DO NOT GO TO THIS STORE! They do not deserve your business and hard earned money. Because they would not uphold Burlington's return policies. Detailed incident below. I walked in the store and tried to do a non-receipt return. (Non-receipt return is accepted by Burlington as the company outlines it in its return policies) however the store supervisor, Erika Ramirez, said otherwise. She kept asking for the receipt to scan so she can refund me the correct amount. She said she cannot do a non-receipt return. I pointed out the policy on the check out table and asked if she read that. She said she does know that but she still refused to accept the return. On top of that, she called the security in front to escort me out. This all happened on 11/4/2025 around 7:30 pm . I walked out disappointed and upset. I ended up returned the merchandise in the San Dimas location without any issue. If this supervisor, Erika Ramirez, does not upholds the Burlington policies that she works for, she should be terminated due incompetent work performance as she can't understand simple English outline in the company's policy therefore unfit for the job. She also mentions that her manager wouldn't accept the return as well if I go in the next morning. Her manager should also be fired. She not only not uphold Burlington's policy but also humiliated me as a customer who has the right which is given by Burlington to return the merchandise without a receipt. I will also make a formal complaint to Burlington's corporate office. read more

Attended the Grand Opening of the Covina location. It was buzzing with customers, and the employees were welcoming and helpful. The store is at the former Toys R Us warehouse. This company has changed from Burlington Coat Factory to, simply, Burlington Store. They have a large inventory of clothing and shoes for all ages. The shelves were fully stocked and already decorated for Christmas. I naturally gravitated to the cosmetic section and found good deals. It was easy to find brand-name products, I made my selection and purchase. I will be returning when I have more time to browse. read more

I love Burlington's so I was happy that this location finally opened. Thanks to my Yelp friend Rose :) who gave that tip. Anyways, I ended up very satisfied with the selection here. It was fully stocked and they had so many nice name brand items for great prices. I spent almost $300 for some very nice jackets, shirts, and a few Beauty products. The value at Burlington's is outrageous I can't believe it at times! However, the customer service here was very good, the lines were long but it went by so fast. I recommend you come to get some cute clothes and home decor for good prices. It's very tight inside and not that spacious, but they do have some good gear. Visited this location with my friend from Switzerland. She loves coming here as she can find brand name items for a great deal. This store has the following for sale for the whole family: 1. shoes 2. apparel 3. toys 4. luggage 5. skin care 6. kitchen appliances 7. snacks 8. seasonal gifts and decor You have to be very patient to shop here are theres a lot of items to choose from and it may not have your size. My friend is a M so she can find a lot of things easily. I am on the curvy size so I really need to try on items. One less star because their fitting room was closed. I asked why and they said the lady that works there called out sick and they decided to close it. I find it odd as I see several other employees walking around chatting so if they weren't as busy, they should have opened the fitting rooms for customers to try. The staff suggested that I buy them and try them on at home. But since my friend was visiting it was hard to do that. They also have bathroom on site but it is rarely cleaned. read more

As soon as you walk in, the loss prevention specialist has you waiting so that the camera above can get a good look at you in case You steal anything. Definitely not the welcome I was expecting. I literally took a step back and was about to leave. My husband was nice about it, but I didn't care for it. If you buy a lot, keep in mind the carts do NOT leave the building ever. Kind of irritating as I had luggage and pillows to carry out. I loved my two luggage pieces, but huge inconvenience. Again on my Way out, the loss prevention specialist had to let us out. I get it's a way to prevent theft, but treating everyone like a criminal to do it, isn't the way to do it. I ca see how it turns people off. Not only that but there was only ONE CASHIER OPEN??!!! If i could do a ZERO STAR. i really would. I know someone that was job hunting like crazy and got a callback from this place :). Goes to the interview and they hire my friend.. a weekend goes by, no callback no email back or nothing. We get it, weekend nobody is going to get back to you. The following week he goes in for a follow up to see when he can start working for this place. they tell him he has to wait for the manager to be in or something along those lines. So he leaves and two days later he calls the store again, for a follow up about when to start. He was on hold for so long that he hung up. So then he goes into the store again but with ME this time :) we wait for 15mins for a manager of some type to come talk to him about his follow up. the employees look at us as if we are lost and confused. some lady with neck tattoos, long black hair & bad attitude up at the front. tells him to write down his name and number for the 3rd time he has came in. He DOES JUST THAT.... till this day, nobody got back to him about the follow up and i think thats disrespectful and rude to waste peoples time like this. read more

Everyone is a criminal. When you walk in, you get screened by a worker with a vip style entry. They take live video of you for a brief second before you are allowed in. Totally pathetic. Felt unwanted, unwelcome and more, I came here with my family members to look for a specific item, oh my god it was like the biggest regret in the world, all I did was ask a question if they have more curling irons, she yelled at us and said "NO! WE DONT!" Didn't even let us speak I said wow thanks a lot! And replied with sarcasm "YEP YOUR VERY WELCOME!" she was too busy rushing couldn't even give us eye contact or help us at all this isn't the first rude experience , the forst negative experience was the male manager kicked us out because we had our dog at the store, i don't see any other store caring about a dog inside a store, it doesn't hurt to be friendly you know, store looked understaffed too read more

Store is clean and organized, grand opening was 4 days ago. Staff is very friendly and helpful, they had 5 registers open which is great cause there was a long line. Found a lot of great deals on Xmas decor. Definitely needed a local Burlington it was under construction for a while, but happy it's finally open! Worst Burlington I have ever been too. Only one person at the register while Brandon the manager is just laughing and giggling with the lost prevention guy. Feel bad for the poor lady doing all of the work while Brandon was too busy goofing off. When asked to help just gave issues and attitude . This is exactly how you lose customers. Fitting room was closed at 7:00pm! Approached an employee literally standing there doing nothing. When we asked her why it was closed she replied , "because we don't have enough workers " The manager was called to confirm by the name of Carlos and he also said it was closed with no explanation. This place is great for you if you like to make 30 min line to pay for your stuff. 1 cashier. With 15 ppl in line. I dnt blame the cashier she tried. I blame management. This was 3/26 at 2pm. Then you have a person in the front blocking the entrance to go in and out. Instead of helping the cashier. Useless. I've never seen someone stand in the entrance when you walk in and you get greeted with a closed rope barrier. The fact that I had to stand 30 min in line was ridiculous. So it's a new store, and I went after Xmas and yes it a mess but to be expected. No hello when I entered the store, kinda hard to find anything. I did fins a pair of halloween socks and they were not discounted even though it's now January. I was willing to pay full price but as I was in line I noticed a huge dirt stain on them where a cart went over them and it wouldn't brush off. I went to the guy up front by the door , "the greeter" and asked, hey these have a mark on them, would they discount them? Now keep in mind, after Halloween, dirty and was looking for 10 percent off, which would be .29 cents!. The guy said in a very rude manner, nope..just go home and wash them. Um what? Excuse me? I said the stain might not come out, he said, I dont care, not my problem. I have never been treated that way before. I wasn't asking for half off! Another employee was there and witness this interaction and she couldn't believe what he was saying. I said ok. I'm not going to purchase them then, and tried to hand the socks back to him, and he refused to take them from me. What kind of service is this? He needs to working in the back room not around customers. As you can guess, Im not ever be going back to that store.
