The mall

It's not a bad mall. I've been here twice recently. The first time I got lost lol Make sure you remember where you parked lol I made the mistake of not paying attention to where I was at. Ended up walking all around the mall, trying to find my car lol It took forever lol There's lots of stores here. Great selection! Good value too! It's an outlet mall, so the deals are great. You can't beat the prices at the mall. Which is why I've been back a couple times recently lol

Huge indoor outlet shopping mall located just off the 10 and the 15 freeways in the city of Ontario. Name the brand or company, and they probably have a store here. Stores such as Nike, Under Armour, Columbia, The North Face, Tory Birch, Ugg, and many others. Most stores offer great prices and discounts in many products. The selection of items can range from office supplies, to clothing, shoes, toys, electronics etc.. The food court is huge and offers many options; the parking lot is huge; security is good; and there are numerous entrances/exits conveniently located throughout the mall. One can easily spend hours shopping, browsing, or simply hanging out at this place.

WHY I CAME HERE? Funny, I have been to Ontario Mills so many times. However, its review has been in my Drafts for a while. It's time to write this review so here I go... BUSINESS(ES): Ontario Mills is an indoor shopping and outlet mall located in Ontario. It is near the Ontario International Airport and Auto Club Speedway, as well as the interchange between the 15 Fwy and 10 Fwy. I frequent this mall primarily for its food court (Kelly's Cajun Grill, Cinnabon, Hot Dog on A Stick, Auntie Anne's), selective dine-in restaurants (Jollibee, Rainforest Cafe, Yong Kang Street, Norms), some clothing, shoe, and misc stores (Build A Bear, Burlington, New Balance, Old Navy), and entertainment (AMC, Dave and Busters). Of all my years coming to this mall, I did not know California Welcome Center is also present here... I haven't been, but will plan to visit it one day. Lots of variety shops and restaurants... something for everyone! INTERIOR / AMBIANCE: It's amazingly huge! I can get my 10,000 steps here in a jiffy. I may have to make a few rounds, but it's doable for sure. It can get really packed especially on the weekends. It's best to come early in the morning when they first open or late evening a couple hours before closing time. Bench seatings available throughout the mall... I wished there were more though. Temperature inside is very comfortable. Great to be indoors when it's hot outside. EXTERIOR / PARKING: Tons of free parking surrounding the entire mall from front to side to back. Plan accordingly as you may have to walk several minutes until you get inside the mall... and to get from one end to the other end of the mall. Like I said, it's HUGE! LOL RECOMMEND THIS PLACE? An astounding YES! Such a great place for family and friends to enjoy on the weekends. Weekday visits are great, too, especially with the lesser crowds and you may possibly have the whole mall to yourself. Fun fact... per Google, "Ontario Mills is the largest one-level shopping mall in Western North America. There may be larger malls, but they have two or more levels." So what are you waiting for... come on over to experience this mall for yourself regardless of where you're coming from... far and near! Have fun!! I have more photos stored someplace... will post more when I find them or will just capture new ones next time!

This is a place my wife and I like to visit about once a year. Between the deals, specials, and wide store selection, there's always something to enjoy. The food court is good, too. We got good service from most stores Tory Burch was awesome. I like the selection and good prices. It does get crowded on a Saturday, but that's to be expected. Overall, it's a great time for shopping, eating, and spending time with family. Always a fun trip.

Busy mall on a Saturday afternoon. Parking lot seems 80-90% full. Has a good variety of stores from high end to budget and everything in between. Even has outlet stores of popular stores. They have a large food court with lots of tables, but tables are mostly taken. Overall a nice place to pass some time and do some last minute shopping or window shopping before catching a flight at the Ontario airport.

FUN VIBES w/ RELIABLE STORES! Ontario Mills saved the day again. I was shopping for a suit for an upcoming event and I managed to get everything I needed all at the mall! I primarily went to Burlington, and Nordstrom Rack. Afterwards, my family and I window shopped and bought a few snacks. My favorite mall treat is an Ahboong from SomiSomi and grabbing some Taiyaki for the road. The mall had a family-friendly atmosphere. I was pleasantly surprised with how clean the mall looked and the renewed brightness! I'm serious, everyone was joyful and having a great time. The mall even had a cute mascot and plenty of things to do for kids and families. Parking was a bit difficult as the mall was busy, but the walk wasn't too bad from our car. I saw some security and vested loss prevention professionals. I think the mall could use a little more security personnel, but I felt safe. I recommend Ontario Mills as the value is good and it's in the hub of Ontario. There's eateries and restaurants surrounding the mall. Additionally, there's an AMC attached and a Regal right next door on Mills Cir. Many can find some affordable fun here!

