in and out within 5 mins.

I visited this place a few times before they moved within the mall but always had a great experience with them. My last visit over the weekend, I was in a rush to get my suit altered for a wedding. Same nice asian lady measured me up for both my coat and pants. Same day service and a very reasonable price even based on my predicament. Cant thank them enough. read more

RIP OFF... I have been a loyal customer for about 20 years supporting this business. I have taken all my clothes here for alterations, from basic hems and taking in dresses but have noticed the seamstress keeps raising her prices and seems to take advantage of any opportunity whenever possible. This place is overpriced and continues to increase besides the unpleasant customer service. I have spent a fortune here but will now take my business elsewhere. read more

Has anyone had issues using the chip on their card here? My chip wouldn't work so I had to manually enter it. I don't want to accuse anyone because the lady was very nice, but starting that afternoon afterwards I started having fraudulent activity on my card so I was wondering if anyone else had similar experience or maybe just a coincidence? read more

I'm so disappointed with this tailor! I have been a customer for at least 4 to 5 years (really cant remember). I've been loyal and kept coming for alterations on pants and dresses. I even went to her house when they were remodeling her shop area in the mall. Recently though, she has increased her prices on me tremendously! A few weeks ago I went in and she quoted me $90.00 for two dresses to be hemmed! They were a bit more wide at the base but it did not warrant such a high price. I decided not to get them hemmed there and went somewhere else and they did both dresses for 25.00! Today I went in again and the dress was not anything out of the ordinary and I was quoted 25.00. She is a great seamstress but these prices have lost her a great and loyal customer! read more
