This is *THE* Inland Empire outlet mall, if you want to go on a real shopping spree. You will come out with at least one shopping bag, or food, when you visit Ontario Mills. I've been to this outlet for over two decades, so I've seen many of the previous shops that left the outlet, as well as the newer ones. But one thing about Ontario Mills is that there's always visitors and shoppers here. I really cannot think of any visit where it was ever empty - maybe closer to closing, but it still manages to stay busy then, too. There's hundreds of variety of stores here, with popular retailers such as: Puma, Nike, Banana Repulbic, GAP, Tommy Hilfiger, Nordstrom Rack, Columbia, Abercrombie (and now Hollister is now also here). You've got so many choices, you just gotta make the time to do your shopping. But other than the stores. I personally come here for the food court. Not that it's anything spectacular, there's Cajun BBQ, Burger King, Hot Dog on a Stick, to name a few, but just a nice open space to just enjoy a meal after shopping. And I've been to plenty of malls to say the dining space is spacious and clean. Parking here will require a drive through the parking rows sometimes, but you'll find parking, depending where you park. This is a very big outlet, so park closest to whichever stores you want to visit. But yeah, this is a great mall and will look forward to future visits. read more

came here to walk and people watching. arrived a few min before 8pm on a Friday. ALL the stores are CLOSED for the day. we asked the cleaning lady who says the mall closes at 8pm. But this is a Friday night, isn't it supposed to open later so people can come shopping?! we walked the whole mall and saw only 3-4 stores are still open, all other stores were closed (and looked like it's been locked down for a while). so sad. read more

Brought the teenager and their friends to go Prom shopping. This mall has a huge selection of retailers, food places, and kiosk. It's also a great place to walk and get your exercise on safely. The parking here can be a little crazy, especially during busy times. They offer a wide variety of services and most encounters are friendly. The value of this place varies by what you're purchasing. Huge indoor outlet shopping mall located just off the 10 and the 15 freeways in the city of Ontario. Name the brand or company, and they probably have a store here. Stores such as Nike, Under Armour, Columbia, The North Face, Tory Birch, Ugg, and many others. Most stores offer great prices and discounts in many products. The selection of items can range from office supplies, to clothing, shoes, toys, electronics etc.. The food court is huge and offers many options; the parking lot is huge; security is good; and there are numerous entrances/exits conveniently located throughout the mall. Staying in Rancho Cucamonga, I found myself in a tight pickle when I realized my tumi lock wasn't working properly. After a quick search I found out that Ontario Mills had a Tumi Store which was perfect. As I arrive in my rideshare, I was so amazed at just how large this shopping mall is. This is a place where I could see someone easily spending a full day of shopping and still not visit everything. The shopping gods were on my side and the entrance I got dropped off at was the closest one to the store. It's a little rundown and outdated but it's been ages since I've been to an all-indoor outlet mall. I'm used to them being outdoors like at Cabazon, San Marcos, and Orlando. WHY I CAME HERE? Funny, I have been to Ontario Mills so many times. However, its review has been in my Drafts for a while. It's time to write this review so here I go... BUSINESS(ES): Ontario Mills is an indoor shopping and outlet mall located in Ontario. It is near the Ontario International Airport and Auto Club Speedway, as well as the interchange between the 15 Fwy and 10 Fwy. I frequent this mall primarily for its food court (Kelly's Cajun Grill, Cinnabon, Hot Dog on A Stick, Auntie Anne's), selective dine-in restaurants (Jollibee, Rainforest Cafe, Yong Kang Street, Norms), some clothing, shoe, and misc stores (Build A Bear, Burlington, New Balance, Old Navy), and entertainment (AMC, Dave and Busters). Of all my years coming to this mall, I did not know California Welcome Center is also present here... I haven't been, but will plan to visit it one day. Lots of variety shops and restaurants... something for everyone! INTERIOR / AMBIANCE: It's amazingly huge! I can get my 10,000 steps here in a jiffy. I may have to make a few rounds, but it's doable for sure. It can get really packed especially on the weekends. It's best to come early in the morning when they first open or late evening a couple hours before closing time. Bench seatings available throughout the mall... I wished there were more though. Temperature inside is very comfortable. Great to be indoors when it's hot outside. EXTERIOR / PARKING: Tons of free parking surrounding the entire mall from front to side to back. Plan accordingly as you may have to walk several minutes until you get inside the mall... and to get from one end to the other end of the mall. Like I said, it's HUGE! LOL RECOMMEND THIS PLACE? An astounding YES! Such a great place for family and friends to enjoy on the weekends. Weekday visits are great, too, especially with the lesser crowds and you may possibly have the whole mall to yourself. Busy mall on a Saturday afternoon. Parking lot seems 80-90% full. Has a good variety of stores from high end to budget and everything in between. Even has outlet stores of popular stores. They have a large food court with lots of tables, but tables are mostly taken. FUN VIBES w/ RELIABLE STORES! Ontario Mills saved the day again. I was shopping for a suit for an upcoming event and I managed to get everything I needed all at the mall! I primarily went to Burlington, and Nordstrom Rack. Afterwards, my family and I window shopped and bought a few snacks. My favorite mall treat is an Ahboong from SomiSomi and grabbing some Taiyaki for the road. The mall had a family-friendly atmosphere. I was pleasantly surprised with how clean the mall looked and the renewed brightness! I'm serious, everyone was joyful and having a great time. The mall even had a cute mascot and plenty of things to do for kids and families. Parking was a bit difficult as the mall was busy, but the walk wasn't too bad from our car. I saw some security and vested loss prevention professionals. I think the mall could use a little more security personnel, but I felt safe. I recommend Ontario Mills as the value is good and it's in the hub of Ontario. There's eateries and restaurants surrounding the mall. Additionally, there's an AMC attached and a Regal right next door on Mills Cir. Many can find some affordable fun here! read more

