I placed an order with True Religion on March 3, and tracking showed it arrived at the FedEx facility in Bloomington, CA on March 4. Unfortunately, there have been no updates since then. After contacting FedEx, I was told the shipper would need to file a lost package claim since it hasn't moved in over seven days. When I reached out to True Religion chat customer service, I unfortunately didn't receive much help, and the cu service email has yet to respond. As a last attempt, I called the True Religion Outlet Store in Ontario, CA and was fortunate enough to spoke with Hector. Even though I'm calling all the way from Georgia, Hector was incredibly kind, friendly, and willing to help. He took the time to listen to my situation, made the conversation enjoyable despite my frustration, and even offered to reach out to the distribution center to see if he could help resolve the issue. He asked for 48 hours to get an answer. While the issue is still being worked on, Hector's willingness to help and his positive attitude truly made a difference. Just when I was starting to feel like I might stop ordering from True Religion, Hector reminded me that there are still employees who genuinely care about their customers. The manager Hector was incredibly welcoming, helpful, and genuinely made my day, his presence was honestly just amazing and made my morning. I left the store in shocked after what I witnessed. One of the lady employees made a lot of comments about other customers, saying stuff like they looked "fishy" asking other employees to keep an eye of them. A few minutes later she was praising another employee for refusing to finish a transaction for a couple that didn't have an ID with them, apparently "she knew" it was going to happen by just looking at them. I had a terrible experience. First off they didn't ask if we need help or anything like that and the workers were rude, completely disregarding the customers & just talking about their personal lives, trying on clothes and asking each other if they look good instead of helping customer. When we were in line one of the girls were pretending to fold clothes so she could attend the guy behind me and my fiancé instead then when we got charged it wasn't what we were expecting to spend because of the false 50% off prices. Had a terrible experience at this location one of the females at this store was talking bad about another costumer in front of us saying that she was insecure saying that the costumer's boyfriend was cheating and talking bad about the costumer overall. She had terrible costumer service since we were confused about what we were being charged she proceeded to raise her voice in my face pointing her finger in my face never explained correctly what we were asking just had a horrible attitude towards us terrible costumer service over all. The worst experience I have ever had at any retail store. Some managers should not even be consider to be managers. Went into Ontario Mills True Religion store to return a Cash payment item I had purchased. At the time of my return the register did not have the cash for my refund and I was asked if I had a card they can refund me to. I gave them my card and I was told it should take about 48hrs to go on my account. After 3 days my refund was not credited to my account so I called the store and I was told to wait 7 days. So I waited 3 WEEKS and no refund!! I became concerned and decided to go into the store personally to inquire about it. I requested the manager JESS, JESSIE, JESSICA (those are the names I got) as I am inquiring about why I haven't received my refund she became very DEFENSIVE, ARGUMENTAL and LOUD. She requested that I bring my statements in so she can be able to refund my money, went back and gave her my statements, only to be told that her BOSS will be contacting me so I am not there waiting for her to hear from her boss. It has been 9 days now making it a month since my return and I have not heard from her BOSS or management... I am still waiting.... To top it off corporate will not help and asked to solve issue at the store of purchase..Is there even a BOSS??? Never have I ever had this issue ever before. read more

I had a very terrible experience at this location, and I would like to push this matter further because it involved one of the managers of the store being completely racist towards me and racially profiling me, She was also harassing me throughout the store as well as making jokes and laughing with another female coworker insinuating that i might try to shoplift...i have more money in my just checking account than this retail manger will make in 3 years. I did speak to the district manager that happened to be there that day, but I haven't heard anything back and I don't feel as though my Complaints were taken serious by him either because after explaining my grievances calmly and concisely, he suggested I hand back the merchandise and take a walk??? at the beginning of my conversation with him I had made it known that I had planned to purchase the merchandise I was holding (which I did in the end) so it felt extremely dismissive although he said he would talk to the employee. I don't feel as though a conversation is enough to handle this problem. The manager's name was Aubrey and she encouraged her other female employee to also join in on making racist remarks. I'm going after this lady's job because I can't believe this blantant racism is still happening and not only that but by a manager of a store of a company that was started by people of my same background. It is really such a shame. I did nothing to warrant this behavior from these employees and I ended up still purchasing over $200 worth of clothing that day despite feeling extremely uncomfortable and harassed please if you are a person of color I would stay away from the store until this manager no longer works at this location. Raul (not sure if that is his name or if he was truly the manager because he was not wearing an employee badge or acting like one) was very rude and unprofessional to my mother and I. I tried to exchange some items that were purchased greater than 30 days ago. I had the receipt that shows the date purchased and price paid. The items did not fit so I wanted to exchange them for something that actually fit. He only wanted to give me the lowest sale price in spite of my receipt showing the true price I had paid. Which is not an ethical practice. I asked him what is his return policy, what was his name and who was his manager. For each question I asked, he replied "that's all I can offer you, that's all I can offer you, that's all I can offer you" repeatedly in a sarcastic tone and with a sarcastic smirk. He was not helpful, unapologetic, he was extremely rude and very very unprofessional. He was being super confrontational and antagonizing. He also ended up helping another guest as I was not finished with my business with him. The interaction I had with him has made me not want to ever shop at True Religion. I'd rather shop at a store who has respect and value for their customers. I spend good money at this store for me and my daughters. In fact, I just ordered over $1300 of merchandise from them and will be returning all of it!! After Raul walked away I located their return policy in front of the cash register. It is vague and does not address returns over 30 days. Which is a huge problem!! True Religion needs to focus on their customer service and hiring competent and exemplary leaders as well as addressing returns over 30 days with a valid receipt. read more

I waited for 25 minutes at the front line of the cashier, they only have 1 cashier open, none of them care about the line. Man I hate this store because the price, but I love it more because of the quality. I can't remember the three names of the people that helped me, but they were all fantastic. One was the store manager, and the other two regular employees. They helped make the experience acceptable as I hated spending that kind of money on jeans. Now that it's been a couple weeks I'm extremely happy that I did. I can tell these jeans are going to last, and they're definitely a step up from the guess jeans I usually buy.
