If you going to buy any shoes off the clearance make sure you have note any damage to them even tiny . I went in a few ago and told the salesperson I was looking for a stability shoe and if she has any in the clearance section as I'm disabled and on a budget . She recommended the nimbus 27 that were on sale there and said these would work . Unfortunately they did not when I got home they were extremely soft and unstable , I had the feeling I would end up falling . So I went back to the store to return/exchange them and the manager Isaac said no that they were used. They still had the asics tag and were clean as I only tried them on at home as I need help with my disability. So now I'm stuck shoes I cannot use safely and put money I do not have to waste . I will stick to buying my shoes at Dick's Sporting Goods and I recommend the same . Horrible customer service and when I called asics they said welp there's nothing we can do it's a store purchase so you're out of luck . How can corporate not have any say over their stores . Needless to say I always recommended asics to everyone but not anymore . I purchased brooks gts and they are amazing . read more

This store remains to be the cleanest store in the Ontario mills mall. I've been coming here for 15 years. I thought I should finally write a review. Always the best sales on running shorts. read more

Today my teens visited the ASICS store at Ontario Mills and had one of the most upsetting store experiences I have ever heard of. The kids are fifteen years old and simply walked in to browse. A female staff member suddenly said "Oh so rude no response" even though the kids did not hear her say anything before that. One of the boys said "What" because he genuinely did not hear her. He has a hearing disability that makes it difficult to hear soft voices and sometimes he speaks louder than others. Instead of trying to understand the situation the staff immediately assumed he was being disrespectful. The teens were told to leave the store without any explanation. They came out shaken anxious and confused. They are minors and they felt unfairly targeted and harassed inside a store where they should have felt safe. I called the store to ask what happened so I could talk to the kids calmly. The store manager Anderson spoke over me repeatedly in a very dismissive tone. He even said it was a very busy day yet somehow he had time to follow the kids around just to make them leave. When I explained that the boy had a hearing disability he said "Well it did not seem like it." This was extremely hurtful and discriminatory. Disabilities are not always visible and for a manager to dismiss a minor's medical condition so casually is unacceptable. Our family owns several ASICS shoes and we have always supported the brand. After today I am extremely disappointed. The treatment toward the minors and the lack of professionalism on the phone were shocking. I truly hope ASICS leadership reviews this incident and provides proper training because no child should ever walk into a store and leave feeling humiliated scared or discriminated against. I do not recommend this location at all and I hope no other family goes through what these kids experienced today. read more

I've shopped here before. The store is clean. You can browse without being bothered. After I picked out the two pairs that fix perfectly, it was easy to purchase. Employees were friendly. One of the pair of shoes was discounted because of a door buster sale. Usually they have a sale of buy one pair and get another for 50% off. I love the quality of the ASICS shoes and they last long. I love that the prices are lower here as well. read more

Very bad customer service experience. Time shows that they close at 9 PM. I arrived at the store at 7:55 PM. Doors were locked. I had to knock on the door to pick up my order that I placed online. First thing when the door was open Was voice to me that we close in four minutes verse high woke in. I give it to them. The online order was ready but feeling rushed in a store that you spend over $100 on shoes on is ridiculous unacceptable unprofessional and very bad poor and ship of customer service skills. I hope this review finds corporate and use this as a training tool for your store. Please train your staff to have customer service on the forefront of their mind verse having a clock out go home mindset. read more

The two works that were present yesterday evening were really no help, it seemed like they knew nothing about the brand. I kept asking for help, and the male worker didn't have an answer for any question. read more

Service is great! Employees are very knowledgeable about the types of shoes they have and can answer questions with confidence. Very welcoming. The shoes are at a discounted rate and the value is excellent. I absolutely love my ASICS running shoes. This is for the ASICS at the San Clemente Outlets read more

Bought a little too slim off the web and Ms M Mendoza gave us utterly incredible knowledgeable friendly service doing an exchange for some excellent ASICS shoes!! Very Highly Recommended. read more

A big and sincere thank you to my ASICS in-store associate, Samantha Fantastic! She is knowledgable, patient, addressed all my questions and has a totally positive demeanor. I've been an ASICS advocate for years and I dig your shoes. I was visiting the store today to return an online purchase. The shoes were one size too small and the return was smoothly processed after my 3-week 'road test.' Plus, I bought two new pairs. read more

