This place is the biggest scam to ever exist, DO NOT COME HERE!!!!! To start off I used to love coming here with my mom on their $12 Fridays but ever since they moved locations it has sucked since. To start off, the lady in the front in insanely rude, she has a terrible attitude and was not friendly or welcoming in any way. Secondly, I originally came here because I saw the samsonite luggage as seen and as advertised on their instagram. I lined up early, was 5th in line and was trying to snag it, however once I got my hands I was pushed to the side but some man who's 5x bigger than me. After a while he felt bad and ended up giving it to me which I thought was weird but I accepted, I later found out why. When it came time to check if the luggage was in there, to my surprise it was not. I thought they were to have it front so before I paid I made sure to ask where the luggage was and to my surprise again the rude lady said if it's not in there then it's not here. It's very obvious this place tries to sell empty name brand products to make a profit, because as soon as both employees knew there was no luggage inside it was placed right back on the tables to sell. Not only was I frustrated by this experience but extremely disappointed as the owner knows exactly what he's doing by trying to sell fake products to the community of Azusa . This spot started showing up on my IG feed and I totally was hooked because they were advertising different deals on different days. So I made my way out here to check it out. Hoping that I'll be able to score some affordable neat things. But it was a bit too much for me. Everything was dumped in bins and you really have to rummage through all their things. Things were like Amazon returns and were just thrown on the table so you truly have to go through each aisle to see if you can find items you'll need. Like with anything there is no guarantee if it works. And I am not sure how their return policies work and I didn't inquire because I don't live close enough to stop often. So after walking around for a bit I decided to leave. I actually felt like the prices weren't that much cheaper than what was being sold. I prefer shopping Amazon returns at the swammeet because the prices seems more affordable and no tax. But I can understand because they have to pay for overhead. This was just not my type of organized chaos because I just don't have time to rummage through everything. If you have time and like to go through things to find gems then this is your spot. What an oddball store. It looks like a place where pallets of boxed items that have somehow "fallen off a truck" are transported, randomly tossed into bins, and sold at cheap prices. There is no rhyme or reason to what is in the bins. You just need to rummage through them to see what is there. Items are mixed together with empty boxes that the items have been pulled from. The place looks like complete chaos. But in the rare instance you find something you want you can bet it will be at an unbelievable price. Anyway, I drove my friend here to pick up a computer table that was only $30. My friend saw an ad for it and thought it was a great deal. It was basic but sturdy. The problem was that it was in a box on a pallet in the back of the store with two other pallets on top of it. No one seemed to want to deal with getting it out; various workers said they'd try to get it out in a couple hours. But after some pleading (it helps if your friend is stunningly beautiful) and a 30 minute wait we finally were able to get it, paid, and quickly scurried out the door with it. We stopped by after the fair, thinking it would be cool. First thing as with other reviews you have to go through tables that have boxes that are not labeled what they are so you have to open them to find out what is inside. After being there a half hour this lady come on mic to speak Spanish and could barely speak English that we are not allowed to open boxes. Even though I want to gatekeep this place, I can't as I don't think the reviews serve this business justice (and the cat is pretty much out of the bag, based on the crowds). I finally made my way in here last week, after driving past it often. For starters this is a bin style store where you rummage through tables full of goods. In the last week, I have purchased several Nespresso machines (for myself and family members) from $12-$40 a piece; all of which are in working order and pretty much complete (outside of 1 not coming with the aerocinno: but if I would have opened the box prior to purchasing: I would have realized it: But at $12: no biggie). I didn't pick up a $849 Breville espresso machine (barista pro) and I am still kicking myself for not grabbing it. I bought a bed frame sold on Amazon for $149 at $12 and some vacuums that retailed upwards of $279 from $12-$40 on a random Thursday/Friday. Most items appear to be returns from stores: Still new and in their original box.... Great stuff to be found. The staff is super helpful. The owners are always promoting it on Instagram (and give previews of what is to come: ie Target/Amazon stuff) The store itself can get PACKED, hot and stuffy: But, for the deals: It's a small inconvenience. I really think that the "deals" are AMAZING and I have left "lucky" each time. At the rate this business is going, I am hoping they expand to a bigger space (hopefully in one of the vacant spaces in the same shopping center) 10/10! read more

