Her freshman year, they spelled her name wrong even though it was correct on the signed proof. They also put a patch on the wrong sleeve and told us we would have to pay for a new sleeve if we wanted it fixed, so we just left it. Now she's a senior, and I was told her senior year embroidery may not fit correctly because the spacing from the previous years was done wrong. We've also had rhinestones fall off within days and had to pay to replace them. The latest issue is what really pushed me to write this review. I was told her embroidery would take no more than two weeks, which would have had her jacket back right before Senior Night. I checked in and was then told it would be ready almost a week later, after Senior Night. The customer service throughout all of this has been disappointing and often rude. These jackets are a big deal to students and families, especially senior year, and I just don't feel like that is understood here. I have another child who is a freshman and already on varsity, and I will definitely be going somewhere else for his jacket.

He's a fantastic presenter who shared meaningful, practical information in a way that was easy to understand and genuinely engaging. Lux has a fun personality, and his passion for backpacking is absolutely contagious. You can tell he truly loves what he does, and he was clearly born to teach this class. Had hoped to get the same customer service here in California however was surprised to find, although my $20.00 card your store offered for becoming a member had expired, the on duty manager stated he could not honor or support my current purchase in any way in light of the expired signing up card. My purchase was for an expensive pair of shoes needed for an upcoming event; however elected to shop elsewhere after finding my customer loyalty was not of value. Hoping your store leaders can make better customer service decisions that would keep customers by offering some latitude for purchases that are revenue worthy for something as little as $20.00.

If you're having everyone sign in on a dang iPad you need to TELL EVERYONE WHO WALKS IN or have signs that instruct people on what to do. So we sign in and wait. And wait. And wait. Honestly. 4 people working the counter and each of them are leaning on the glass just taking their sweet time. We sat around waiting for over 40 minutes just to purchase ammo before we walked out extremely frustrated without being helped. Our phone got a text that they were ready for us when we were 10 mins away from the store. I get it. You're going to argue that each person gets great customer service and blah blah blah but if you're going to encourage your employees to take over 20 minutes with a customer, then you need more employees behind the counter. And put clear signage up that lets people know what the process for being helped is.
