We have been coming to this location since it has opened. It's such a convenient location. The service is great and the workers are very friendly and knowledgeable. The selection is great and you can always place an order and pickup as well or have it shipped to your location. Their return policy is wonderful. One plus and downside depending on your intention of visiting is that they are attached to an indoor park. So it can be quite busy and parking can be difficult. read more

I came in with my boyfriend who was specifically looking for gas based airsoft guns. Their selection for that category was a little limited but honestly it did not matter because Brian completely made the experience. From the start he was super approachable easy to talk to and very non judgmental which I really appreciated especially since I personally know nothing about airsoft guns. Brian took the time to walk us through the models my boyfriend was interested in and even checked which other stores had certain ones in stock when his own store did not. There was zero pressure to buy something that was not the right fit. He explained how different pistols and revolvers work including loading unloading and general handling in a way that was clear and not overwhelming. I never felt talked down to or brushed off even though I was very clearly not the knowledgeable one in the room. Field Experience Review - September 28,2025 On September 28, I visited the field and brought along seven friends. For majority of us, it was our first time, and overall, we had an amazing experience, some more than others. One of the referees stood out in particular -- the skater with blonde hair and a great vibe. He clearly loves his job and is extremely knowledgeable about guns and gear. He was very engaged with every player, explaining game modes thoroughly and making sure we were enjoying ourselves. His professionalism and enthusiasm set the tone for the day. Later, a different referee rotated in. I didn't catch his name, but he was a darker-skinned male. Compared to the first referee, he seemed less enthusiastic. At one point, one of my friends was denied entry because he wasn't wearing gloves. After being scanned in, he quickly went back to grab his gloves, but when he returned, the gate had already been locked. He asked another staff member at the chrono station for help, who radioed the referee in the field. The response over the radio was dismissive and unprofessional ("F*** him, he can wait after"), and the game proceeded without allowing my friend back in. This situation left my friend upset, but thankfully, the front receptionist -- the gentleman with the mustache -- handled the matter professionally and apologized on behalf of the staff. We also visited the store and had questions about certain items. When we compared prices with Evike's website, we noticed discrepancies. When we asked about price matching, the staff told us, "We don't price match." This was disappointing, as it seemed unusual for Evike not to match its own website. Ultimately, we decided not to purchase in-store and instead ordered online. On a more positive note, we ordered food during our visit and were very impressed. The service and food were excellent -- the woman behind the bar was incredibly helpful and friendly. I ordered chicken tenders and fries, and both the portion size and taste exceeded expectations. Definitely a highlight of the day. At the end of the day, we noticed an issue with our barcodes: half of our group still had time left while the other half did not. Once again, the receptionist with the mustache stepped in and extended our time so we could finish together as a group. Awesome store, knowledgeable and friendly staff (especially Mr. John) with tons of information on how to approach the world of air soft. I was told Inventory is specialized in that they have selected products that carry over from the main store into this one. There is also a field "BATTLELAB" that begins around 17:00 and all levels welcome for a quick air soft session in the evenings. Kind of hard to find because I was told the city wanted a more permanent sign on the storefront.... so their temporary sign had to be removed. Lol. Awesome store, awesome inventory, awesome staff. Truly one of the best airsoft experiences I've had in a very long time. The quality and experience you get from this Arena are unlike any other field in the LA area, really... The map gives you a really unique nighttime feel making it worth the little extra money it costs. The fact it's partnered with the Evike store and a restaurant/bar means you can literally get anything you need at any time... But let me tell you, all of that great stuff doesn't compare to how excellent the staff really is. They are incredible with new players helping and supporting where they can. I can say based on the people I went with, trying something for the first time especially airsoft, can feel intimidating but this team takes all that pressure off if you let them know it's your first time. In fact, it's celebrated! Let's talk about the store. The staff is really there to help you no matter your experience level, they get excited with you and guide you appropriately without trying to constantly upsell you like I've experienced before. Another interesting thing to note, if you're looking to invest in a particularly pricey gun, you can actually rent it as a premium rental from the actual store (assume it follows the rules of the field and is in stock there). It's a great chance to get your hands on it... THEN the rental price goes towards the gun if you are actually interested in buying it that day! It's a nice low risk way to give something a try. Anyways, the tech/gameplay system they are integrating in the field is great and will only get better. This is a business that I want to support more and plan to make my new "home field". I would highly recommend to anyone new or those experienced looking for a fresh CQB experience in the LA area. Don't just take my word for it. Try it out, give it at least one shot. After puchasing a drum AK mag onine for my gun realizing it didn't fit I ended