First trip ever to Ontario Mills this weekend. With the temperature so high, finding an activity indoors was the priority. There is plenty of parking. If you don't fight it looking for that optimal spot, getting in and out of the lot can be done in a reasonable amount of time. We began at the food court and was pleased with the selections. As crowded as the place was, we were able to find a nice place to sit and enjoy our late lunch. Great variety of discount stores and name brands. Several interesting kiosks and even snack places around the circled layout. It was very convenient to jump from Nordstrom Rack, Nike, Adidas, Express, Gap, Oakley and even the Fragrant stores without venturing outside in the heat. My girlfriend enjoyed the red bean Tayaki at SomiSomi and I'm grateful that she continues to share new items and experiences with me. As with most places today, it would be nice have staff members going around cleaning up the main corridors. Unfortunately in today's society people drop their trash. Keeping the place clean would make this place a regular visit. read more

Ontario Mills has always been them all I've gone to since literally it opens that part of the inland empire definitely needed that mall and I remember when we first started going it was great and I'm talking a long time ago when Virgin records had a CD store in there where you can try out the stuff and listen to music had a lot of good stores and of course my favorite was GameWorks to me when that went out was the beginning of the end for that mall that place was awesome to me it was better than a Dave & Buster's we used to go there sometimes just for that place on a Friday night on a Sunday to watch football it was a great two story arcade with multiple bars good food I was pretty heartbroken when they left now it's some kind of shoe store same thing with the food court the food court used to be way better and now it's like half dead I know everything changes with time but that mall is a shell of its former self on top of that there used to be good restaurants in that law as well that are no longer there and I think it more sad thing of that mall is watching the decline of the rainforest Cafe back in the High Life of that place we used to go sometimes there when the mall is newer this place I remember people used to wait to eat there we saw it at the bar you know the bar was lively and these have the bubblers by the seats where you sat down a lot of good neon and bar artwork and the same thing when you were escorted to your table do you sell those giant aquariums with all the fish go now the fish are gone signage is gone the bubblers are gone no good but I think it's because they did not want to modernize with the times they figured that that kind of animatronics in the dining room and the man you would carry itself well beyond is means and it didn't so instead of in the end they're trying to revamp it they never did the man you really never change except for the prices went up and yeah I haven't been there in years read more

Spent girls day shopping at the Mills. We wanted to take advantage of the summer deals and 4th of July sales. Ontario Mills is an indoor outlet. It's a large circle filled with clothing, home, affordable luxury, and shoe stores. There's a food court with the most popular fast food restaurants and lots of indoor seating. I've been visiting this outlet since 2010. Weekends are always busy while the weekdays are more calm. Holiday weekends are a nightmare. Parking is like any other outlet. Free parking lot only; no structure. Not much has changed since I last visited. Just a few stores closed and new stores took its place. There are sales for every occasion. It can get crowded and overwhelming. The upkeep of the store really depends on the type of store and its associates. Sometimes it's clean and organized while other times, not so much. Since this outlet is near Ontario Airport, there's a lot of foot traffic from tourists. There's also a lot of kids and large families. It might feel ghetto at times as majority of people have no respect. I've seen multiple people steal, get harassed, argue, etc. I like visiting once in a blue moon to shop or grab some food, but this outlet is not one I would consistently visit. It is fun to bring your friends and family to walk around and hangout. You can easily spend 6 hours here and not realize it. read more

