I recently visited the True Religion -- Ontario, California location and shopped around the True Religion store to see what they had, and I saw the True Religion x Von Dutch collab collection in store and knew then I needed to see what all they had for the collab, such as hoodie, sweatpants, jacket. The hoodie, sweatpants and jacket are very comfortable to wear around the house, in town or traveling. The True Religion staff at this location are pleasant, friendly and helpful when needing help finding a size, or general question that needs to be asked and answered. read more

Hector is an amazing employee !! I called all the way from Sacramento to see if items were in stock and he went above & beyond for me. Had items at the counter for my husband. Give this man a raise. Told him we will definitely be back to shop with him and he knows his products well. Love shopping at TR, quality of material last and is good quality made. Thank u again Hector ! read more

I placed an order with True Religion on March 3, and tracking showed it arrived at the FedEx facility in Bloomington, CA on March 4. Unfortunately, there have been no updates since then. After contacting FedEx, I was told the shipper would need to file a lost package claim since it hasn't moved in over seven days. When I reached out to True Religion chat customer service, I unfortunately didn't receive much help, and the cu service email has yet to respond. As a last attempt, I called the True Religion Outlet Store in Ontario, CA and was fortunate enough to spoke with Hector. Even though I'm calling all the way from Georgia, Hector was incredibly kind, friendly, and willing to help. He took the time to listen to my situation, made the conversation enjoyable despite my frustration, and even offered to reach out to the distribution center to see if he could help resolve the issue. He asked for 48 hours to get an answer. While the issue is still being worked on, Hector's willingness to help and his positive attitude truly made a difference. Just when I was starting to feel like I might stop ordering from True Religion, Hector reminded me that there are still employees who genuinely care about their customers. Thank you, Hector, for your kindness and great customer service. It is truly appreciated read more

The employees were so helpful! Everyone greeted you and had a smile, they helped me look for specific jeans. This store is so lit!

I unexpectedly had such a great experience at this True Religion location yesterday morning. The manager Hector was incredibly welcoming, helpful, and genuinely made my day, his presence was honestly just amazing and made my morning. You can tell when someone truly cares about their job and the customer experience, and that was definitely the case here. He was patient, knowledgeable, and created such a positive, comfortable environment while shopping. The store was clean, organized, and the energy was really good overall. This particular location definitely deserves more recognition I'll be back for sure. Shout out to Hector!! read more

True Religion - Women's Clothing Near Me - Ontario, California

I left the store in shocked after what I witnessed. One of the lady employees made a lot of comments about other customers, saying stuff like they looked "fishy" asking other employees to keep an eye of them. A few minutes later she was praising another employee for refusing to finish a transaction for a couple that didn't have an ID with them, apparently "she knew" it was going to happen by just looking at them. She made other comments asking employees to keep an eye on other customers judging just the way they looked. No one with this kind of prejudice should work in customer service read more

HECTOR WAS ABSOLUTELY AMAZING. I've never been in any store and had a better experience. He was helpful, attentive, knowledgeable & extremely kind! I will only shop at this location now. He is the face of the brand for me now & wears it so well!!! Thank you Hector! read more

I had a terrible experience. First off they didn't ask if we need help or anything like that and the workers were rude, completely disregarding the customers & just talking about their personal lives, trying on clothes and asking each other if they look good instead of helping customer. When we were in line one of the girls were pretending to fold clothes so she could attend the guy behind me and my fiancé instead then when we got charged it wasn't what we were expecting to spend because of the false 50% off prices. The whole store experience was horrible and I know I won't ever return. Also there wasn't any manager on site that I had seen to keep their workers in line. read more

Had a terrible experience at this location one of the females at this store was talking bad about another costumer in front of us saying that she was insecure saying that the costumer's boyfriend was cheating and talking bad about the costumer overall. She had terrible costumer service since we were confused about what we were being charged she proceeded to raise her voice in my face pointing her finger in my face never explained correctly what we were asking just had a horrible attitude towards us terrible costumer service over all. I have never experienced such a rude employee. She should definitely not be working at a store like this. Manager was quick to come and explain to us and had no problem with him. read more

True Religion - Bri & jes! The best people to help you shop!!! - Women's Clothing Near Me - Ontario, California

Where is the Manger of this location? Why isn't there any control? Why are your employees standing around talking about the raving party they went to, instead of cleaning up the pile of clothes on the side of the register? Place was dirty and disgusting, leftover lunch cups and trash all over the place, no name tags, so it was hard to figure out who worked there, and who was there to shoot the sh!t! Completely un-acceptable! I'd have that place in tip top shape in 2 weeks TOPS!! No management material anywhere, no help, no nothing! I won't be back! read more

Came into the store and Jess she is an amazing lady that help me to look and help me to do me ex- change with no problem. She made my day.

The manager was very friendly, helpful and funny. The help me find my size for the door buster. While the store was very busy.

Jess and Hector are the best great custome service and made my shopping experience great 10/10

The worst experience I have ever had at any retail store. Some managers should not even be consider to be managers. Went into Ontario Mills True Religion store to return a Cash payment item I had purchased. At the time of my return the register did not have the cash for my refund and I was asked if I had a card they can refund me to. I gave them my card and I was told it should take about 48hrs to go on my account. After 3 days my refund was not credited to my account so I called the store and I was told to wait 7 days. So I waited 3 WEEKS and no refund!! I became concerned and decided to go into the store personally to inquire about it. I requested the manager JESS, JESSIE, JESSICA (those are the names I got) as I am inquiring about why I haven't received my refund she became very DEFENSIVE, ARGUMENTAL and LOUD. She requested that I bring my statements in so she can be able to refund my money, went back and gave her my statements, only to be told that her BOSS will be contacting me so I am not there waiting for her to hear from her boss. It has been 9 days now making it a month since my return and I have not heard from her BOSS or management... I am still waiting.... To top it off corporate will not help and asked to solve issue at the store of purchase..Is there even a BOSS??? Never have I ever had this issue ever before. read more

