So, we would come back every month with our boys. Anyways, since she has been gone this business has been hiring "family" and/or "friend" to do some part-time work. I have nothing against it, but they're terrible at customer service. The guy that was working on the afternoon of 11/13 was (no better word for it) a complete jackarse. My husband addressed him because the air soft gun that my 10 year old was using seemed to be malfunctioning and he had hit the same target in the middle multiple times. The target wouldn't budge. So, he addressed your staff to just come over and check it out. He approached us and aggressively with a rude tone asked, "Wot's the problem?" We told him the issue and all we wanted was for him to take a look at the air soft gun to check if it was alright. Instead, he proceeded by taking the loaded air soft gun beside him and started shooting down all the targets. Then proceeded to rudely say, "You need to shoot the targets." Now I don't care if he wants to be rude to my husband and me thinking maybe we want some sort of freebie, but that's not that case. He made my 10 year old feel terrible with his rude attitude and instead of wanting to play another round; he wanted to go straight home. So yes, my husband told your staff that he didn't need to be an arsehole because my kid took it personally. I did send their Instagram a message, but the owner don't seem to care about one complaint. We came to this business often enough BECAUSE my children enjoy the fact that they can participate because you don't have an age limit. They have fun at the store and they could care less about the prizes. When they have employees like that who made one of my kids feel like he sucked and didn't know what he was doing; he really shut down his confidence when he is progressively gets better every time we go to the store. Unless my kids really, really want to go; I'm done doing business with this store.

He took the time to get us set up and walked us through everything we needed to know, step by step. He honestly made our visit quite wonderful. We had a great time and definitely plan on going back for more! I highly recommend this range. Tip: bring your own or buy the good earmuffs on-site to protect your ears. They were highly reviewed so I looked them up. We booked a private party and booked gel blasters (they don't hurt) the refs Sebastian and Rob were super cool and patient. Alex who works the bar was really on top of everything too coordinating food, drinks, and cake. The kids had the private room for 3 hrs and they had a blast, played several rounds, and now want to go back. Thank you Battle Lab for such great service. Warning- there is no a/c in the gaming area, but they took plenty of breaks and iced water was refilled endlessly.

I don't understand how you host a 90 degree field with no ac and show slideshows on staying hydrated but when I go to hydrate the fountains are turned off? You can't even ask an employee for water and ice. Kitchen closes in the afternoon and you get hotboxed and surrounded with other players. There are also signs for no outside ice chest.......so what are players supposed to do when thirsty? I want to acknowledge the one employee Evan who realized my brother and I were sweating and overheating and gave both us water's complimentary. Someone give him a raise as the other employees simply wanted to me to buy bottled waters individually. If you plan on spending time here with friends or maybe hosting a party prepare to deal with heat and no way of relieving your thirst.

Girls behind the counter were, courteous, cute and super friendly. The sporting clays is a walkable course that surrounds half of the property perimeter. Some basic stands 1-10 being easier and 11-25 more trickery difficult. Each stand has about four different positioned launchers. Club works on pre paid clays with a price variance between trap/skeet and sporting clays. Trap &skeet machines worked flawlessly via push buttons or voice activated. Sporting clay fields had quite a few failures or broken birds and a few inoperable machines. One thing I wish was that this place work like a bar tab with a credit card charge at end. However you must pre pay for exact amount of clays you intend to shoot with no refund or variable for no bird / machine malfunction or broken bird. Be sure to check out the clubs old taxidermy animals (elephant, Lion, rhinoceros, bear etc). Parking lot has no shade but there are a few shade trees and areas on site. Bathrooms are detached and like public park restrooms. Overall great place to shoot, especially for California!

They stopped what they were doing to help me diagnose what was going with my AEG over the phone. Both knowledgeable and incredibly friendly. They just earned a lot of business from me and my buddies. I asked a few questions of what exactly what the repair was and everything. Answered very detailed as I used to tinker in with the gearbox hobby (I know my limit). The guy was very detailed. You can tell he has a lot of experience. The girl was down to earth. Super cool. You can tell she been in customer service for a while. And the son, was well, the son.
