If you're into airsoft guns and gear, this is the place to go! It's a bit overwhelming when you first walk in because youd never expect to see so much cool stuff from the looks of the outside of the building. Be prepared to spend some time exploring, there's plenty to find in there. read more

I had a wonderful time here last week, I got a digital number and was promptly paired up with Matt, who was very kind and gave me some good advice about gbbrs. Logan Sanchez, was very help and very knowledgeable when it came helping select the right product when getting back into airsoft for the very first time in years. He help me navigate through what would've been a difficult process, and probably what would have been a costly mistake for the type of field I go to. His knowledge and expertise really help me feel confident,in the product I purchased. I'd personally would seek out his advice again in the future, for my next Airsoft event. read more

Look, Evike isn't just a business. Evike is a fixture of the Airsoft culture and was a big name back when I started playing over a decade ago. Their associates are the face of the industry for so many everyday players like me without the overseas connections and import know-how. When I took my friends up here to get them back into Airsoft, Matt (not THE Evike Matt) took care of them. He had some great recommendations and ultimately got them hooked up with a shoota that made them happy. Meanwhile I have been working on a project for a few weeks and couldn't have seen it through without help from Eric, Adrian, and the rest of the sales team. I'm really bad with names so a few key players are definitely getting left out. read more

Can't say that I'm a big airsoft person myself, but I have to admit that I was blown away by the massive size of this store, so when they say super store they weren't lying. From outside to inside, there's a lot to look at! There are some vehicles outside (Jeep/military themed etc) and when you enter in, on the left hand side there's a small "museum" or merchandise and memorabilia of fandom goods of prop weapons from movies, video games, anime series, etc. that are autographed as well (they had stuff from GGO, Halo, Marvel series, John Wick, Gurren Lagann, Star Wars, Overwatch, and much more), as well as some personal goods from the owners themselves, awards and contributions from the community and much more. When you go into the main store, there's a photo opportunity where it's a throne of airsoft guns and a tank with a marine fish tank built in (neat!). There are a lot of employees who are there to help answer your questions and assist you, and if you need to order something specifically, they call your number up at the counter. They have all of the gear and accessories that you need for air soft, so if you're a newbie just starting out or a pro, there's something there for you. There's also protective items, a whole myriad of patches, survival food and rations, novelty snacks, and some toys and such for kids as well as discount bins in the back. They also have their own "gacha" machines where you can get some of their own patches too, I believe. They also have their own BB's and I think some DBZ themed ones which I think is neat. There's also virtual air soft-ing there as well as the ability to test out some of their guns, you just have to sign a waiver and follow all of their safety rules and regulations and I believe pay a small nominal fee. If you're hardcore into fishing, that's what the entire second floor is for. I thought it was neat that there's lots of photos of their customers with their catches and so many different reels and lures that I have never seen before. Lots of Japanese brands, as well as their own mystery bags and deals too. Even if you're not into these hobbies, it's pretty cool to take a look at (or to get cheap props for cos). read more

First off, The customer service is always top tier. I want to shout out one of their Customer Service Reps named Patrick. Patrick ALWAYS goes above and beyond to provide excellent service and solve any problem I have. Sometimes the guns can be hit or miss in terms of quality and I unfortunately had to make some returns/repairs. But if theres one thing I can confidently say its that both Evike and Patrick ALWAYS make it right and make sure I am satisfied with my purchases. Give him a raise! -Jonathan read more

AirsoftCON 2024 was 10/10! Event was held in the Evike parking lot, there were great rafgles, at least 50, so there were great idea of winning! Everyone was friendly and helpful. There were lots of people but they managed the crowds really well. There were vendors, food trucks, free waters and redbull, the store was fully stocked in anticipation of all the people. We will definitely go back next year! Men's restrooms were trailers so much better than porta potties. Great job Evike! read more