up purchasing one from the Ontario store. And realizing it didn't fit as well. I returned again to return it and purchase a mid cap or hi cap mag . After purchasing 2 I went home and realized they didn't fit I immediately drove another hour back to return them . Now let me start with the good employees I give Rob, Chris and Bryan & alma 5 stars for their great customer service The reason for the one star is because I've only started this sport about three weeks ago so I have alot to learn and don't have much knowledge. So as Leo came to try to help with my issue with my mag . Instead of helping he was very rude and condescending saying I wasn't a real A.K guy because I would grind down my mag cause it was something he would do cause he was an A. K guy. But as well saying ‍ I never told you to do anything . making me feel real uncomfortable because I never claimed to be an A.K guy it was my first gun , it was affordable and I have a real sentimental value on my first purchase when I buy my first of something in a new hobbie so this gun meant alot to me . And for him to stand there and just ridicule me in front of his staff and customers made me feel like an idiot for needing help . didn't make my experience any better . It wasn't just that he wouldn't stop showboating on how much of an AK guy he was and that he and his team was all about A.Ks Instead of helping me , someone who barely knows anything he proceeded to make me feel even worse because I had no knowledge and was very confused on what I should do . . Some of the staff Incuding Alma are nice. But could be a bit more friendly . My buddy also an airsoft player after being only in there with me for 10 minutes walked out . Because he disliked their service and he told me they where very rude . If I'd have any suggestions id say Rob should be running the store. .if I ever decide to visit evike again . I'd only visit the Alhambra store I had a better experience there than Ontario and definitely worth the drive. .until then I won't return until they retrain some of their staff and do some changes in management . Review of the Evike Outpost Ontario Upon arriving at Evike Outpost Ontario ("Evike") the parking lot was surrounded by parking fences and two gates, one of which was open half-way. Didn't know whether or not we were allowed to park in the lot, but I decided to park there anyway since there cars probably from the employees. Upon walking in, I was greeted by a very nice lady who check off my name on a list that I had previously registered for. I was also given a choice of patches to take for the "Raid Area 51" event. Naturally, I quickly scanned the room and began surveying quickly creating a mental map. I have to say, the store was bigger than the main store of Airsoft GI in Walnut. Impressive. The one big issue, was most likely the only 2 dedicated cashiers and registers. I have to say, if it was an impacted day of sales, two cashiers simply weren't enough. One of the cashiers was a pretty younger Asian lady, and her partner nicknamed "Taco". They were both very chill and funny. I enjoyed: the professionalism, dedication to customer service, and of course who could resist a smile? Upon walking to the center of the store, was where the shooting range was, and where the KWA Ronin T6 competition was being held - there was also a countered area with a window to watch into the room of the shooting range. Just past the registers, on the left was the Tech Station, and another wall of patches, and to the right, the Helmet counters. At the end of the hallway, AEG attachments, pouch wall, and vest, chest rig, and plate carrier sections. Now checking out the BattleLab, it was a nice medium sized bar in my view. The restrooms were located in the restaurant section, and they had essentially a bar counter. Directly opposite of the counter was the entrance to the BattleLab CQB Field. The BattleLab Bar (feels weird saying it, because guns and bars aren't a good combination, but it really just has that "bar" feeling) doesn't have any real food yet, aside from: a wall of chips, a refrigerated refreshments display, and three choices of Agua Frescas (Watermelon, Cucumber, and Orange). I was a bit disappointed that there wasn't real food yet, but it's understandable due to the soft opening. However, I found that the price of the Agua Fresca was a bit pricy at $6 for a small plastic cup half-filled with ice. I mean, for that price you could get (2) large Boba Milk teas. Be that as it may, I hope the BattleLab Bar does adjust its prices and hopefully won't be selling pricy food in the near future for all the Airsoft patrons that opt to play at the Outpost Field. To continue, while I didn't play in the field itself since there was a strict 2v2 entry only at a time, and they had to spent nearly 20-30 minutes just to gear up with the sponsored rental gear. I was told by the players who did play on the field, that it was well furnished, and at present time there were only two corridors. Judging from the dimensions of just looking at the diameters of the building on the outside. I'd say the BattleLab Field would be as big as the indoor field they have at Project N1. We'll have to see what they do to map out the field here. The KWA Ronin T6 shooting competition was where it was at. Long lines, and high anticipation. For about an hour and a half, I was the record holder, until a group of 3 other guys and myself began to get more competitive with the record. At the end of the day, I placed 3rd. No prizes for losers I suppose (haha). Anyways, the guy who won the KWA Ronin T6 was a good guy, he was competing hard to win the $300-350-dollar AEG for his little brother who didn't have one. 2nd Place man was competing so that he could get more kids into Airsoft at a place he volunteers. I was competing with the reasons of the guy who won, to give it to a friend for her birthday since she got hooked onto Airsoft, but doesn't have an AEG yet either. Before I forget, the competition wasn't free. You had to play $2 each time you tried the competition run. 1st place spent $30 (15 entries), 2nd place spent about $40 (20 tries), and I