I actually have been at this shopping center before when I did take-out at Urbane Cafe a while back. Anyway, Citrus Crossing is a huge shopping center with big and small businesses (shown below) located in the City of Azusa. It's in very close vicinity to Azusa Pacific University... literally diagonally across the street. Tons of free parking. It's anchored by a grocery store, a movie theater, and good restaurants. I am curious about a few of the biz. I may return to check them out. I was here yesterday and found great parking by Macys and hardly a walk to all the things we wanted to go to. It's really pretty here during the Holidays and I like that they blocked off some streets so people could walk a bit more freely. My favorite is coming on a Saturday or Sunday morning before the crowds start and enjoying a coffee and walking around. Excited to see all the new businesses that recently opened here and check them out.

To the new owners of VG…read more.. I've always enjoyed coming to Victoria Gardens--it's a great place for families, shopping, and spending time outdoors. However, one concern that has become more noticeable over the past year is the lack of enforcement on the main streets. There are frequently vehicles speeding through busy areas where families and children are walking, and many drivers seem more focused on showing off how loud their cars are than driving safely. It's not uncommon to hear multiple cars revving their engines within just a few minutes. This creates a very unsafe environment and takes away from what should be a welcoming community space. Increasing police presence, even for short periods of time, would make a noticeable difference and help deter this behavior. I truly believe Victoria Gardens is a great place, but addressing this issue would go a long way in keeping it safe and enjoyable for everyone.

Plenty of food options here. One of my favorite is Ding Tai Fung, also the Nagi ramen place is another good choice. If you have room for dessert, the Japanese cheesecake at Uncle tetsu is a place I stop for sweets. Plenty of parking, there is usually a lot of parking available at the structure by AMC and Bowlero.

My favorite place in the mall is the Hello Pottery and the bakery upstairs near the Gap. The massage people upstairs could do a little better but I guess because I'm pregnant they didn't want to put too much pressure on me. I felt like they rushed my massage at Diamond massage since it was close to closing time. I have yet to see the entire mall but I loved one of their Korean skincare stores I got a few items, the old navy is nice, Nordstrom employees helped me and told me about my bag that I got how to care for it, the Din tai fung was my first time going and nice. There is even a page that posts about all the closed malls. It's on FB if you want to look for it. It's sad really, if you think about it. Where will you go when there are no more malls to go hang out on a Saturday afternoon? Or when you have teens full of energy that just need a safe and non threatening environment? Where will you go if you just want to get out of the house for a couple hours and maybe get a snack or meet a friend after work ? Bars are not the only places to hang out. Although, those are quietly disappearing too. If you'd like to keep this mall, social space, and have a place to hang out like we did before 2020 told you to stay home and pushed online, ama zon shopping on you. It was planned. Go see how much ama zon is worth now. I digress. The mall is a community center for gathering. Of course there are parks, but what about when it rains or it's too hot outside ? Come on we live in the valley. The summer can be very hot and we need to geo somewhere to cool down. Right ? The mall needs more visitors to stay alive. Stop buying online: Plus, by coming in person you support jobs. Jobs are scarce these days. Very scarce. I know several people looking for jobs. Let's not give them excuses to close down. I'm just sharing because lots of places are closing down and it's not ok. Communities thrive when small businesses and local businesses are thriving. But I can at least guarantee that the mall is always lively and there's plenty of parking. Lots of restaurants around and across the street too. What I like best about this mall is their effort to foster community here, such as the Dia de los Muertos display or when I happened to walk pass a Bluey Xmas dance party and you can take pictures with Santa AND Bluey. Super cute. One time years and years ago, they had a scavenger hunt for Christmas where you search around the mall to take photos with your phone for an ornament. I really liked that I did that and got to spend time with my family. I've seen so many shops come and go here and pieces of my childhood through adolescence such as the Disney Store (I remember spending time here looking through that giant plushie pile), the merry go round, Surf City Squeeze (always thought their mascot looked cool, now replaced with a Pop Mart vending machine), Nothing But Silver (went here lots with my mom and aunts), Sanrio Surprise, Amapola Deli and Market (crazy they tried to open a market in here), the hermit crab vendor, McDonald's that my mom would always get my brother and I and the vendors that would try to sell stickers at our table, the dollar store on the upper floor above Baskin Robbins, the used bookstore and so much more. Huge chunk of nostalgic memories for me, but today it's decent mall with most things that you would need. Some shops I go to often to get gifts or pick up something for myself, See's (thanks for closing PH location), Hot Topic, Bath and Body Works, Miniso, etc. At least the Tilt arcade here is still open. I wouldn't go out of my way to go here, but if you're already here, might as well enjoy malls before more of them perish.

I've been to this outlet for over two decades, so I've seen many of the previous shops that left the outlet, as well as the newer ones. But one thing about Ontario Mills is that there's always visitors and shoppers here. I really cannot think of any visit where it was ever empty - maybe closer to closing, but it still manages to stay busy then, too. There's hundreds of variety of stores here, with popular retailers such as: Puma, Nike, Banana Repulbic, GAP, Tommy Hilfiger, Nordstrom Rack, Columbia, Abercrombie (and now Hollister is now also here). You've got so many choices, you just gotta make the time to do your shopping. But other than the stores. I personally come here for the food court. Not that it's anything spectacular, there's Cajun BBQ, Burger King, Hot Dog on a Stick, to name a few, but just a nice open space to just enjoy a meal after shopping. And I've been to plenty of malls to say the dining space is spacious and clean. Parking here will require a drive through the parking rows sometimes, but you'll find parking, depending where you park. This is a very big outlet, so park closest to whichever stores you want to visit. But yeah, this is a great mall and will look forward to future visits.

Aside from accidentally wandering in here or being here for a specific event (seeing Yoshiki over a decade ago or the 20th anniversary Rilakkuma pop up, which was absolutely fisted with people), I've only wandered here on accident when hanging out with friends elsewhere. There's a good number of shops and eateries though, especially since it sort of shares the space/is right next to the Farmer's Market (great open area to go shop and to go dine). Large overlap of the same shops and eateries as the Americana, but there's things there that we don't have in Glendale. Lot of higher end businesses. Big fan of the La La Land Kind Cafe and what they do, their drinks, and their aesthetic. The Christmas decorations were wonderful and this past weekend they had the Lunar New Year celebration, with many additional pop-up vendors in the street (closed off for pedestrians). We enjoyed walking, talking and exploring all the additional vendors and also the people (and dog) watching was top notch. Judging by the crowd turnout, I would say that this was a successful event, and I hope they add more events like this going forward. Many great restaurants, shops, craft stores and plaza entertainment. Water fountains and train rides for the kids (and some adults too). Whether you come here to dine, shop or just hang out and enjoy the weather with others, this place is a solid choice.

There weren't a lot of seats for this big mall. They should add more benches to the outdoor grassy area and some shade. It's a really posh mall since their renovation. There's a bus stop located in front of Macy's parking lot, which you can travel around Orange County with the OC Bus and SGV with Foothill Transit. A bit of a five minute walk to the stop, but the buses are convenient.

He went above and beyond and represents what customer service should look like. That said, I had a different experience with one of the male managers. I asked him for help finding a compression shirt -- something I'm sure he could have easily assisted with -- but to my surprise, I didn't get any help. I came in ready to spend money, as I usually do in your store, but after that interaction I'm reconsidering and may take my business elsewhere. To the manager who helped me -- keep up the great work.