Drove all the way from Rancho Cucamonga on a Friday and was told that there power was out so I couldn't buy what I came for so the next day I decided to come back after going to the Ontario location and being told that there is 5 of the airsoft guns I want In stock after check for my self on evike.com there was indeed 5 in stock when I get there the guy behind the counter told me they haven't had that gun for over 2 years. Then he recommend me another airsoft gun that was similar but built by a different brand for the same price I ended up buying that one and had to drive back on Monday because that airsoft gun he recommended broke before I was even able to shoot it. I will never be going back to the Alhambra Evike location and that's for sure. read more

"Airsoft Costco" for Southern California! I first came here many, many ages ago when I was a young grasshopper. Evike Superstore was just as good as I remember! A++ all around and huge shout out to Jose for his spectacular service and vast amount of knowledge dealing the airsoft sport! Jose was especially patient with my family and super helpful at the same time. He made my kids' first visit to an airsoft store a very memorable one that was engaging, productive, and exciting. Even brought out his own setup to show how cool and fun airsoft can be! Prices are affordable and competitive with a hefty inventory to select from. Business area and bathrooms are clean. Parking spots are generous, but I can see it getting troublesome if too busy - get there early! Here are some tips to help your visit go as smooth and stress free as possible. EVIKE IN-PERSON STEP BY STEP PROCESS 1. Sign in! There's a stand with an electronic tablet as soon as you enter the main area. Enter your name, details, and memorize your number to be called. Do this first before anything else, I can't emphasize this enough otherwise you'll be waiting around for absolutely nothing. No point in standing in line either, as their system is organized primarily on this signing in system. 2. Wait for your number to be called. All signed in? Walk around, browse their vast collection of airsoft gear, enjoy their incredible fish "tank" (you'll see). DO NOT wait in line - entirely pointless. Once your number is called, go to the front and a staff member will assist you 1-1 on everything and anything you need. Got questions? They have answers. More tips to come. 3. Wait for your name to be called for check out. Got everything sorted out with your assigned staff member? Hang out and be patient so they have time to gather all your things and ensure all items are pulled precisely as discussed. Once your name is called for check out, proceed to the front and you're good to go! Military or first responder? Tell them and provide proof for a nice discount. TIPS FOR A SMOOTH TRANSACTION New to airsoft? Don't go in blind. Do some research and even have a general list of things to buy beforehand so your staff member can help you the best they can with time efficiency. Have a budget and be straightforward with the staff so they can help you get the best bang for your buck! Getting a new gun? Have at least 3 specific models in mind to get things started. Go from there. Much better this way for both parties instead of playing guessing and mind reading games (unless you're Charles Xavier). Not sure what's going on? Ask questions! No question is a dumb question. Staff is extremely knowledgeable and more than happy to help and educate customers. Highly, highly recommended airsoft store.. I mean, Superstore! Great for first time experiences. Probably best to stay local thereafter (drove 1.5 hrs) or simply shop Evike online for convenience. read more

I took my son to this place one Sunday a couple weeks ago. It was my first time in an airsoft store. At first I was pretty intimidated. Mind you my 11 y/o requested me to take him since he is getting into this sport. The staff were all very nice and helpful. The process was super simple. You check in with the person at the counter and they will call out your number when ready. We didn't have to wait long. At least it didn't seem like it because as you wait you get to look around the store. Once my son's name was called, the gentleman that helped my son was very patient and answered all my son's questions. My son wanted to see a few items and the sales associate was kind and patient with my son. I'm sorry I didn't get a name bc he was wonderful. The selection I thought was a lot. Most items were displayed and if not they were able to look things up on their tablet and bring the item out for you to see. Being that my son and I are new to this sport I thought the value of their items were pretty good. They have items for every budget. Enjoy! read more

