Oh wait To top it off, she helps u answer the survey and puts a 9 out of 10, when she never asked me for my opinion. Not only the employee is lying to their head quarters, that is just deceitful. I stumbled onto Five Below long ago when they first opened. I bought quite a few t-shirts as they had a lot of Marvel licensed shirts back then. As far as 'dollar' stores go, they are pricier than the Daisos/Dollar Trees but they have a different mix of products with the $5 below model so it's worth checking out. Lots of candy to choose from as well as a lot of t-shirts still for $5. They also have quite a bunch of mobile phone accessories and toys now. Inventory can fluctuate so come often and see what's in store. read more

Me and my children have always come to this 5 below for the last 3 years. My children were playing with the basketballs like they always do. In the dribble zone, it is the only place you are allowed to play with the balls. This elderly woman worker comes in and starts yelling at my kids. I personally think this is unacceptable to be yelling at children who have done nothing wrong. I am so disappointed, never have I ever seen my kids be disrespected in a public place by someone they do not know. read more

Any trip to Gallery Nucleus is an excuse to stop by this 5 Below location. It's opened pretty late and there's lots of fun miscellaneous things to shop for. Just know that even though it's called 5 Below, not everything here is under $5 (but still pretty affordable in my opinion). They got some cute mini Squishmallows that are $5.95. Loved that since these retail for much more at other places and they have a good variety of them (any time Aldi has them they're usually already bought out and there's a lack of Squishmallow biodiversity at other stores I've been to as well). There are affordable t-shirts, items for pets, beauty and skincare goods, board games, books, phone accessories, and plethora of so many snacks. Just know that stock can be variable (shirt sizes, only 1 bag of a certain type of chip, etc.). They have an anime section but it's pretty small. Some series they carry merch for (stickers, shirts, posters) are My Hero Academia, Ouran High School Host Club, Demon Slayer, Black Clover, etc.). This is my local Five Below location here in Alhambra. They had opened here a few years ago and I remember going with my sister to see what kind of store this was. I suppose the best way to explain what the store is is that things are generally $5 or less but there are some premium items that can be higher than that. This is very fun store with lots of really cool stuff. When you first walk in there's some seasonal items and other fun buys. And on the back right corner of the Avenue lot of toys in different fun items and there's also a sporting good section in the far back. Even have a section for candy and a liar I have electronics and also a lot of items for everything they can think of. My biggest fear of coming into stores like this is that I end up buying a lot of things I don't really need to but it's always very fun to walk around and see the selection that they have. I need more self control. For all the squishmallow fans out there I've seen online that they'll come to buy them on the special release dates. And like always, parking in the lot is very hit or miss. There is tends to be more parking the further away you get from most of the businesses. It can get hectic when it's busy. read more

