Two things at this place I would like to talk about. The pick up service and the kaiser inside. The pick up service was painless, you go in with your code and they will come and bring you your order. If there is a line they will ask who is there for a pick up order and they will assist you because it's the same area you would wait in for a return. I also have came in here to get my flu shot and I have Kaiser. Also another experience that I didn't encounter any issues. Went and checked in, got my shot and was done in about 10 minutes. 11/17/25 Wow! I actually like this Target location. It's somewhat convenient (close to where we're staying, NOT in a mall, plenty of parking, neatly organized & well stocked! Friendly service too Needed to clean the bathroom at the Airbnb where we are staying-- it's not up to par with my standards (at least unlike the previous one). So I have to get the necessary supplies, the kind that does the job right (not the kind you get at the dollar store that is low quality). I may sound like a snob but my health & wellness depends on the cleanliness's of my surroundings. Got the scrubber that extends & a couple of sanitizing sprays plus the disposable toilet cleaners. Nothing like feeling accomplished once my area is clean. Parking is plentiful & hot what I needed. read more

Visited this Target in Rosemead on the weekend. The parking was easy and felt safe. Upon entering the target I was greeted and felt welcomed. Gotta say it's the little things that really make me appreciate a business. This target sure does have awesome customer service. All aisles were clean and organized. Liked how the bathrooms here were clean and were easy to locate. They also have a starbucks inside which was real nice. I was also happy to see many different options in candles as i've been to other targets and often found really little option in candle variety. I found candles on the more higher priced end and some that were really budget friendly. Great time here at Target and will be coming back soon for more candles read more

Beware. Same line that is for exchanges and returns is the same line for order pick up. Which at that point, you might as well just do the shopping urself and self check out. Would be great for them to designate an area for pick ups and when not busy, assist the returns and exchanges. Often times, people do the pick ups to avoid a long wait. There were a solid 7 people ahead of me. They should have a kiosk where I could enter a code and grab my order. read more

It's your typical large store with all the stuff you might need for your home but we were here for some grocery shopping. We found all the items we were looking for but didn't receive the discount on carbonated water even though the advertisement was on the display. We had to get our last-minute items for school. Unfortunately, some of the sale items were not available. Back to school section was a bit messy. I only had one staff member trying to organize everything. It's obvious that you can see this location is understaffed. I was able to get help by one employee. Unfortunately the items that I was missing were not available. We had to make an additional pick up. Target to no longer be my one stop shopping space. With the price is going up, I can understand why many people avoid it. I was just glad to get a few sale items and keep my total under $200. But nothing local staff can do about that. I hope in the future, they can hire enough people to get this place up to standard. This is probably one of the worst target locations. I've experienced in a while. I like this Target. It's not always a good experience. Sometimes it's the customer that's annoying/bothersome. Other times, it bad service from the worker, but overall, it's still pretty good. One of my favorite Targets to visit due to their sales in the cosmetics section and convenience to other stores. I am usually able to score a deal that I normally cannot find at Alhambra. Recently I was able to grab 50% off La Roche Posay sunscreen which would normally cost more on Amazon/ Ulta. The lines aren't as terrible as Alhambra, and I also like that it is in a shopping center which allows me to run multiple errands at one location. read more

The most bizarre sample experience I ever had, and hope Target never implements this strategy. They shouldn't attempt to do samples like Costco. I was walking and there was this sample station set up. The Target staff wasn't interactive when I ask her what it was so I just grab it. I thought it looked like a simple bread with Nutella spread and some banana slices.. so tell me why there's a random cheese there. Not only that, it's string cheese but the staff diced it. It was such a weird combo. It was the most bizarre sample I ever tried and I wonder if Target staff approved it. It made no sense whatsoever. read more

