There was no other visitors at that time, so it was a seamless process with creating an account and dropping it off to them. For payment, this store accepts Zelle, Venmo, and cards not including American Express. I was advised it would take until Friday (6 days) but it was ready earlier. I received a text from their system once it was ready for pick-up. Pick-up process was also seamless because I brought my receipt. The jeans were made of 18oz Japanese selvedge denim and was expensive, so I was reluctant on going to a nearby tailor thinking that they would mess it up. I told her I wanted it to be touching the ground and a little longer for shrinkage and so it would stack nicely on boots/shoes. As you can see in the picture, the hem was done beautifully (ignore the red marker, I tried to do it myself at first). Would definitively come here again as the turnaround was fast and the price was very cheap.

I only discovered the stains after they kept saying that I should return it, which raised my suspicion. I brought it back and they said they could wash it again with water. After the wash, the stains were little less but still not completely removed. The lady there was not honest and kept blaming the dress's material for the stains. I told her the dress was brand new and had no stains when I brought it in. Please be cautious about this store. I plan to file a report with the BBB to warn others about this incident.
