She explained everything I needed to know about it, how to change out cylinders, maintenance etc... I didn't intend on spending anything, I just wanted to check the place out. So glad I stopped by. I purchased it along with extra practice "balls". This will be the perfect self defense weapon in my RV since we will be traveling for 2 months this summer going across the entire country with multiple states (that have different gun laws) This weapon is legal in all 50 and is not considered a fire arm though it looks like one (and probably will feel like one too briefly for a bad guy). I don't want to risk taking my real gun(s) into Canada or onto many military bases I will be at.

BASS PRO SHOPS HAS MY WHOLE HEART!!!…read more WOW. Just wow. Coming here has been a dream of mine, and it somehow exceeded all my expectations. I came with my partner after spending the day at the outlets near Palm Springs. We arrived pretty close to closing, and even then, it was such an amazing experience. I finally got the Bass Pro hats I've been dreaming about, and honestly, this is one of the coolest stores I've ever been in. They literally have everything for the outdoors; fishing, camping, road trips, hiking... if you need it, they probably have it. They even sell boats! There was a shooting range, archery equipment, grills, snacks, a restaurant, sweets, and so much more. I could have spent hours exploring. And the prices?! An absolute STEAL!! I was shocked seeing hats for $5.99 and $9.99. How?! We also grabbed their BBQ chips, and they were chef's kiss. The employees were very friendly. The cashier who helped us was incredibly kind. She did spend quite a while helping the customer in front of us, and my partner and I were joking that it looked like love at first sight between them. It made for a funny moment while we waited. One important heads-up: Apple Pay is currently not working. When we visited on July 3, 2026, the cashier told us it might not be fixed for a few months. If you usually rely on Apple Pay, I'd recommend calling ahead or bringing a physical credit or debit card just in case. Overall, I absolutely loved this place and can't wait to come back. It's basically a store with a great assortment of clothing, shoes, and other merchandises at discounted prices. Huge interior space. Very clean and bright. Organized racks and shelves. I saw some big brands such as Nike, Adidas, Under Armour and more. I was informed they add new arrivals and markdowns items throughout the month. It's good to check back often for the newest savings. Wow, I was impressed with the massive inventory of goods! The only downside is the limited availability of various sizes. I saw some nice Nike sweaters, but they were all small. I need a large. Towards the end of my visit, I did buy a couple comfy beach blankets at very reasonable prices. Love the design and its softness! I plan to use one blanket at a festival and maybe gift the other one to my friend. Staff was really nice and friendly. Service was great. I'll sure to be back to catch their off season merch. If you don't know what the clearance price is, perhaps don't put a clearance tag on the merchandise. Offering 5% off at that point was insulting. We walked out without purchasing anything and I'll never return. This is why online shopping is taking over. These stores do not offer any type of customer service.

Sometimes you'll get someone super helpful, and other times you might catch a bit of attitude depending on the day. I placed an order with GTFOverland on 12/19/2025 for light bars. I received an order confirmation,…read morebut after that there were no updates, shipping notifications, or communication of any kind. On 01/04/2026, I attempted to contact the company through their website and received no response. After waiting several more days, I followed up via email and still heard nothing. At that point, it had been 21 days since placing the order with zero updates, and I had no way of knowing if or when my order would ship. Due to the lack of communication, I filed a chargeback through my bank. Only after the chargeback was filed did I finally receive a response. While the explanation involved shipping delays, the response that followed was unprofessional and hostile, blaming me for disputing the charge rather than acknowledging the lack of communication that led to it. The tone of that email was completely inappropriate for customer service. I understand delays happen, especially with small businesses, but leaving customers in the dark and then responding rudely when they protect themselves financially is unacceptable. Clear updates and professional communication would have prevented this situation entirely. Based on the lack of communication and the rude response I received, I would not recommend doing business with GTFOverland.