Ontario Mills has always been them all I've gone to since literally it opens that part of the inland empire definitely needed that mall and I remember when we first started going it was great and I'm talking a long time ago when Virgin records had a CD store in there where you can try out the stuff and listen to music had a lot of good stores and of course my favorite was GameWorks to me when that went out was the beginning of the end for that mall that place was awesome to me it was better than a Dave & Buster's we used to go there sometimes just for that place on a Friday night on a Sunday to watch football it was a great two story arcade with multiple bars good food I was pretty heartbroken when they left now it's some kind of shoe store same thing with the food court the food court used to be way better and now it's like half dead I know everything changes with time but that mall is a shell of its former self on top of that there used to be good restaurants in that law as well that are no longer there and I think it more sad thing of that mall is watching the decline of the rainforest Cafe back in the High Life of that place we used to go sometimes there when the mall is newer this place I remember people used to wait to eat there we saw it at the bar you know the bar was lively and these have the bubblers by the seats where you sat down a lot of good neon and bar artwork and the same thing when you were escorted to your table do you sell those giant aquariums with all the fish go now the fish are gone signage is gone the bubblers are gone no good but I think it's because they did not want to modernize with the times they figured that that kind of animatronics in the dining room and the man you would carry itself well beyond is means and it didn't so instead of in the end they're trying to revamp it they never did the man you really never change except for the prices went up and yeah I haven't been there in years

This is a good ole fashioned mega mall with everything you need- clothing, accessories, shoes, jewelry, cosmetics, food, toys, luggage, entertainment and more. From high end stores to the cheap stuff. Outlets and lots of sales. Calvin Klein, Saks 5th Off, West Elm, Lucky Brand, Cole Haan, Levi's, Hollister, Nike to Old Navy, Burlington, and Five Below. AMC, Rainforest Cafe, Dave and Busters, a massage place, Lego, anime, kpop, Psycho Bunny, Disney, boba, and of course Cinnabon. I went to kill time while my wife was at an appointment and splurged on a massage, shopped at Uniqlo, and found a cool travel mug at Zwilling. Worth checking out if you're in the area or want to beat the scorching heat.

I love this mall, it seriously is a mall that has all the stores you could possibly think of. I could spend hours here but i already had a long day so I was trying to just rush through most of the stores. They even have a Disney photo booth and Disneyland doesn't even have that. It was so awesome here and I'm even going back again this weekend. I have a few things I wanted to go back and look more at.

Ask the Community - Ontario Mills

Are dogs allowed?

Yes, Service dogs are allowed.

Is this like the mills mall in Arizona? Like do you consider this a "discount" mall? For example lots of stores with good clearance, genuine outlet type prices, etc?

Definitely. Yes.

Do they have a boothvor store that offer a personalized mug printing?

Yes

Is there a diary queen?

No. Belly

Can you rent strollers here?

Yes

Is the store Abercrombie still there or moved?

Abercrombie store, fossil and few other stores are no longer there ! Bummer!

Is miniso open, can one shop there?

I thought Miniso was no longer there? They left right when the pandemic started.

Does anyone know if it's open?

Yes the Ontario mills is open

Is the mall open?

Yes

Is the inside open? Food court? Preferably is Potato corner open? As of October 20, 2020

Yes they are all open and so is the food court

Do they allow small dog's?

I know they recently cut back on non certified assistant dogs. I'm sure if you have a small dog in a carrier they won't say anything if you carry them.

I have a quick question what is their policy on dogs? Cause I know Victoria garden you could bring dogs but I don't really know about this mall? I seen people with dogs but I wanna be sure so we don't get kick out lol

Last I heard was that they were cracking down on dogs that weren't disability assisting dogs (I can't remember their title). Victoria gardens is more outdoor and up to each shop to decide if they want to let you in if it's not a certified ADA dog.… Read more

Did they finally open up or is it still closed?

They are open! Not all the store but enough stores

Is this mall open to walk around and shop?

I'm not sure ..... due to the unstable social issues.

Are pets allowed, with leash?

See people doing it and security not asking them to not do it, so I would suppose so.

Is This place pet friendly?

Only service animals are allowed. Unless certain shops have "take a picture with your pet day". Which idk who does. But the option is there tho. :)

Does this place have ac?

Yes! Quite strong! :)

Are dogs allowed inside?

Only service dogs, I did not see any other animals allowed.

They have a ton of Clearance items in practically every. I found a few things I wanted, especially…read moresome Blackout curtains. Items ranged from 15%-70% off. The cashier that rung up my items was friendly and was asking about the clearance liquor I was getting. I told him I didn't know if it was good, but it has 11% ABV, so so let's see what it do! Lol! Naturally the floor associates don't speak and will avoid eye contact, to prevent being asked for assistance. I was thinking to myself.....Little do y'all know, I don't even like people, and will walk this entire store twice, before I ask any of yall for assistance.

Probably the worst Target I've been to. Everything was fine and dandy when we went around to look…read morefor our items, because staff was no where to be found. Once we went to check out, the Target worker held our face serum bottle in his hand and placed it in a random item behind the register. We stood in the self check out, waiting for him to give it to us so we can cash out and leave. He proceeds to talk to his coworker about an NBA game happening tonight, while we were staring at him. When we asked him where's our face serum? A female worker walks by and says "I'm looking for it" in a very rude way. I'm confused because the guy talking about the NBA game literally has it. He also said "yeah, she's looking for it" but we kept saying "you have it in your hand. That's what she's looking for." Then he says "oh... here". My fiancé had to tell him to tell the female worker to stop looking because he had it. Then he says, "oh yeah... hey..." Ridiculous. Our items ended up beeping at the front entrance because the security tag was still on the skirt I bought. We went back to ask the Target employees to take it off, but they asked me "what can we help you with?" Did the not see us alert the front entrance? She checked my receipt, then took off the tag. When I told her to keep the clothes hanger, she made me put it back instead of taking it for me. It's all the tiny things adding up, that had made this a frustrating target trip. These workers don't seem to care about customer service at all. They are distracted, rude, and carefree. If I don't need to come here, the I won't be visiting.