This review is for the continued unacceptable bathroom conditions. Target... you can't control what people do in the restroom or how they clean after themselves but... Racially profile while black shopping Target. After taking care of some business in Los Angeles heading back to the Palm Springs area we decided to stop at target to pick up some Halloween candy as soon as we walked. They have people waiting 10+ minutes on a slow day for merchandise behind the encasings. Then you got big ahh Lydia taking her sweet time talking to con workers as I see her take her time while I've been waiting for a face wash. On top of that instead of giving me the face wash she makes me wait in line with her while she holds the item as if I'm going to steal it. Waits till I pay then leaves. read more

Buuut- my niece wanted that dang viral grocery cart so we just had to get it. Customer service: 10/10 The line to customer service had about 7 people in it, and I patiently waited until a very nice woman came up to me and asked if I had made an online order. I said yes and she went back to go get it. Literally I walked in and walked out! The smoothest process ever! My experience doesn't get a star, the customer service was terrible. There was nobody to be found to help out , it took over 30+ minutes to get somone to help out at the electronic section for them to tell us after wasting our time that the item we wanted was sold out. Before coming i had checked online stock which said was available in store. I avoid this location when I'm in town because it is dirty and crowded. People are rude and cut lines. Going inside feels like it's Black Friday every weekend. The one bonus is their baby clothing section is huge! Was able to find a ton of cute clothes, and a lot of sizes were already sold out. read more

Just do not come this target. Management is sucks and customer service is not help. If you use coupon code purchase anything ,check before u pay. That means something wrong with your goods they can not doing refund or exchange and u will lose your benefit(money). Located at the Rosemead Place shopping center where you can grab some food after you shop at Target. Items are on the pricier end compared to other places. Shelves are a little empty but probably due to after the Christmas weekend. I saw some plates for $0.50 that were microwaveable so good deal! read more

They no longer carry Stayfree brand pads. Today I tried a new brand called Honeypot which are "organic" pads with "herbs". I am wearing one right now and my friend down there feels like she's on fire. I look at the bag i bought and it says "cooling herbs" and the pack smells like menthol. Customer service is horrible , the target employees at rosemead location have bad attitudes like they all hate their jobs. Lack of emplyees anywhere in store. I waited around in electronics for 30+ minutes for an ethernet cable that i drove to target for because i checked online stock and it said they had one left l, only to be told theyre sold out. Management does not update online stock or inventory at all. Employee didnt offer any sympathy for apologies for wasting hours of my time and gas. This target is the worst! Sad to say this is my local Target and here I am giving it a 1 star due to one experience with one specific employee - Dazyrae. Red hair, tattoos, piercings, glasses. Poor, entitled attitude and just overall not nice. She worked the fitting rooms the evening my friend and I came in. She was already upset because we came in at a time she was talking bad about another employee to her fellow coworker. They were upset at her for something and made it clear. Dazyrae rudely informed us "only 6 items so you can't go in with that." That's fine but there's also a more decent, approachable way to say that. She rudely directed us where to park the cart and where to hang the clothes while she was continuing to hate her job. we came out with our go-backs and she looked annoyed and pointed at the rack while saying, "Just hang them there." I'm sorry if you were having a long day, having a hard shift, having a hard life. But it does not excuse your behaviors to be rude and entitled to customers you're suppose to assist. She was rolling her eyes and it seemed like we were a bother coming into the fitting room when she never did ANY hands-on help for us at all. Not sure how frequent management does check-ins and assessments, but please do with this employee as she does not seem satisfied with her position. The location actually has really good stock as they have almost everything we are looking for, but sadly this associate was enough to say BYE. read more

This is one of the latest closing targets I've ever been to and I'm so thankful for the extended hours. The store itself is moderately clean and pretty organized. Today , Wednesday, May 14, 2025 the store had only one cashier. It took 20 minutes to get ringed up. The manager was Angel , I informed her the cashier was by himself for quite some time. She replied sorry, but when I continued to speak she didn't seem to reply back. This store needs better monitoring on management supervision. Manager needs to learn better customer service and supervision skills. I would not recommend this store. Ross is my favorite store, but I'm never coming back to this store. read more