I've been coming here for years! It's always busy especially on the weekends. During the holidays might be so busy to even find parking. Ontario mills' layout is basically a big circle. You can't really get out of the circle until you walk to the mid way point. I usually cross one side of mall to the other side at H&M or there's a bathroom by H&M. I absolutely love this mall. It is huge, and I believe it is the largest mall in California. There are over 200 stores, and restaurant galore here. I can spend an entire day here, and not visit every single store (Crazy right?!). This mall is always so busy. I love it! And I also love the kiosk where you can rent little scooters shaped like stuffed animals, or suit cases, and ride them around this massively, huge mall. You primarily see young kids on them, but every now, and then you'll see adults riding them. This really is the mall of all malls, where you can get lost in your shopping adventure. read more

From high end stores to the cheap stuff. Outlets and lots of sales. Calvin Klein, Saks 5th Off, West Elm, Lucky Brand, Cole Haan, Levi's, Hollister, Nike to Old Navy, Burlington, and Five Below. AMC, Rainforest Cafe, Dave and Busters, a massage place, Lego, anime, kpop, Psycho Bunny, Disney, boba, and of course Cinnabon. I went to kill time while my wife was at an appointment and splurged on a massage, shopped at Uniqlo, and found a cool travel mug at Zwilling. I could spend hours here but i already had a long day so I was trying to just rush through most of the stores. They even have a Disney photo booth and Disneyland doesn't even have that. If we have only 1 day of shopping this is our go to outlet mall. While most outlet malls are outdoor this one is entirely indoor. This is great to get in from the Southern California heat or even rain. We have found the deals to be the same as any other outlet mall and it has our favourites like all the athletic stores (Nike, Adidas, Reebok, Puma, etc) as well as clothing (CK, Hurley, etc.) and some specialty shops (Lego, Disney, etc). We are also a fan of Rainforest Cafe and Dave and Busters and always go to these 2 places when we come to this mall. Food court has a lot of variety and there are some other places to eat throughout the mall (Blaze, Wetzel Pretzels). It's a bit of a trek to get here and parking can be a pain as it gets busy. Also, and I'm not sure why, but different places charge different sales tax. Some were 7.75% and others were 8.75%. All in all we love this place and always come. read more

No need to go to the premium outlet at cabazon. The only thing this mall doesn't have is a Porsche outlet store. Great place to get gifts before your flight. Unfortunately no room in my luggage. The Handicap parking is not up to ADA code and I hurting my back trying to move a person on a hoyer lift into the van because of the pock marks and uneven surfaces of the parking lot. This happened yesterday and I'm still laid up with a sore back. Handicap parking spaces are supposed to be smooth and even so someone in a wheelchair doesn't have to fight to get their chair going and someone with a cane, or walker doesn't break an ankle. Everything else was fine, but we will be reporting this to the ADA. read more

Honestly, I'm surprised I have not yet done a review here at Ontario Mills outlet because I have been coming here for over two decades and you can never go wrong, even if they don't have too much items that you want. Most of the time they do have good deals, and especially during holiday season, they have a mass of selections from nice designer brands, to your every day regular stores with my variety to choose from. The service here is usually really good, and I do love their Helberg diamond store, and their Saks fifth off, and polo store. This mall is huge so it's so much to select from. The value is good here with good quality. They have a huge food court as well with a lot to choose from desserts to the popular fast food chains that you love . You can't go wrong here if you want to come here to just look and Shop, without even purchasing anything . However, with so many stores there's no doubt you will purchase something. Ontario Mills - Waiting in line at Nike - Shopping Centers Near Me - Ontario, California

This is one of my go to stops when I want to hit the mall. There are some classics shops here that you cannot find many other places anymore: Disney, Game Stop, etc. I love that it is indoors. So on a rainy or windy day, this is the perfect place to get my steps in. One of my favorite stops is the wetzel pretzel. A great pretzel enhances the mall experience. The other great part of the mall, is that attached is a movie theatre. The reason I took off a star is that most stores do not stay for very long. There is a constant rotation through the building. However, since it is an Outlet, there are always wonderful deals. read more

