Can't say that I'm a big airsoft person myself, but I have to admit that I was blown away by the massive size of this store, so when they say super store they weren't lying. From outside to inside, there's a lot to look at! There are some vehicles outside (Jeep/military themed etc) and when you enter in, on the left hand side there's a small "museum" or merchandise and memorabilia of fandom goods of prop weapons from movies, video games, anime series, etc. that are autographed as well (they had stuff from GGO, Halo, Marvel series, John Wick, Gurren Lagann, Star Wars, Overwatch, and much more), as well as some personal goods from the owners themselves, awards and contributions from the community and much more. When you go into the main store, there's a photo opportunity where it's a throne of airsoft guns and a tank with a marine fish tank built in (neat!). There are a lot of employees who are there to help answer your questions and assist you, and if you need to order something specifically, they call your number up at the counter. They have all of the gear and accessories that you need for air soft, so if you're a newbie just starting out or a pro, there's something there for you. There's also protective items, a whole myriad of patches, survival food and rations, novelty snacks, and some toys and such for kids as well as discount bins in the back. They also have their own "gacha" machines where you can get some of their own patches too, I believe. They also have their own BB's and I think some DBZ themed ones which I think is neat. There's also virtual air soft-ing there as well as the ability to test out some of their guns, you just have to sign a waiver and follow all of their safety rules and regulations and I believe pay a small nominal fee. If you're hardcore into fishing, that's what the entire second floor is for. I thought it was neat that there's lots of photos of their customers with their catches and so many different reels and lures that I have never seen before. AirsoftCON 2024 was 10/10! Event was held in the Evike parking lot, there were great rafgles, at least 50, so there were great idea of winning! Everyone was friendly and helpful. There were lots of people but they managed the crowds really well. There were vendors, food trucks, free waters and redbull, the store was fully stocked in anticipation of all the people. We will definitely go back next year! Men's restrooms were trailers so much better than porta potties. Great job Evike! read more

This place is terrible if you're looking for help with products. You walk in, no signs on what to do. We seen a big tablet that was OFF when we walked in. You see that they are calling numbers but couldn't find how to get a number. I kept walking back to the tablet to try to sign in or something. After walking around for a hour finally i was able to ask on what to do. He told me that i have to sign in and i told him the tablet screen was off. Just very annoying that I couldn't get help right away. This place is 45 minutes from our house and I had to use the restroom but it's locked with some type of code you have to enter to open the restroom door and of course nobody's around to even ask. You're better off ordering online and have it shipped to your house. They need more workers, we are waiting for our number to be called and each number they call is a about 15 minute wait! read more

My order was listed as delivered and I did not receive it. I have called the usps and Evike several times with no results. I paid $195 for two items and have not received either item. The Package was labeled delivered and I did not receive it, and when I called in to report this, the agents each told me different information. Instead of usps they should use a carrier that requires a signature. I was relying on my order to be delivered and instead I have been advised that I have to wait another 15 days for an investigation. My project timeline is ruined and I do not have the items that I paid $195.48 for. I do not recommend buying anything from these guys because they are not reliable and do not compensate buyers for lost packages in a timely fashion. read more

I took my son to this place one Sunday a couple weeks ago. It was my first time in an airsoft store. At first I was pretty intimidated. You check in with the person at the counter and they will call out your number when ready. We didn't have to wait long. At least it didn't seem like it because as you wait you get to look around the store. Once my son's name was called, the gentleman that helped my son was very patient and answered all my son's questions. My son wanted to see a few items and the sales associate was kind and patient with my son. I'm sorry I didn't get a name bc he was wonderful. The selection I thought was a lot. Most items were displayed and if not they were able to look things up on their tablet and bring the item out for you to see. Stopped by today, the store is amazing but customer service not so much. I was in there for about 20 minutes with $1000 burning a hole in my pocket and not once was I acknowledged by staff who were standing around talking amongst themselves, there was two couples in there besides myself so it's not like they were busy, pretty disappointing, absolutely incredible store though still gotta give it three stars EDIT: so I went back in last Friday, hoping to have a better experience. Came here for the first time while I live around this area since long time ago. I never noticed that there is a big ware house that sell airsoft items. There is a small area on the left hand side that shows the owner's collectables, which includes law enforcement and military items. They are fascinating! They have a lot variety of airsoft. I am not a gun fan, so I do not know the difference, but I saw different rifles, short guns, and hand guns. There are also clothes, shoes, accessory, and toys available. I saw a small shooting range available to test out the airaoft you are interested. The representative does not seem to know a lot about the rifles and short guns. However, he is very friendly. They offer 10% law enforcement and military discount. Private parking lot is available. Parking is not an issue. read more

