    Great customer service from all staff. Amelah was very helpful in my purchase of Dickies work pants. Diane was also friendly along with Alan I belive. I wear a W36 L30. Wasn't available. 38 30 was snug on waist and length fine. I went with 36 32 which Amelah had on stand buy for sale. Pants are very comfortable and worth the 39.99 and change. I look forward to going back for another amazing experience.

    Yo yo yo what's going on beautiful and sexy people? Went here yesterday on 3-3-20 and today 3-4-20 and here are the highlights. 1. I was looking for more Los Angeles Lakers-Clippers t-shirt to add to my collection. As we speak. I have 7 Lakers t-shirts and 2 Clippers t-shirt. I would like to get more to add to my wonderful collection. 2. I love it that everytime that I visit this Big 5 Sporting Goods location. I am greeted with a welcome!!! 3.     THE ABSOLUTE WORST. DO NOT HIRE. TOOK MY MONEY, DID NOT FIX MY BIKE IN SIX MONTHS. I finally told…read morethem to go away. I first contacted them last December, and they sent out a "technician" a couple of weeks later. I had already determined that the problem was a broken drive belt, and this person puttered around for a half hour, told me what I already knew, and charged me $140. But he didn't have the parts and said he'd have to order them, and it might take a couple of weeks. MONTHS went by. I kept emailing and calling, they kept putting me off, the "customer service" BS artist kept blaming "our back-end team" who had responsibility for ordering the parts. I found the part online myself in approximately fifteen seconds. In late June 2024 month after the last time they said they were "contacting Schwinn" for the parts and over six months after I first contacted them, I demanded a refund, they refused, and I told them I was done. I am now contemplating legal action for fraud. Do not engage this company unless you want to lose your money.

When I realized the mistake, I politely asked if that item could be removed from the transaction. The cashier immediately responded, "I can't," and offered no explanation or attempt to help. A manager was called over and seemed visibly annoyed. We were told there were only two options: either void the entire transaction and wait approximately 20 minutes for the gift card funds to be restored, or pay the difference and then return the football cards afterward for store credit. Since there was no way I was spending an additional $63 on football cards, we chose to void the transaction and wait. We specifically discussed that it was Father's Day, that we needed to get to a family dinner, and that we would wait the required 20 minutes so my son could repurchase the correct items. The manager advised us to wait near the entrance or continue shopping. After the 20-minute wait, we spent another 15 minutes waiting for the same cashier to help us complete the purchase, only to discover that all of my son's items had been returned to the sales floor. We were then told, "You just left the items," despite the fact that we had clearly communicated our plan and followed the instructions we were given. What bothered me most was not the store policy itself, but the complete lack of customer service. There was no apology, no empathy, and no effort to make a frustrating situation easier--especially for a child trying to use birthday gift cards. The entire interaction felt dismissive and unnecessarily difficult. The saddest part was that my son left the store in tears instead of excited about his birthday gifts. What should have been a fun experience became a frustrating and upsetting one due to poor communication and a lack of basic customer service.