spent $18 (9 entries) - I dropped out because I didn't want to exceed the value of trying to win the gun. There was another guy who I believed spent ($50) (25 entries) to try and win the competition. He wanted to win because he was just sporting a pistol - wanted to win a high-quality AEG. It is to say, that each of us were good sports, and we all congratulated and shook the hand of the guy who won. Thanks to Evike and KWA for sponsoring this competition. Overall, I'm pretty surprised at the size of the Outpost. In comparison, the Outpost at Ontario is bigger than the main store of Airsoft GI in Walnut. For a side, I'm surprised Evike was selling Novritsch BBs in .40g and .49g Bio shots. I didn't know Novritsch has began to allow for retailers to sell his stuff. I have to say, his BBs shot like a dream in my SR-MB02 Custom. As someone who has shopped with Evike for far over 10 years. I'll definitely be back. read more

Walked around for over thirty minutes trying to get someone to help me and my son, I have purchased from their website before, but after coming in and not being helped we then finally decide we will just look at the gun, they told us we can't look at the guns without reps, then wtf are they all over the wall to look at for? very rude was planning on purchasing a gun and few other things. But after the rep rudely told us we couldn't look at guns without assistance, AFTER I had been walking around looking for help for about thirty minutes he then offered for me to take a number as they are helping people that came in after we did there customer service sucks. Recently visited this new outpost to pick up a few items. Leo and the staff were very gracious in letting me take my time while checking the whole store out. I talked with Leo for a bit about tracking down some items I had in mind as well as discussing a few tech issues I had with my airsoft gun. The store has a really nice selection of items for almost anything you need and the layout is easy to navigate. The shop also has a shooting range for testing and the employees there invited me to bring my personal guns in and test if I felt the need. I'll be returning in the next few months to slowly get all my equipment up and running for the opening of the field next door in December. All around good experience with lots of really nice items to choose from. read more

Had a lot of fun. Cause airsoft is always fun. However, these folks run their arena allowing Full Auto (depending the gun). So, we were playing a game mode that had people sit down on the ground if "dead" and then you can be tagged in by any of the teams in the fight. So, me and my buddies are pinned down in a hallway, one of us dead and just outta reach beyond a fatal funnel. We get hit from behind by a couple dudes. The first spray took everyone out. All dropping to the ground. All raising our hands. All yelling "hit". We continue yelling "hit" as another full auto spray comes in from two guns. We continue yelling "hit" as a third full auto spray comes in. The fourth full auto spray, however, triggers an explosive response from my buddy who was dead already for ALL of these bursts. He slammed his fist into the wall. Yells at them to pay the eff attention to what they are doing, and that they have been spraying at 4 people who are already dead. He then barrels past them to get out of the situation and end any further conflict. Then a referee, who was there to play, decides to get in the face of a 6'4" behemoth of man, and a combat veteran at that, and tries to scold him for yelling. This opens up a totally unnecessary shit storm where my guys are all trying to just call out what happened, that a small group of dudes are just opening fire on folks without confirming targets at all. End result: apparently we all got banned. I never spoke during the event. I put my hand on one of my buddies to push him back cause the "ref" was calling our buddy a child. It's sad, I was a huge fan of the folks who ran Insight and I was super excited to be playing again in their arenas. To be banned for something I wasn't truly involved with. So I ordered an M4 online "Matrix Molon Labe Lipo Ready" when I received it two days later from ordering, I went immediately to have my fps tuned down. Then I find out that the gun is dead when they test fired it, all because of no trigger response. I wanted to go airsofting with it with an old friend and couldn't because of that. Been coming here since the grand opening, never had an issue with anyone here, if anything I made more friends not only in the Evike store but battlelab too. After reading reviews im surprised people had a bad experience. The employees definitely focus on one customer at a time but don't rush your process even if you're just looking, I've bought multiple aegs here and brought friends to get there's here too if they don't have something they order for you comes in about 2-3 days latest a week (they have to wait to get a shipment in from the Alhambra location) they feed you lots of info on all the products and if they don't know something they ask someone who does. (I'd rather see that than come back knowing something they said was BS) I really love coming here and referred a lot of friends to this location even ones brand new to Airsoft the services are fast everyone is friendly and it's also very clean! The tech also comes out to talk to customers and help out from time to time really really nice guy definitely takes pride in his work haven't had any issues with my guns if anything they improved . I'm really happy this place opened up, all around great community of people the players on the field and customers in the store are friendly, there's sometimes a few bad apples that try and play on the field but they get handled pretty quickly. Refs don't tolerate BS especially with all the cameras they have on the field you're getting caught easy . Oh and the parking is 50/50 they have lot parking BUT it gets really busy here so you have to park on the street. All around my favorite place to attend Airsofting and get gear when needed it's really convenient too. Also the food there is amazing!