I came here one day looking for shoes and some running shorts and as soon as I got in the store I was helped by a girl named Stephanie. Right away she seemed very sweet and caring as she helped me to find some shoes that would best fit my feet and she even told me some running and shoe terminology that I have never heard of and actually forgot about but it was very helpful in finding shoes that I could wear day in and day out without hurting my feet while also looking good too! She also even showed me the different kinds of available running shorts and their differences. Later on I was able to find shoes online as well and was only able to do so because of the help of Ms. Stephanie. I would definitely come back to this store for any running shoes or athletic clothing needs, especially with the great customer service that I was provided. read more

I Just had to take a Moment to Acknowledge Their Associate Diego, he was so Kind and Helpful, running to the back multiple times trying to find the correct size of each shoe we asked about. He was so Patient An friendly. In a time where no one wants to work an everyone is short staffed an frustrated it is so Relieving to Know Wonderful People still Exist. Thanks again for your Help Diego!!! read more

Iam, active tennis player and love asic resolution gels 4, 5, 6 they made the sevens with a thin toe box. I bought a cheaper tennis shoe on sale for $60.00 oh what a mistake. Fit fine in the store and once on the court It was like standing on concrete and my feet hurt within an hour. I bought aborbathane inserts for $20.00 that fixed the bottom of my feet. Now the top of the shoe was stretchy and loose comparede to my resolution gel 6. I feel conned, they sold me a shoe that was obvious just added to their inventory to pump up their bottom line. Looked great but must have cost them 5 bucks. They've raised their shoe prices by 10% per year and that was not good enough corporate greed at its worse. read more

Just wanted to give a shout out to the staff here today May 29th. An incident occurred at the mall and was reported as a possible shooting. Staff did not hesitate to secure the store and guided all shoppers to the stock room to hide. All employees remained calm and orderly, updating us regularly on what was happening. With the craziness of the world, and the state of this country, these people acted with calmness and focus, in what I'm sure was an extremely stressful situation for all involved. Give these folks a raise! read more

This is the first time I've been to an ASICS Outlet store. I planned to buy some new sneakers and I never had this brand before, but after trying on a few pairs and doing a little research at home about finding the right sneakers for my foot type, I knew which ones were for me with some help from a couple of the employees. It's an outlet store, yes, but their prices don't seem any or much lower than the online prices or prices for other online retailers. I'm loving my sneakers and I'll definitely buy ASICS again! read more

We came in to ASICS today looking for shoes for myself and we figured we wouldn't get much help like other stores, but that changed instantly when we walked in. Diego was so much help and very knowledgeable about the shoes and what ones I should get. This was an amazing experience for shoe buying and our first time in ASICS. We will be back and thanks again Diego for your help! read more

First time visiting and buying Asics. I visited the store in Ontario at the Ontario Mills. I was greeting by two different employees at two different times in different parts of the store. So I say very attentive customer service. But my majority of my visit was with Diego. He assisted me in trying on several styles and told me the difference in the style of shoes and what best fit me for my flat feet. Diego was extremely helpful and gave my family and I superior customer service. Thank you Diego you rock!!!! read more

I have bought my running shoes a few times from this store and received great service both times but the young lady (Sam) that assisted me today, went above and beyond to help me find the perfect pair of shoes. It's not very often that you find retail associates that go the extra mile for customers anymore. That has not been the case today or in my past visits. Kudos to the hiring manager for hiring a great staff of young people. The cashier that assisted me today was also pleasant and helpful. He offered his help prior to me connecting with Sam. I really should have gotten his name. He assisted me 7/4, around 3:30 pm, just in case management would like to acknowledge him. ASICS is definitely a store that I would highly recommend to others. Quality shoes and service. read more

I stopped by around 8:30pm and was helped by Ricardo, he was extremely knowledgable and helped me get my newest pair of running shoes. I tried on a few different styles and wasn't sure if I was getting the best deal, so we scurried along to foot locker, shekk, Nike and finish line. I was shocked to see most shoes were full price with no signs of discounts or luck. It was around 8:50 pm now, so he picked out the size and style I wanted, he also showed me the runners knot to which I was unfamiliar with and really like it. I grabbed a pair of socks and was out of there by 9pm, I usually don't like to be the last customer in the store, but this was one of those times where the time was off. Thanks for all the help and I definitely know where I'll be buying my next pair. read more

i love this asics store and outlet! asics are my favorite! esp for running shoes!

