Some furniture, clothing and household decorations

This place has been here for a little over awhile now since I started working around the area around a year ago. I really like going inside to see what kind of things I'll find since new items seem to flow in every so often. They offer furniture, home decor, gardening wares, school supplies, clothing, bedding, toys and even items for your health and beauty needs. I have gotten a couple of blind boxes in the toy section since I love collecting those kind of toys for really cheap. I have even gotten an air pump to use for floaties, which I haven't tried yet and I think a couple of other small things. Prices are good and they accept cash or credit card, but do charge you a small extra fee when you use card. I think you have like 30 days or something to return your item if it isn't working properly as long as you have the receipt.

Unprofessional and hostile experience at entrance - July 25, 2026…read moreOn July 25, 2026 at approximately 3:34 PM, I visited The Outlet By E.L.S. for the first time with my kids. At the entrance, the security guard shouted at me in a loud, commanding voice asking, "What's in your bag?" I was carrying a regular-sized white tote bag with only my wallet and phone inside. I was startled and did not understand what I had done wrong upon entering, so I offered to leave the bag in my car. The guard then told me I could carry it in, but would have to show it again before leaving the store. His tone was hostile and created an embarrassing situation, as other customers in the store turned to look at us. I felt singled out and profiled as a potential shoplifter, possibly because I was wearing a hat. I was dressed casually in gray pants, a white shirt, and sneakers, which I felt was appropriate for shopping at a discount store. I regularly shop at large retailers like Costco and Sam's Club and have never been questioned about my bag upon entry. When my daughter and her friend spoke to him about the way we were treated, he responded that he was just doing his job and that is just how he is. He said he was sorry I was offended, but reiterated that he was just doing his job. I later spoke with a staff member who did apologize for what happened. I understand and respect the need for security, but there is a professional way to do it without making customers feel accused or unwelcome. A retail business should welcome customers while ensuring safety, not create a hostile shopping environment at the door. I am sharing this feedback so management is aware of how customers are being treated. Based on this experience, I will not be returning.

Needed some shoes for my new job that had to meet a couple of requirements: Black Leather, Non Slip…read moreand needed to be comfortable for me to be walking in all day. I searched online and found several brands - but was not able to try them on without visiting a retailer. So, I decided to stop by at this location to see what they had that met the employers requirements. The store is in a small strip mall - plenty of parking. The store is large with a large variety of shoes. They have a line of shoes "Skechers Work" that met some of the metrics but did not look good to me. There were several employees restocking the store (all wearing Skechers shirts/sweatshirts). No one greeted me when I walked in, no one asked if I needed any help. No acknowledgment at all. I left the store as I was not able to find anything I liked. A week later, I went back on the Skechers website and found some new inventory that were not available the prior week. I found a pair that met the requirements and I would be able to try them out when I got there. So I placed my order via the website and opted for in store pick up. I placed my order at 10AM and it stated that online orders are typically ready in 3-4 hours. I waited....and waited and waited some more. It's now 3PM, so I called the store. I asked if the employee would be able to check on the status of my online order and the employee said yes. The employee came back and apologized that they did not see the order til now. Advised that they will get it ready now and for me to wait for the "Ready" email, should be ready in a couple of minutes. The email finally arrived and I headed to the store. Went in and let the employee behind the counter know I was there to pick up an online order. I gave my name and the order# to the employee and he went to the back area to get the shoes. After a couple of minutes, the employee came back empty handed and asked another worker about my order. She pointed to the shoe box on the counter with a Post It note on it with my name. Employee 1 tries to scan the shoes to complete the pick up process and was not able to do so. Employee 2 helps him out with the scanner and was able to complete it. The biggest disappointment was they did not even notice my order sitting in the system until I called in. The price of the shoes were average with other brands. If I had more time, I would likely shop around .