This place is terrible if you're looking for help with products. You walk in, no signs on what to do. We seen a big tablet that was OFF when we walked in. You see that they are calling numbers but couldn't find how to get a number. I kept walking back to the tablet to try to sign in or something. After walking around for a hour finally i was able to ask on what to do. He told me that i have to sign in and i told him the tablet screen was off. Just very annoying that I couldn't get help right away. This place is 45 minutes from our house and I had to use the restroom but it's locked with some type of code you have to enter to open the restroom door and of course nobody's around to even ask. You're better off ordering online and have it shipped to your house. They need more workers, we are waiting for our number to be called and each number they call is a about 15 minute wait! read more

Shoutout to Drew (Andrew) at Evike -- seriously one of the best customer service experiences I've had. He took a ton of time to educate me and my friend on GBBR platforms, helped us pick the right guns for what we wanted, and made sure we got the correct upgrades and parts. He didn't just sell us stuff and walk away -- he actually walked us through the tech work and installation process, answered every question, and made sure everything was done right. Super knowledgeable, chill, and genuinely helpful. He spent more time helping us than he needed to, and because of that we left with exactly what we wanted and a setup that works perfectly. 10/10 experience read more

Stopped by today, the store is amazing but customer service not so much. I was in there for about 20 minutes with $1000 burning a hole in my pocket and not once was I acknowledged by staff who were standing around talking amongst themselves, there was two couples in there besides myself so it's not like they were busy, pretty disappointing, absolutely incredible store though still gotta give it three stars EDIT: so I went back in last Friday, hoping to have a better experience. It was definitely a little busier than the previous visit, but I was in there for about 20 minutes looking around and again was never acknowledged by an employee finally started talking to a customer about how bad the service was and he told me that you have to sign in by the door so I did that and received a text saying my wait time would be 17 minutes, about an hour and a half later I still haven't been called or acknowledged by a single employee the whole time I was there so once again I left and about 20 minutes later I got a text saying it was my turn to be helped, also that same day the manager commented on this post asking me to email him which I did immediately and still haven't heard back from him a week later read more

Came here for the first time while I live around this area since long time ago. I never noticed that there is a big ware house that sell airsoft items. There is a small area on the left hand side that shows the owner's collectables, which includes law enforcement and military items. They are fascinating! They have a lot variety of airsoft. I am not a gun fan, so I do not know the difference, but I saw different rifles, short guns, and hand guns. There are also clothes, shoes, accessory, and toys available. I saw a small shooting range available to test out the airaoft you are interested. The representative does not seem to know a lot about the rifles and short guns. However, he is very friendly. They offer 10% law enforcement and military discount. Private parking lot is available. Parking is not an issue. read more

Took the birthday boy here for his gift! I've never heard of this place before and was surprised at the sheer size of it. It was a gigantic warehouse. Upon entering, there is a small museum that has props from movies ranging from WW2 movies to Transformers. There were signed guns, body armor, and pictures. After leaving the area we went in to the main store and when I tell you that my jaw dropped... You have a view of a tank that is converted to a fish tank. Beyond that is the range and above that on an elevated area is a small fish and tackle store. If you want to get helped, take a number and wait. After you are helped by an employee, you have to wait again to pay. I'm guessing this is due to them having to go back into the ginormous warehouse and get your order. My son wanted a very specific airsoft gun. It was a 5th generation Glock 17. Why it is a 5th gen gun in not sure. I'm more knowledgeable about real guns and rifles. While we were being helped our guy told us about the ins and outs of the gun, how to load the magazine and the air chamber, as well as gun care. Pretty thorough and useful info.! He also told us where to go in terms of local airsoft parks. Give this place a try! read more

Like to give a big shout out to Dominic @ Evike customer service center. Dominic went above and beyond assisting me to finalize my RMA and because of his top tier customer service he turned my return and disappointment into an even bigger sale. Dominic took the time to listen to the opportunities that I had with the product and the challenge of processing my return and was even empathetic and understanding to the 1.5 hour drive I took to be refused return due to the policy with RMA. Dominic with his determination to succeed with customer service created a connection that had us begin discussing further into the hobby of airsoft which in turn again turned into another sale of a HPA engine because of his recommendations and the trust that was established as a client to business partner. Applause to Dominic and thank you for perfectly representing the best airsoft retailer in the business! Great job! Its customer service like this that keeps me shopping at Evike more then any other retailer in airsoft :) read more