We have gone to this store probably about 6 times in the last few months and I just wanted to say that their staff is some of the nicest people I've gotten service from. I don't recall the names of all the associates that helped us out, but we had Lawrence help us out today and he was great. He's Very knowledgeable, he's experienced, and gives insight on any questions you ask. This store is literally like a huge warehouse for airsoft and fishing supplies (more airsoft than fishing though). The go to spot for airsoft! My teen got into airsoft a couple of years ago and our first order came from here. We've made the trek out to the store a couple of times and the employees have always been great! They helped him out with a slowed down gun issue, took him through properly cleaning it, and were just all around helpful and encouraging to a shy young teen. The store is fun to browse, and the prices are comparable to anywhere else we can get airsoft stuff, but, a larger selection/giant warehouse! Took the birthday boy here for his gift! I've never heard of this place before and was surprised at the sheer size of it. It was a gigantic warehouse. Upon entering, there is a small museum that has props from movies ranging from WW2 movies to Transformers. There were signed guns, body armor, and pictures. After leaving the area we went in to the main store and when I tell you that my jaw dropped... You have a view of a tank that is converted to a fish tank. Beyond that is the range and above that on an elevated area is a small fish and tackle store. If you want to get helped, take a number and wait. After you are helped by an employee, you have to wait again to pay. I'm guessing this is due to them having to go back into the ginormous warehouse and get your order. My son wanted a very specific airsoft gun. It was a 5th generation Glock 17. Why it is a 5th gen gun in not sure. I'm more knowledgeable about real guns and rifles. While we were being helped our guy told us about the ins and outs of the gun, how to load the magazine and the air chamber, as well as gun care. Pretty thorough and useful info.! After informing them that the carrier delivered to the wrong address, I was told that it would be another month before Id see my order, if at all. On another occasion I reviewed a part that was expensive but faulty because it didn't fit into anything it was supposed to. The review of the part that I left of the website was never listed. I found a reddit thread which confirmed my experience in which evike commonly censors negative reviews off their products. Bought an airsoft rifle/AEG from them that has a GATE Aster installed. Apparently, they have to manually install it which adds more time to the already lengthy processing window. This is NOT stated anywhere in the item description. Also, the FAQ on the website states processing is 1 - 3 business days. I ordered on a weekend and spoke to them on the 4th business day in which my item still had not shipped. They then told me processing times are actually 1 - 5 business days when the website clearly states 1 - 3. On top of all of this, their shipping rates are absolutely horrendous. I was going to pay for next day shipping to get it here before the weekend but they wanted $156 extra dollars for next day shipping. Even 3 day shipping was like 80 or 90 dollars. Literal insanity. I think it's fair to say that: 1. The website has incorrect information on it (order processing times are 1-5 days NOT 1-3 days). 2. Some orders may require additional processing time due to manual installations that is NOT stated on the item's page. 3. Shipping costs are outrageous. My recommendation? If you have other options for gear/parts that you can either get locally, or even on Amazon.com, then go there first, and don't trust what you read on the website because apparently they don't honor it. read more

I have not shopped or been to Evike since they were at their original San Gabriel location. I had been shopping for a specific Crye carrier and RMA plate combo and was reminded by someone on Reddit that this place existed. I checked right away and they had both items in stock, so I didn't hesitate to order from them since my past experiences from years ago were positive. They did not disappoint. The online ordering and store pickup was seamless. The plates did not end up fitting in the carrier I ordered, so they exchanged for a larger one and processed my RMA and return without issue. So let me start with I have been out of the game for airsofting since i was about 16 years old. Well I'm trying to get back into and needed some help. I call the tech support line and Kyle answered the phone. Kyle stayed on the phone for almost an hour answering all my questions and getting me to a position where I now know exactly what to buy and what to do with my parts. That was up until I was helped by a gentleman named Andy. Not only was he super polite and professional, he was extremely knowledgeable with the things I needed advice with and the sport itself. I only run GBBRs and Andy knew everything there was to know about them. He went above and beyond helping me with my needs to complete my dream build. My AEG broke down and I requested the RMA for the warranty claim. I already called 7 times and emailed them 6 times. The only person who helped me out and answered all of my doubts without sounding like he was bothered that I was making questions was Dominic. Dominic from customer service if you're reading this, congratulations! I have never had such great help and commitment to my issues. Management know that Dominic is a great customer service personnel and really just does an amazing job. He solved my questions with prompt and very well explained answers. I wish the other people from customer service would be like him! And about the store it is if not the one of the biggest airsoft online stores in the US. Many great items from all over the planet and the with competitive price. My only issue is the website where it's not well keyworded. The items online are not well aligned with the keywords. Meaning that if I search for midcaps some mid caps won't show up on my research. And some items are on the wrong categories.
