Came in here because they had a sale going on and my son needed some pants for school. The store was clean and well organized. The employees were just ok, felt like they didn't want to be working! Came in on Tuesday, July 2 around 4pm to return a shirt. Once I got up to the cashier, there was no friendly greeting at all. Not even a, "hello." The "manager" whose name is apparently JUSTICE, was completely rude and immature. When I asked for the receipt back, he said he had to keep it for filing purposes. I thought about needing my receipt if I needed to return other things, and called to ask (due to already leaving(. He then told me I could take a picture of it or I could keep the receipt. I was so confused as to why he didn't just give me the receipt when I asked in the first place. He started to laugh like an immature child instead of a professional. He also said I was coming at him "sideways." Very professional lingo. But I guess that's all you can expect from a child who works at Pac Sun. Judging by the other reviews here, "JUSTICE" is unprofessional and shouldn't be in a manager position. read more

Location: in Ontario Mills on the north west side of the mall Came here to look for some cargo slim pants that my son was looking for. Happy to find the size and colors that he wanted., unfortunately they were regular priced. We went to their website and saw the same pants on sale, plus they had a special, buy 2 get one free and had free shipping too. So it's 8:44 pm and we had clothes in our hand to purchase. We are in our final stages of shopping when the music turns off and the associate closes a door. I was waiting for the lights to shut off. Store fell silent with 10 people inside. Everyone looked at each other. The mannerisms of the sales associates was a "Get out kinda feel." No one was helping anyone anymore. No one was smiling nor trying to make a sale. They were in full close the store mode. I felt like I was bothering them. We stopped shopping and bought some shorts. We didn't bother to try on 3 pairs of jeans. We put them back. We went next door to American outfitters at 8:47 pm and they had music on! People greeted us and helped us. Everyone smiled. In 13 minutes we spent another $100. I guess they had a great party to get to.... ? read more

Came in to do a refund and had the worst experience with their "manager". He was rude, unhelpful and condescending. I asked for his name and he said he was "unable to give it". I spoke to another coworker of his, Iris, who was at least kind. Justice, you are unprofessional. Why work in customer service if you treat your customers rudely? read more

I called the staff to find out where in the mall they are located. Super friendly staff. They styles are what my son likes and they had some good deals in shorts. A little pricey for me but I'm not their targeted consumer. I'd recommend if you like Vans and surfing style things. read more

Over the weekend I had a very unpleasant experience at the store. They were having a huge sale signs MIX/MATCH whole store. When I went to cashier I was told that it had to be specific items. I questioned signs did not state that at all. Cashier was not able to fix I asked to speak to manager he called "Christian" over. Manager was rude, didn't know how to explain why and refused to do anything to fix or over ride. I couldn't understand why and it bothered me that his employees were laughing watching this situation. I asked him for his name and he gave me an attitude and refused to give me his name. Very unprofessional poor service and I will NEVER purchase anything here! read more

My son loves the clothes at PacSun. We've been to a few different locations and have always had a good experience. However, our experience here was quite the opposite. At 7:15pm, we asked an associate if my son could get a dressing room. She said no because their store closes at 8. Ummm, so their dressing room closes 45 minutes before the store closes?? I've never heard of such a policy. Seems more like lazy employees with terrible customer service. So we left and went to Tilly's where the dressing rooms were still open and the employees were friendly and helpful. read more

The manager should just quit if she's gonna give people the nastiest attitude for having to do her job. I came in to do an exchange, I was kind and one of the workers called her manager to authorize the exchange. The manager girly with long brown hair, gave us the nastiest attitude while doing the exchange, pissed because she had to do her job??. I'd understand if we had given them attitude or any type of trouble, but we literally just said 'hi I wanted to do an exchange please'. Those were the only words I gave them. We left ended up telling the manager 'have a good one' since she couldn't even do that herself besides slamming everything on the counter and handing us our receipt with her bitch face. read more

Why do I even try? We came back to Pacsun, my daughter found jeans and a long sleeve T-shirt. The signs say store wide but one got one 50%off. I will NOT shop here ever again. When we get to the check out they tell us the shirt brand is excluded from the sale. There was a sign as we waited in line with 3 brands that were excluded, the shirt brand was not one of them. Apparently, the brand was listed on a different sign. So as you shop you need to read the small/tiny print in every sign. To see that the discount will work. For us it was the John something or other that was excluded. Pacsun ruins my Ontario Mills trip every time because now I'm just angry. read more

Store just opened few days ago. Here to make a return. Currently waiting in a line of maybe 10 people and been out here 30 mins. Per the ONE employee only 5 people allowed at a time since it's just one of her( can't even see 5 people in there lol) Totally understand she's not the one to blame but hopefully in the future there's more than ONE employee. It's crickets inside. Terrible service pac sun!!!!! At this point I want to make my return and run the heck out of here. I've visited this location 3 times in the last 6 months. EVERY time I have gotten items which have been placed on "sale" racks and been told at the register that the items are not on sale and that the reason they are 10+ of that particular item on the sale rack is due to "disorganization". DISCOUNT YOUR ITEMS AS DISPLAYED or reorganize your store. Again this same situation has happened multiple times and staff even admits there is an issue but management does not override nor do anything to fix the problem of mis communicated sale items. read more

Called tonight to see if they could check if an item was in stock as I was advised by their Rancho location that they had the item I was looking for. A associate answered and I asked if he could check for me, my first clue that he was going to be lazy and not look was him saying their system was down yet I heard a scanner beeping in the background. I informed him I would like to pick it up tomorrow if it was available. Second clue was he asked what the item was, size and I told him the color but he failed to ask for the item Number so I knew he was up to no good. He proceeded to quickly place me on hold and then never came back!!!! This is deplorable customer service and frankly quite rude and disrespectful. As an employee and representative of Pac sun this puts a very bad image of the store and how it values their consumer. Do better and train your staff to value your consumer and your bottom line as a business!!!! read more

I was searching through a stack of tshirt to find my right size. she just fking appear from no where and told me no. and she continues to look at her phone and texting. I had to return something and the guy working at the desk was so rude and had a big attitude because I had to return something. I felt very uncomfortable and do not recommend going here. This place has deals, I'll give them the satisfaction on that. The ambience was great, wide selection, and spacious sales floor. Although when it comes to customer service, well the apple doesn't fall far from the tree. Upon reaching the register to pay I noticed there was a line, but not just any busy kind of line, more like a drag kind of line. The male cashier was taking his sweet time. Don't they know retail consists of a sense of urgency, and to get the customer in and out with exceptional customer service? What made it worse, other than waiting about 10 min for only 2 people ahead of me, was that the female on the sales floor folding clothes did not offer to clear out the line building up behind me on the second register. It wasn't up until I finished paying was when she finally showed up. Really? I've worked retail before, and we know how to handle situations like that. And even every other store I visited at the Mills had us out quickly. Pac Sun, get your employees in shape with a sense of urgency. read more