Eddie and Jane were amazing help this store has great prices I definitely will be back

They suck!!! Poor service! Limited selection! I have come to find that the company as a whole is crappy so it makes sense the store personnel are arrogant as hell. If you are going to spend money on clothes, go someplace that is going to treat their customers as if they are customers. These folks behave as if THEY are doing their customers a favor.....NOT! read more

I had a very terrible experience at this location, and I would like to push this matter further because it involved one of the managers of the store being completely racist towards me and racially profiling me, She was also harassing me throughout the store as well as making jokes and laughing with another female coworker insinuating that i might try to shoplift...i have more money in my just checking account than this retail manger will make in 3 years. I did speak to the district manager that happened to be there that day, but I haven't heard anything back and I don't feel as though my Complaints were taken serious by him either because after explaining my grievances calmly and concisely, he suggested I hand back the merchandise and take a walk??? at the beginning of my conversation with him I had made it known that I had planned to purchase the merchandise I was holding (which I did in the end) so it felt extremely dismissive although he said he would talk to the employee. I don't feel as though a conversation is enough to handle this problem. The manager's name was Aubrey and she encouraged her other female employee to also join in on making racist remarks. I'm going after this lady's job because I can't believe this blantant racism is still happening and not only that but by a manager of a store of a company that was started by people of my same background. It is really such a shame. I did nothing to warrant this behavior from these employees and I ended up still purchasing over $200 worth of clothing that day despite feeling extremely uncomfortable and harassed please if you are a person of color I would stay away from the store until this manager no longer works at this location. There was also a younger male employee who checked me out and he was super professional and did not Feed into the harassment coming from the other two employees. read more

Went to the store the day after Christmas...both of the cashiers there were super rude & unprofessional one was wearing a crop top ..the lady who was my cashier didn't know what to do or what she was talking about..very unhelpful..we asked about a certain Jean and she couldn't show us she responded with "idk"...as she was looking up my order because I was exchanging it she kept complaining saying she was "thirsty" like if I'm supposed to get her a drink..it was not a good experience at all... read more

These two girls that are here today 8/9/23 3:14 pm are more into the conversation then helping. Everything we ask is a no. " no sorry" "sorry no". Can you check in the back and the other girl answers " No another customer wanted that same pant and we didn't have it " yeah ok. Very poor customer service. Very frustrating when you have 3 girls to shop for back to school read more

Manager should not be manager! Employee resolved issue, if I knew her name I would drop it so she could be promoted since she is more knowledgeable! Went in for a simple exchange, the item I wanted was $1.60 less than the item I was exchanging and said she could not exchange it bc she couldn't give me the $1.60 back that I needed to spend it. Employee put $1.60 on a gift card and simply resolved the issue and exchanged my item. read more

Raul (not sure if that is his name or if he was truly the manager because he was not wearing an employee badge or acting like one) was very rude and unprofessional to my mother and I. I tried to exchange some items that were purchased greater than 30 days ago. I had the receipt that shows the date purchased and price paid. The items did not fit so I wanted to exchange them for something that actually fit. He only wanted to give me the lowest sale price in spite of my receipt showing the true price I had paid. Which is not an ethical practice. I asked him what is his return policy, what was his name and who was his manager. For each question I asked, he replied "that's all I can offer you, that's all I can offer you, that's all I can offer you" repeatedly in a sarcastic tone and with a sarcastic smirk. He was not helpful, unapologetic, he was extremely rude and very very unprofessional. He was being super confrontational and antagonizing. He also ended up helping another guest as I was not finished with my business with him. The interaction I had with him has made me not want to ever shop at True Religion. I'd rather shop at a store who has respect and value for their customers. I spend good money at this store for me and my daughters. In fact, I just ordered over $1300 of merchandise from them and will be returning all of it!! After Raul walked away I located their return policy in front of the cash register. It is vague and does not address returns over 30 days. Which is a huge problem!! True Religion needs to focus on their customer service and hiring competent and exemplary leaders as well as addressing returns over 30 days with a valid receipt. read more

The ladies working there are very rude, I always go there and never have experienced bad service until today

I have shopped here and never had a problem. They always have nice clothes on clearance rack.

Best Jeans Ever! Everyone is great. Very friendly staff and great management specially their Manager RC.

Bought 3 jeans here. Cashier refused my request to leave my merchandise because they didn't want to be responsible and I was told "they don't want to watch it." Lesson learned, just have them hold the mechandise and don't pay for it until the last minute, come back later on. Or don't buy at all. I only made the request because it is 110 degrees outside. Not cool that they don't give a sh%& after they get your money. read more

There is no system in the fitting room, the worker are NOT trained. One guy was nice, his name is big Mike. I waited for 25 minutes at the front line of the cashier, they only have 1 cashier open, none of them care about the line. The pricing was deceiving, 40% off entire store but the price on the tag was the 40%off price, none of them explain it.. will never shop there anymore. read more

Second time here in two days and the customer service is awesome! The young workers really showed great customer service skills and were very helpful in finding what we needed! During the holidays it can be crazy but everyone kept their cool and were great! I was really impressed! read more

Man I hate this store because the price, but I love it more because of the quality. I can't remember the three names of the people that helped me, but they were all fantastic. One was the store manager, and the other two regular employees. They helped make the experience acceptable as I hated spending that kind of money on jeans. Now that it's been a couple weeks I'm extremely happy that I did. I can tell these jeans are going to last, and they're definitely a step up from the guess jeans I usually buy. Try one pair and go from there. You may just fall in love like I did. I now own three pairs. :-D read more
