This Daiso was fairly clean but it didn't have as many of the usual stuff that I see at other Daisos that I've been to. Prices did seem to be going up but overall I was still able to find discounted items that I was looking for. Not the best but still a solid spot to find cheap everyday items.

Visited on Sunday, 07/17/22 for the first time. I had no idea that there is a Daiso in San Dimas! This Daiso location is particularly smaller compared to all the other Daisos I've been to, however this place literally has everything we were looking for in stock. The one in Chino Hills is a hit or miss, sometimes not everything you're looking for is in stock. All the prices seem to be the same compared to the other Daisos. Overall 4/5.

Lots of pretty good deals here, although now there is a system using the Japanese yen currency to price things. Don't worry, you can convert the price to USD with the chart handy there.

This is a Japanese 99c or Dollar tree convenient store with almost costing $1.50. So I got these stickers that are used to give you a crease on your eyelids and a liquid. Japanese ramen and other little trinkets. Prices on everything vary.

Okay, so you may not find the best quality stuff here, or the healthiest, but considering the price you pay for each thing, you do get a bit more than what you pay for. I can't vouch for the ethical nature of the products or the quality, but for the cheap-y things you use on a daily basis, whether it's a bargain-priced eyeliner, kitchen utensils, facial wipes, nail polish, or just about every other everyday necessity, you'll find a fair amount of each for under $5. The store is tidy & well-organized, with a seasonal section, & an entire wall dedicated to the not-so-healthy, all-time-favorite Japanese snacks such as Pocky, & Ramune (a cool-looking Japanese soda). With prices this cheap, it's easy to go overboard, though, & they still charge tax, so keep that in mind when deciding on what to "splurge" on when visiting the store. And if you still don't know what to expect, think of a tiny Japanese version of Walmart, & you'll have a pretty good idea of what it's like. Happy (bargain) hunting!

Wouldn't swap them. Horrible customer service.

I love coming to Daiso, which is a Japanese discount store similar to Dollar Tree, but many of the items are actually from Japan.

It's a much smaller shop compared to other VS shops that I have visited in the past. Maybe those have been inside huge malls where there is more space for more VS merchandise to be stocked. It was bright and clean. Merch was organized on the shelves and/or hunged on the racks. However, I find it to have limited selections on non-lingerie items. Funny, I don't shop at VS much. However, I have purchased sweatpants and sweatshirts from VS in the past. Not a big fan of lingerie or what they call fancy undergarments LOL. I like to keep it basic! Anyway, whenever I am at VS, I do walk around to see what they have to offer. Sometimes, they have a clearance section. Other times, some merch are on sale just like yesterday. I snatched myself a nice long sleeve green shirt with Lake Tahoe on it. I love travel clothing! It had Pink printed on it, too. Very smooth material. I didn't even try it on. It was a medium size shirt which I normally don't get because I usually wear a large. It looked like a large so I got it. It was on sale for $25 from $39+. Pretty average price for a shirt. Staff was nice. I appreciate the friendly and helpful service. Great to see a VS in Glendora!

In total, the three items were $180. After the buy 2, get 1 free, it should have been $120. Then, with the $30 coupon, it should have come to $90 plus tax. Instead, Maritza did an exchange rather than a full return, so I never got my $60 back and ended up paying $80 extra. After realizing this, I went back to the store and spoke to the manager, Gabby. Gabby was extremely rude- she had a terrible attitude and just seemed like she wanted me out of the store. She said there was nothing she could do, which was shocking, especially since I've been a loyal customer for years. I get that it was the end of the day, but that doesn't excuse it. Just to be clear, if I now returned all three items, I would only get $80 back- so once again, where is the rest of my money? As a customer, I expect much better. I hope they fix this soon.