I'm just getting into airsoft and really needed help getting through the hard choice of picking a gun and optic. So I called and used the airsoft tech extension and got a man named Patrick. This was amazing help. I highly recommend giving them a call if you need any help. Let's get my boy Patrick a raise!! read more

My order was listed as delivered and I did not receive it. I have called the usps and Evike several times with no results. I paid $195 for two items and have not received either item. The Package was labeled delivered and I did not receive it, and when I called in to report this, the agents each told me different information. Instead of usps they should use a carrier that requires a signature. I was relying on my order to be delivered and instead I have been advised that I have to wait another 15 days for an investigation. My project timeline is ruined and I do not have the items that I paid $195.48 for. I do not recommend buying anything from these guys because they are not reliable and do not compensate buyers for lost packages in a timely fashion. read more

My son started getting into Airsoft recently. He wants to jump into it and get all the equipment and go play games. We have gone to this store probably about 6 times in the last few months and I just wanted to say that their staff is some of the nicest people I've gotten service from. I don't recall the names of all the associates that helped us out, but we had Lawrence help us out today and he was great. He's Very knowledgeable, he's experienced, and gives insight on any questions you ask. This store is literally like a huge warehouse for airsoft and fishing supplies (more airsoft than fishing though). I love how each associate plays, so they have experience, and they are all very knowledgeable about the equipment, brands, etc. if you're curious and looking for an airsoft gun , this is definitely the store for you. The go to spot for airsoft! My teen got into airsoft a couple of years ago and our first order came from here. We've made the trek out to the store a couple of times and the employees have always been great! They helped him out with a slowed down gun issue, took him through properly cleaning it, and were just all around helpful and encouraging to a shy young teen. The store is fun to browse, and the prices are comparable to anywhere else we can get airsoft stuff, but, a larger selection/giant warehouse! We have also ordered online several times because though the store is relatively close, traffic makes it a beast to get to sometimes. Online ordering has always been very easy, and super fast shipping! read more

Ordered some parts a month ago which still haven't arrived. After informing them that the carrier delivered to the wrong address, I was told that it would be another month before Id see my order, if at all. On another occasion I reviewed a part that was expensive but faulty because it didn't fit into anything it was supposed to. The review of the part that I left of the website was never listed. I found a reddit thread which confirmed my experience in which evike commonly censors negative reviews off their products. Piss poor CS, dishonest review policy, and now they have my money with nothing to show for it. I'll never give evike anymore of my business. read more

Bought an airsoft rifle/AEG from them that has a GATE Aster installed. Apparently, they have to manually install it which adds more time to the already lengthy processing window. This is NOT stated anywhere in the item description. Also, the FAQ on the website states processing is 1 - 3 business days. I ordered on a weekend and spoke to them on the 4th business day in which my item still had not shipped. They then told me processing times are actually 1 - 5 business days when the website clearly states 1 - 3. On top of all of this, their shipping rates are absolutely horrendous. I was going to pay for next day shipping to get it here before the weekend but they wanted $156 extra dollars for next day shipping. Even 3 day shipping was like 80 or 90 dollars. Literal insanity. I think it's fair to say that: 1. The website has incorrect information on it (order processing times are 1-5 days NOT 1-3 days). 2. Some orders may require additional processing time due to manual installations that is NOT stated on the item's page. 3. Shipping costs are outrageous. My recommendation? If you have other options for gear/parts that you can either get locally, or even on Amazon.com, then go there first, and don't trust what you read on the website because apparently they don't honor it. read more
