They were cheap and exactly what I needed. They even put the shelf into the car for me. When they saw me carrying it over to the register they stopped me and said they could have someone help me. Fairly new discount store in the area…read more This store replaced a former and very popular.99 Cent store. There are so many items sold here such as furniture, books, clothing, food items, office, home goods, diapers and so much more. All items are new and in boxes but the stock does appear to come from liquidation sales. A store employee advised me that new stock comes in every Wednesday so some merchandise does change weekly. Employees do their best to keep everything organized and the store does appear to be well maintained. The store was well stocked and the prices were very reasonable on most items though a few very few select items appeared to be closer to full retail rather than discounted prices. I walked out of here with $35.00 worth of merchandise and left feeling with no buyer's remorse whatsoever. Tip: ALL sales are final. No returns so buyer beware

This outlet actually has improved in my opinion and has really good stores with great deals. It is somewhat smaller than other outlets, but they do have all the popular stores that everyone knows about. I went into Nike, Adidas, Lululemon, and under Armour. They had really good prices and really nice things that actually I couldn't believe were on sale now. I do like that. It's easy to find the stores and you don't get lost like other outlets it's easy to park and they have a nice food court with variety. I do recommend here if you want to shop or grab a bite to eat or if you're in the area, they do have decent prices and good quality clothing with good name brand stores. I have been to Citadel Outlets probably like 30 years ago…read more My friend was visiting from Tampa, Florida and staying at the Double Tree Hilton, which is inside Citadel. When I found out, I said I am going to go and see her. I am glad that I did, and we were happy to see each other. So today practically all day, we spent some time together at this lovely, clean mall that is surrounded by so many great stores and eateries. There are probably over 130 stores and places to eat inside and outside the mall. Let me not forget to tell you, some of the restrooms that we used were SPOTLESS CLEAN!!! They have different stores such as Disney, Nike Factory Store, Coach, Polo Ralph Lauren Factory Store, Michael Kors, Guess, BOSS Outlet, Beauty and Specialty Stores, Tommy Hilfiger (one of my favorite designers & brands). Converse Factory Outlet, & Gap. Just to name a few. They have vending machines available with snacks and drinks. Also, a lot of nice restaurants nearby. Free parking and close to the I-5 freeway. We went to Gap and Converse, and I bought me 2 pairs of tennis shoes. Get one, and the other one was 50% off. Fantastic deal. From Gap, I got a nice, long, black jacket. Thin material and very comfortable. They also had clean dressing rooms at Gap. Every item has its own value and price. Both stores that we went to had great employees who were eager to help us. Customer service was above and beyond our expectations. We even had lunch at Panda Express. The list can go on and on and on. It has been like 7 years I haven't seen my friend. She used to live here, we used to work together, and then she relocated back to Florida to help her parents. On the day of my visit, there was a large selection of Kirkland products ranging from paper goods to shoes and apparel. The staff is pleasant and prices are comparable to similar businesses. Since new items are constantly being added, it's always an adventure when visiting; you'll never know what you might find. By the way, they offer free delivery on their furniture.

The staples of this plaza (at least for me) are definitely the:…read more-Target -Starbucks (even though there is one inside the Starbucks) -Home Depot -PetSmart -Panda Express -Quickly (I used to go here all the time before I could drive and go to further boba places) -Wendy's (even though I'm sure a worker or someone affiliated DM'ed me on Yelp and called me a slur) -Salvation Army (donating is super easy here) -UPS Store (my god send in returning Amazon packages) There's El Pollo Loco, Einstein Bro.'s Bagel (used to be Jamba Juice), Jersey Mike's, Game Stop (I have a HAUNTING suspicion many more of these will clothes since game companies are moving away from physical media and making everything a digital download now), and a couple other businesses I don't necessarily really go to. There's PLENTY of parking since it's such a huge plaza, but it can get quite busy with all of the cars going in and out. The main intersection you enter in and out can get REALLY ugly with cars not following right of way, the lanes to turn left backing up into the intersection, etc., so if I can avoid it and just exit near the UPS Store I would. I feel like at a certain point they really should put traffic lights there, but on dead times it's not so bad honestly. As for other things, sometimes there's vagrants wandering around (camping behind the Salvation Army), one time a guy was peeing outside of his car, the letters are always being stolen from the Heights sign, and there used to be car meets here before they were shut down. I just really like that this place is quite close to me.