HOWEVER, be sure to check the expiration date on items that have expiration dates like makeup, food, etc. I bought sunscreen yesterday and the sunscreen they are selling is past the expiration date and therefore no longer effective. Just had lunch and was walking back to the car and decided to stop in. For some reason, I always thought this was a frozen yogurt or shave ice shop! Surprise to me, it's a bargain store that seems to have anything and everything under $5. Maybe not everything but you get the point yah? Very friendly greeting upon entering. Spent about 30 minutes browsing and found stuff we didn't really need. Got some cute Halloween decorations and candy. They have clothing, snacks, tech supplies, pet supplies, greeting cards. This place is way too convenient for me to spend my money on cheap pet supplies/clothing/facial care items/food/etc and come home with a bunch of random stuff that I probably don't need. Be careful to not grab a ton of items or else you'll end up at the cashier with every item at $5 until the total comes out to be like $300 ... When I was driving by Main Street in Alhambra, I peeked the sign that said Five Below. I wasnt sure what it was. Then I have forgotten about it until recently I was driving by again to go home and decided to stop by. So its basically general goods store like many other dollar stores but everything is $5 or below, hence the name, 'Five Below'. Get it? Haha They have a lot of cool things for affordable prices. I feel like mainly they have lots of gym products, candies and toys. They have major selection of all your favorite candies, chocolates and gummies! Toy selection was larger than I expected as well. They have gym clothes, yoga mats, small exercising equipments and etc. It doesnt end there; they also carry phone accessories, keychains, makeup, and all the other stuff you think you need but you end up not using it after the purchase. I am kind of like that, which is bad. Its located next to Miniso which is also a general goods store so some products may overlap but they carry different 'quality' items I say. A cool place to kill time after eating nearby restaurants in the same plaza or even on Main Street. Plenty of parking available but because it is located in a huge plaza, you may need to park a little further away from the store. Five below is a great discount store. It doesn't have everything that a Dollar tree store would have nor does it have everything that a TJ Maxx store would have. It does what it does very well. I have bought a lot of activity books for my nephews and niece there. It has a great selection of those at a good price. I've also bought fitness equipment there at a really good price. As an example, I bought a 10 lb kettlebell there for $5. That would go for significantly more at some place like Target. The only food they have is snack food. It's a good place to buy toys and various fun items. I recommended if you need something for your kids. Not everything is the best quality, but sometimes you don't always need the best quality. Located in a big plaza on Main st Alhambra where Sprouts Farmers Market, Blaze pizza , Burlington , Habit burger and more stores located. They have been opened for few months and I would say not many people notice it. And that includes me since I rarely browse around. The store would look like if "Party city marries Ollie's bargain outlet and adopt BestBuy." Clean, organized and bright. The staffs are friendly and the best of all, the value is way better than dollar tree store. They even accept Apple Pay, Amex and Discover besides Master and Visa. Thumbs up. I called the store just to ask if they had them in stock just so I wouldn't get my hopes up and a sales associate by the name of Ashley answered and not only was able to confirm that they did in fact have them in stock but also asked if I wanted to place a few on hold! My boyfriend and I went straight there and as soon as we walked in she already had them waiting in the front for me and told me they also had a lot more on the floor! I went to 5 below for their grand opening. It is a nice store with products ranging from T-shirts to cell phone accessories to a junk load of candy. Everything in there is priced $5 or under. When I first walked in the store, I was just walking around for a few minutes because there was so much stuff to look at. I'm grateful that they have cell phone accessories there like lightning cables. Now I won't have to go too far to get replacement cables. One of the items I ended up buying was a car mount for the phone. The mount I had previously had to be jammed into the air vent in the car and didn't fit. This one has an adjustable attachment and I liked how it swiveled. I also ended up getting 10 pairs of socks for $5, some snacks for $1.50 and two squishmallows for $5 each. 5 below is located in the same mini mall as Big Catch and Sprouts. I do recommend this place to my friends because I have family that actually like to shop here BUT , I don't trust all of the customers that show up to this store because they show very little concern in the other customers that walking around d trying to look for things for themselves. Consistent with other Five Below stores-- for those who do not know what these stores are like, it sells random things all for $5 or below. I was surprised to see a Five Below open in SoCal when I saw its opening in Montebello a few months ago; I first discovered its existence in Philadelphia (Random fact- also where its headquarter is!). It does not carry general merchandise like say a Dollar Tree/99 cents store would, but it carries random things like cell phone accessories, candy, books, screen Ts, athletic equipment, totes, shoes, school supplies, posters, etc. In general, I feel that the merchandise offered appeals to the younger adult/college population. I came by during opening weekend and the service was friendly and attentive. Store was organized. I love this store for quick and cheap things I need or things I only need to use once or twice. This store is known for carrying odds and ends, almost everything you would ever need and at a really cheap price of typically $5 or below, but as with most things, you get what you pay for. Don't expect the item to last forever or to be of amazing quality. I do love picking up candy here though. Particularly their chocolate raisinets. You can't go wrong with them and they're $5 for 5 boxes. You can actually mix and match it with other branded candies. They also carry tootsie roll pops. I've picked up numerous things here including a dress, pencils, yoga/workout mat. A must visit! As a side note, every time I've visited the store employees are always pretty helpful and nice. We came across this chain in Dallas two years ago. I was thrilled to find it now in LA! Awesome workout clothes and accessories $5 and less. Yoga balls, rollers, mats, etc for $5 or less. Great little gadgets for organizing drawers and closets. If you are watching the Marie Kondo Netflix show this store and the surrounding stores may fit your needs when cleaning out your house. Nice nail polish and inexpensive makeup for gifts. It is a fun store. There is even a good bakery around the corner for a snack and milk tea after you shop.