Stopped by this place as a friend had mentioned it. I went on a Friday morning, and the store was in chaos. There are rows and rows of tables with mixed and miscellaneous merchandise, some of which was open box or perhaps Amazon returns. It's all thrown out there so you have to search and wade through masses of boxes on masses of tables to find your treasure. I just don't have the patience for this type of shopping. I looked at the pricing policy painted on the walls, but it wasn't clear to me how much anything was. There was something about $12.00 on Friday...I'm sure there are bargains to be had, as many patrons were pushing shopping carts full of merchandise. What shocked me the most are the shopping carts that are being used by customers inside the store and left on the sidewalk in front of the store. They are all from big box stores such as Target, Costco and Lowe's, with the majority of them being from Target. They aren't old and broken down carts, but the Target carts looked fairly new. Clearly they don't belong there and are the property of another business, which doesn't set well with me. As mentioned, I'm sure there are bargains to be had, but with all the merchandise thrown at you on tables, seemingly with no rhyme or reason, it's just not a conducive shopping environment for me. read more

Ever since discovering Lucky Deals a few months ago, I've been obsessed. I couldn't have come at a better time. I was in the middle of a whole house remodel and I've found so much kitchen organization and furniture pieces at such great deals! It's hit or miss on some days but pictured are some highlights! The staff is great and energetic! It gets messy and tight in space but staff is always cleaning. They restock daily which is a huge plus! ALL SALES ARE FINAL! Prices gradually go down as the days go by with Thursday restocking days and Friday sales reset to $12. Most are Amazon and Target returns. I highly recommend bringing a truck! read more

Items like counter top ice maker, 5x7 jute rug, air purifiers, blue tooth speakers, aquarium, slim vacuums cleaners, wardrobe steamer, air fryers, nesspresso verso machine! all for 12 bucks!! And yes as the price goes down each day as stuff gets picked threw but this ain't Bloomingdales baby! Even on 3 dollar days I find amazing linens and down blankets! You want a deal dive in!!! First things first, you need to understand what you're getting into. I went just to take a look because I'd heard about stores like this on YouTube, so I wasn't sure what to expect. Since I wasn't sure, I'll make sure you know. Expect to spend some time. Yes stuff is in piles and some of it may seem worthless to you but keep looking. You never know what you'll find. For instance, I found a rolling saddle stool already assembled for $12 on a Friday. Same one sells on Amazon for $93. Got a $40 power bank for $12 too. They close on Thursday to restock so Friday will have the most stuff, which is why the price of things goes down every day. But don't let that fool you. You can still get good stuff later on too. I went on a Monday ($5 day) and got a 23 and me test kit unopened for $5. It retails for $199. Got Drunk Elephant and SkinCeuticals (quality skincare) still wrapped in plastic for $5 each. Retail would be over $100. But you have to take your time, and sometimes you won't find anything. Most of this stuff is lost or returned mail, so a lot of it will be broken or trash, but they do let you test out the electrical stuff up front before you buy. They're super nice and helpful. Attempted to enter the store today at about 5:45pm, open sign was lit and door was open, and last listed hours I saw were 8pm. One foot in the door and I was told "you need to get out right now, we're closed". Not mad that they closed early, just confused why I got the attitude when to the best of my knowledge and by appearance they were open. Saw a couple other people get turned away in the same manner, but also a couple others let in so not sure what's up. read more

Fun place to look for deals. We went there twice and found some pretty good buys. Definitely coming back when we have monkey to spend.

This place is a mess. If your coming here and are desperate enough you'll be stuck here for hours looking through broken junk. Make sure you inspect the items your willing to buy thoroughly because I made the mistake of not inspecting my item because it was in a sealed box. The item was completely damaged. It's either going to be missing pieces or damaged or not even the correct item. With absolutely no refunds or returns. No wonder the place is such a mess people open all the boxes and throw trash around. Better to pay full price for whatever your looking for. read more

I stopped coming here cause the trash in the bins. Nobody cleaning up after the people tearing thru the merchandise Whether it's a deal or not there was no control or any bit of clean up crew hired to cleanup. I've been to a couple other similar stores and they seem to have their stuff well organized much better than here. My recent visit to my surprise I was happy to see workers going thru the bins cleaning up the mess. The managers that I'm use to seeing were always nice and polite and made you want to come back. But lately there have been some other people there running the registers that aren't so welcoming and often just rude. I use to love looking at the small electronics up front by the register and would always find deals. But lately the prices seems comparable to brand new items thru Amazon. Why buy something you can't return and don't know if it'll actually work at almost full price? Yes, I have found some great deals here in the past. I will continue to come here and glad to see more cleanup being done. Just hope to see happier workers there and a bit better customer service. This is just my opinion based off my experience. Sorry if I seem salty. Make your own judgement and come check this place out. Even with all I have said, I will continue to come here on almost a weekly basis. This place should be called "Lucky Trash" because trash is all you can possibly find here. Want to purchase a used,unwashed and stained coffee maker, this is your store. For the price you're paying for the trash they have here, you're better off going to Dollar Tree or 99 cents only stores. read more
