What great people! I called because Wildlands Airsoft park recommended I talk with them. They were pulling up to an airsoft event in a different state when they answered the call from me. They stopped what they were doing to help me diagnose what was going with my AEG over the phone. Both knowledgeable and incredibly friendly. They just earned a lot of business from me and my buddies. Edit: I now realized that I called at a time when the store was listed as closed (whoops). They still answered and helped me. read more

Returning to airsoft, I brought my 2 old aeg and 1911 in for repair. I asked for a quote. It's fair and reasonable. I asked for a ETA. It ended up being a bit later than expected, but they ended being very busy, which is good for them as a business. Luckily, I was in no rush. I called in to pick up. I asked a few questions of what exactly what the repair was and everything. Answered very detailed as I used to tinker in with the gearbox hobby (I know my limit). The guy was very detailed. You can tell he has a lot of experience. The girl was down to earth. Super cool. You can tell she been in customer service for a while. And the son, was well, the son. Respectful, and adhered, to any and all customers. Overall, I will definitely return. They are officially my one stop shop for all airsoft repairs. Thank you again! read more

5 Stars - Above and Beyond Service We had the absolute pleasure of working with Dani and Eric at RPS Airsoft, and I can't say enough good things about them. My son's airsoft gun needed a fix before a big day of play, and these guys dropped everything to walk us through what to do--step by step. They weren't in it for a sale or to upsell us. They were simply driven by a genuine desire to help. Their knowledge is top-tier, but what stood out even more was their kindness, patience, and sincerity. They took all the time we needed, answered every question, and treated my son with such care and respect. It's rare to find people this passionate and honest. We are so grateful and will absolutely be going back to them for anything airsoft-related. Highly, highly recommend! read more

RPS airsoft seems like a very honest business. I brought in my old airsoft rifle, circa 2007, and inquired about getting it back up and running; the owner was very knowledgeable and helpful, and he wasn't pushy at all. Check this place out for your airsoft needs. read more

helped me with my gun, something with my gears couldnt figure it out. I couldnt but they could id recommend coming here if you need a good tech and scared to do it yourself read more

Awesome experience with Dani and Eric!! Brought my rifle in for a titan II install and they took it apart and installed it right Infront of me. Took maybe an hour and a half. They were able to make some recommendations and pointed out my motor was on its last leg so that I didn't get to the field and not be able to play. They are incredibly knowledgeable and nice people. Why take your gun to a company that just see's you as revenue when you can work with people who are an amazing part of the community. Getting additional work done, will review once complete. read more

went in again to get even more upgrades for my airsoft aeg. I got 13:1 gears, new motor, grip, and brought a stock for him to replace the old one. It only took a week for eric to finish and he did a fantastic job. the trigger response felt remarkable. it sounded and felt snappy and amazing. the shimming was perfect. i wanted to field it before i wrote my 2nd review and it was a delightful experience. nothing went wrong during it and i was cooking fools. don't even bother with other techs because eric and dani will get you right, whatever you need done. read more

This place is great! I love coming here since before they became RPS. Great little local airsoft shop. Dani is awesome. Answers questions you have. Will come back again. read more

I love this store for upgrading my internals for my airsoft guns. The new gun selection is not the biggest but if you have questions the employees are extremely helpful and well versed. I have been here twice and both times I dropped a pretty penny ($200-400 for each gun). The price was expensive but very much worth it. If you have the money I couldn't recommend coming here enough. $300-500 will upgrade your gun into something that will catch the eye of other airsofters and will have them asking you where you went and what you did. The turn around for the installation makes this place much more superior than the rest. I've heard other stores taking turning for 3-4 weeks minimum and that's pushing it. I got my gun back both times the same day. Obviously the price isn't cheap but it's the price you have to pay for the absolute best service. (Seriously the best) -Great Installation time (same day most times) -Great explanation and consultation -Friendly service -Justifiable pricing if you're committed to the hobby Also, I enjoyed talking with the owner about upgrading my gun. He was helpful in deciding where my money should go. He easily could have upsold me on the motor or mosfet but recommended that I wait on it. (My stock parts were good enough) read more

If you love airsoft or paintball or just a great time in general GO HERE!! Eric is one of the most knowledgeable people I've met and I love meeting and talking to people, so that was impressive for me. Dani is a surprise and a delight, very helpful and always genuine and honest (which can be hard to find sometimes for anything that need fixing, let alone airsoft guns). The shop is very open and welcoming, they had everything I needed and then some, so know they'll take care of you here. Dani said I could call anytime or message her on Insta if I had questions. It's in a dangerous place for your schedule though because you could stay for hours talking about guns and fun and tech AND there's great food nearby so you don't have to leave unless you need sleep or to go to work, but this was absolutely better than sleep or work, hands down. The pricing was really good, they're not cheap but they are honest and do the work, they're reliable and will make sure whatever job you need done will be solid. My equipment has never worked better and it's been at least a few weeks of frequent use since I was there and everything is still amazing. I love this place, I live pretty far away and it's worth the drive, I will absolutely be going back whenever I need a repair or just a good time with good people. Hope this helps any enthusiasts! Have a lovely rest of your day :) read more

I genuinely cannot explain how much I love this business and the amazing people who own it!!! I have so many guys in my family who are obsessed with airsoft and paintball, so I'm always needing gifts for them for different occasions. Erick and Dani are always so eager to help me select supplies. The owners truly care so deeply about their customers and they make you feel like you've known them for years. Additionally, we've had issues with supplies we've bought from other places, and they are always so helpful when suggesting how to fix them. I would also like to share that they travel to various sites on the weekends. One time, we were out playing and they were luckily set up, ready to help players who had a complication with their gun. My brother's gun had stopped firing and he was so upset because the rest of us all had functioning guns. Thankfully, Dani and Erick were able to repair it super fast and he was back out playing with all of us!!! In case you need a repair off the playing site, they are extremely eager to help with repairs at their storefront too. My family wholeheartedly trusts these amazing people to provide honest suggestions and feedback. Their quality of work is impeccable! I highly recommend this family business as they genuinely care about their customers! Although I only found out about them in February, we've been able to build an amazing relationship through our love of paintball and airsoft! read more

Eric and Dani are the best people to ever have in the airsoft community. Eric has some kind of magic touch that fixes even the craziest issues your gun may be having. His many years of experience can tell you exactly what parts you should be using and what you shouldn't and ends up saving you tons of money down the road. I have owned so many guns and he has worked on every single one of them for me. They also live stream on Instagram every Friday for people that want to learn tech-work and go out to fields on the weekends to fix guns that broke on the battlefield. No more wasting an entire day's ticket when your gun breaks cause Eric and Dani got you. After meeting these guys, never taking my guns anywhere else for major tech-work. If i could give any more stars; i would. read more