My main store is Nike. I have been to Ontario Mills more times than I can count and it remains my favorite mall because of its unique layout where everything is one big circle, and if you do not feel like walking the entire thing you can cut across through the middle which makes it surprisingly easy to navigate for such a massive outlet. Parking here is always the weakest part of the experience and yes, it sucks at peak hours, but if you are patient you will usually find a space even if it means walking a bit of a distance, and thankfully there are multiple entrances so you can choose the one closest to where you want to be whether that is the food court, Rainforest Café, or your favorite store. The food court itself is spacious with plenty of seating and a wide variety of options so it works just as well for a quick bite as it does for sitting down with a group, and I find myself going for Blaze Pizza when I want something filling, Panda Express when I need a fast classic, or Wetzel's Pretzels when I just want a salty snack to power more shopping. It is always clean and surprisingly well maintained even during the weekend rush which makes it easy to actually enjoy your meal without feeling rushed out of your chair. What I also appreciate is that the entire mall is climate controlled so you never have to worry about the outside heat and that makes the long walk from parking a little easier to forgive. Restrooms are conveniently located near the food court and include baby changing areas which makes it a reliable spot for families with young kids, and that family friendly atmosphere explains why it is always buzzing but never feels unsafe or out of control. The outlet selection here is unmatched and it is fun to go from Nike to H&M to the AMC theater and then grab a smoothie at Jamba Juice before looping around again. Signage could definitely be clearer about which entrances drop you closest to the food court, but once you have been here a few times you figure out the shortcuts and it is smooth sailing. Even when it is crowded, there is enough space that you can usually find a table if you are willing to scout for a few minutes. The cut across hallways in the middle are lifesavers when you do not feel like doing the full lap, and it is one of those design details that keeps me coming back because it makes the whole shopping day feel less overwhelming. The energy is always lively, the mix of locals and tourists makes for prime people watching, and the fact that it is indoors means you can truly spend a whole day here comfortably. Even with the parking headaches, I still think Ontario Mills is the best mall in the area because it combines variety, value, and a fun atmosphere in one giant circle. I wouldn't say when it comes to value the deals aren't the best but there's some here and there. I've been here for Black Friday and it gets crazyyyyyy. read more

Ontario Mills is a very nice place for shopping, dining (sit down or fast food), and entertainment. We first came here over 30 years ago when it was mostly an outlet mall, and our last visit was more than a decade ago. When we came here recently on a Sunday, the parking lot was less than half full and the Mall was comfortable for walking around and browsing. Many of our favorites are gone, but there still is a variety of retailers from department stores to boutique shops. There's a very nice Food Court with many cuisine choices from Asian to Mexican. This Sunday we chose to eat at one of the many stand-alone restaurants that ring the Mall. Oh ... I forgot that there's also a large movie theater, located on northern side of the Mall. read more

We ventured out of town to visit shopping malls , and ended up here as one of our stops. And i am glad we did. This place is ginormous. So many stores, and so many choices of places to eat. The mall is kept very clean. The floors are kept up nicely, unlike my local mall that has cracked tile. Some of my favorite eateries are here too, like Panda and Chipotle and Charlys and Starbucks. So it was easy l picking a place to eat. We then shopped til we dropped. What a great shopping experience. read more

The mall is a 1 story level building going in a roundabout direction that gets easily congested with crowds. On weekends it can get loud and chaotic. Sometimes during the holidays you have to wait in line due to the capacity limit. I've been to several malls in the past and this is my least favorite. There are decent selection of stores but not certainly the biggest rather take my a** all the way to back to Westfield read more

Everything you need under one roof and then some! The food court and restaurants offer diverse menus for everyone, even the pickiest eater. They could probably pay a little bit more attention to their bathrooms because they haven't eradicated the pungent urine smells. Other than that, I love everything about Ontario Mills. read more

It is one of the largest malls, perhaps in Southern California. It simply never ends and is mostly shaped in a huge circle with over 200 shops. This is the third time I have been here and never disappointed. They have almost every store you can think of and then some more. I came here for currency exchange, which is well known. They have restaurants, eaters, and miscellaneous shops to sift through, or you can come sightseeing and get your daily walk-in. Love this mall. read more

I usually prefer Ontario Mills' sister location, Victoria Gardens, more than this mall, because Victoria Gardens is outdoors and Ontario Mills is your typical indoor mall. But Ontario Mills has something VG doesn't have: Uniqlo! So for that reason, I end up at Ontario Mills more often than I'd like. Uniqlo is located at one of the end caps of Ontario Mills, so you can access it quickly without having to walk too much into the mall. There are lots of other quality stores located within Ontario Mills, but honestly, this is a hit-it-and-quit-it mall for me (I'm here just for Uniqlo), so I can't say much about ay of the other stores. The parking is plentiful, when I've visited. I've never had a hard time getting parking when I needed to. read more