Asics have been my go-to shoe for running for many years and this is a great store to get quality shoes at a discounted price. The sales associate, Samantha, was super friendly and helpful when I wanted to do an exchange for my shoe and even spent time going over different techniques of tying shoes to make sure I walked out with the perfect fit. read more

Came in looking for shoes that would help me because I stand in one position for 10 1/2 hours a day for work. I originally came in looking for the gel nimbus 22 and they had it but it wasn't apart of the sale they had going on then I tried to look for the cumulus 22 and they only had the 21 which I saw a review and were horrible shoes to buy. So I had to go with another pair of shoes that the associate said were good for standing on your feet for ten hours and she assured me they would work totally wrong I have been using them and they make my feet hurt even worse now and I wasted my money and now I can't even return or get a refund to go somewhere else never going to shop at this con artist shop anymore. read more

I am a huge ASICS fan. I have probably 10 pairs of ASICS as I write this review. I have been to this ASICS outlet store many times, and I have purchased many pairs of shoes there... and never wrote a review. Until now... The last 5 times I entered this store have resulted in problems. First of the last 5 - I went to pay.. handed them a $100 bill for a purchase of $70. They could not give me change. I had nothing else. Left the store without the shoes. Second time... brought two pairs of shoes to the counter for their buy one get one 50% off sale, guy rang the order up.. no 50% off the second pair.. Went back and showed him the sign.. he removed it, said it was a mistake. Left the store with no shoes. Third time, went in speficially to buy 2 pairs of Kayano in size 10.5. They only had one pair. Wouldn't give me the same deal as if I had bought 2 ( you know add the price of two on sale, and split it cuz they only had one). I left the store without shoes. Fourth time, went in to just get ONE pair of Kayanos in size 10.5... they did not have even one pair. Today, went in to buy 2 pairs of Kayanos... seeing the huge 80% off second pair sign in the window... after seeing that they actually had two pairs in my size, was told the Kayano was not on the sale... my bad.. should have seen that every shoe except the one I wanted was on the sale. I'm sick of the store. I'm sick of the frustration. Goodbye Asics store. I will take my business elsewhere. read more

Went in today for running shoes. The girl who assisted me was very helpful and knowledgeable about the different shoes. I bought the pair I looked at in a different store, but was undecided whether or not to buy. She helped me try different styles to see the best fit for me. read more

Well, besides the rude service and the unorganized shop we had an okay time. I'm kidding it was awful, someone should inform the staff that politeness is free and often results in return customers. Not customer returning things. read more

Don't remember the girls name that helped me but she was very helpful. I've been buying and racing in Asics for over 10 years and have always just purchased them based on how they looked and assumed they were all relatively the same in performance and use. She explained to me the different types and the benefits of them all. Being flat footed knee and ankle pain during marathons has always been a big issue. Know that I know there's shoes specifically made to help that I definitely feel more prepared for my next race. Will definitely continue to buy my shoes from this store. Just picked up my 5 year old sons first pair of Asics from there today! read more

Went to purchase va new pair of shoes, and received excellent service from a young man named Brando. He questioned me as to my needs; we discussed my foot shape, and prior experience with another pair. He took the time to examine my current shoes, then very quickly recommended a shoe to try. It was a great selection, and his knowledge with regard to the various products was extensive. He showed me several different pairs and was very willing to allow me to try as many as I needed. He answered questions about fit very readily, and was very patient. He kept tabs on me while helping other customers, and made me feel very comfortable. No rush. He also was someone who apparently used the shoes and understood them from that perspective as well, yet without acting condescendingly. (I will never be mistaken for a runner at first glance, and I'm not.) Very positive, and his fit advice was super helpful. read more

I wish I could give them zero stars. I was in the store for 20 minutes, and no one who worked there said anything to me. I found a jacket I really want to, but I would not buy it from the people working there. I will never going to the store again. read more

Customer service was appalling!! Worker was helping me and supposed to be looking for shoes for me then I turn around and he is lint rolling another mans shirt and completely ignoring me so I complained to the "manager" who was 12!! And she just blew it off and didn't care at all. Guess this store doesn't like money but I will NEVER shop there. I never have a I won't ever be. I'd rather spend the extra money at the NB store and get excellent customer service read more
