I don't write many reviews, but people really need to know about the bad business at this place. I…read morefound them on OfferUp while looking for a dual laptop screen extender. I did a research on the actual item that was posted on OfferUp by them. I drove about 40 mins to get to this shop. When I got there a different brand was given to me, so I wasted my time, researching a brand that they didn't have. The item was nothing like the picture and it was not new. There's a seal on the box and the seal was broken so it was definitely not "new" as stated on OfferUp. When I ask the guy in the front if he has the item on OfferUp and on their IG page, he in was like "how old is the post?"It doesn't matter because you should remove it if it's sold. Post says there were 6 available and they didn't even have 1. He was trying to sell an item that is not even the same and it's opened box but kept arguing saying it's new. I'm telling him it's not and there's also a seal that's broken. Unfortunately, I wasn't able to take a picture of the actual item I saw in the store because I didn't think it was going to escalate this far, but I took a similar picture of how the seal kinda looks like. One of the cords was used and not in the original wrapper. He noticed it was opened and proceed to taped the box. Even my friend laughed because the guy kept saying, "it's new because I tested it!"Then it's not new! It should've said "opened box but new" on OfferUp. However, I still offer a deal since I drove pretty far to get there and gas ain't cheap, also it's a different brand and not new. I was willing to take it for some kind of discount since I'm risking it due to no refund and returns. He could've easily said no he couldn't give me a discount but instead he kept arguing with me and kept saying it's new and that he tested it. Of course I was also upset because it was false advertisement, and I wasted my time driving out there. He then yelled as I was walking out the door, "GET OUT!" Then I proceeded to take a picture of the front of the shop and video to warn others that this place lies so they don't waste their time. He chased to my car to video record me up close (I was a little scared to be honest, but was glad that my friend was there with me) , recorded my friend (who had nothing to do with this) , recorded my license plate and called me a scammer but how am I a scammer when I'm the one buying? I wasn't even returning anything, so how am I a scammer? I mean, make it make sense. The fact that he actually went out to my car shows that he is guilty in what he's doing. I should've checked Yelp before I went there but I was in a hurry, but as you can see there are many bad reviews. I think he even wrote a 5 star review for himself trying to act like a customer because the picture in that profile looks like him. Honestly, save your time and your money, even if it's cheap, to go somewhere else or buy it elsewhere, unless you want to buy used or fake items. I attached a picture of the front of the shop and a video of him coming up close to me at my car and calling me a scammer, even though I wasn't returning anything and I was the buyer! The other pictures are stuff from OfferUp that they posted and did not have.

This place is the biggest scam to ever exist, DO NOT COME HERE!!!!!…read more To start off I used to love coming here with my mom on their $12 Fridays but ever since they moved locations it has sucked since. To start off, the lady in the front in insanely rude, she has a terrible attitude and was not friendly or welcoming in any way. Secondly, I originally came here because I saw the samsonite luggage as seen and as advertised on their instagram. I lined up early, was 5th in line and was trying to snag it, however once I got my hands I was pushed to the side but some man who's 5x bigger than me. After a while he felt bad and ended up giving it to me which I thought was weird but I accepted, I later found out why. When it came time to check if the luggage was in there, to my surprise it was not. I thought they were to have it front so before I paid I made sure to ask where the luggage was and to my surprise again the rude lady said if it's not in there then it's not here. It's very obvious this place tries to sell empty name brand products to make a profit, because as soon as both employees knew there was no luggage inside it was placed right back on the tables to sell. Not only was I frustrated by this experience but extremely disappointed as the owner knows exactly what he's doing by trying to sell fake products to the community of Azusa . This place sucks and is a scam, I will not be returning!!

This spot started showing up on my IG feed and I totally was hooked because they were advertising…read moredifferent deals on different days. So I made my way out here to check it out. Hoping that I'll be able to score some affordable neat things. But it was a bit too much for me. Everything was dumped in bins and you really have to rummage through all their things. Things were like Amazon returns and were just thrown on the table so you truly have to go through each aisle to see if you can find items you'll need. Like with anything there is no guarantee if it works. And I am not sure how their return policies work and I didn't inquire because I don't live close enough to stop often. So after walking around for a bit I decided to leave. I actually felt like the prices weren't that much cheaper than what was being sold. I prefer shopping Amazon returns at the swammeet because the prices seems more affordable and no tax. But I can understand because they have to pay for overhead. This was just not my type of organized chaos because I just don't have time to rummage through everything. If you have time and like to go through things to find gems then this is your spot. Tips: *Shared parking lot with other local businesses.

Landfill morphin time!…read more The Heights at West Covina Shopping Center is a 340,000 square foot retail center located next to Big League Dreams Sports Park. This is where the former BKK landfill used to be which is now morphed into this shopping center. The stores in this shopping center include: Target, Chronic Tacos, Fresh N Easy, El Pollo Loco, Panda Express, Round Table Pizza, Wendy's, Quickly, Starbucks, Jamba Juice, Home Depot, PetSmart, Staples, GameStop, Verizon Wireless, and Happy Nails. Keep in mind that the four-way intersection here can be one of the worst. Some people don't follow stop signs. There's also people that make "invisible stop signs" on lanes where they actually have the right of way to just go. Now everyone gets confused. It's never really that busy but the whole caterpillar line of cars extending from the stoplights makes it seem so. It's best to have patience otherwise you'd come out of there pretty angry. If there is extreme traffic and I really need to exit, I just go all the way out to the far end of the shopping center (where Ruby Tuesdays used to be) and make a right from there. Overall, this is a decent shopping center with a bit of variety. It's viciously local to me so it's very convenient!
