This is my local gun shop and I love coming in here. All the people working here are super cool, super chill, very respectful and go out of their way to make you feel comfortable, at ease, and informed about any product they have or don't have. I went in wanting to order a CZ over under shotgun and Saad suggested a better used one they had on consignment in the back for just about the same price. I haggled a bit and ended up buying it. Not knowing much about what I had just bought I went home and looked it up. I paid about half of what that shotgun goes for at Bass Pro. I was pretty happy with that purchase and very happy the guys behind the counter had my back and best interest in mind. PS. The shotgun in the photo is not the one I bought. But they do have it on sale for $400.

These guys are super welcoming when you walk in! Everyone at the shop is super informative and well knowledge. Such a great local shop to give your business. I did a transfer with them and bought ammo many of times. Make sure to give these guys your business.

I just want to say that I went to several different gun stores around the area and IE county, and nothing came close to FF Firearms. Take in mind this was my first time purchasing a gun for home defense. The customer service here is top notch, the team is very helpful and answers all your questions you need to make sure you are buying the right firearm. I want to give a special shoutout to Carlos for his exceptional customer service he provides. I liked his customer service so much I decided to buy two guns instead of one. This is literally a hidden gem. So glad it is my local gun store and my go to from now on. Prices are reasonable as well. Thank you FF for helping me on my purchase. Very excited to finally have them in my possession and hoping to take them to the range soon.

Decided to purchase my first firearm at FF Firearms. As a woman I was nervous, but the staff was super friendly and informative. It was as smooth transaction as California allows. Ask for Nick, Carlos, or Rick. These guys are professional and helpful. Will buy from them again.

Great shop and great people! Bought my first AR here and came back to get another lower receiver for a different build. Brought family here to get their gun safety certificate done and also did a PPT. Will be coming back for future purchases!

But i misplaced the receipt and was unable to do the exchange for the correct item.. This was frustrating for me and i got upset but Emily went out of her way to ease my frustration with a 10$ credit towards the new purchase if the correct item and just gave overall great customer service!

I had a very disappointing experience shopping here on Father's Day…read more My son was using gift cards to purchase his birthday present and accidentally miscalculated his total after adding a $63 pack of football cards. When I realized the mistake, I politely asked if that item could be removed from the transaction. The cashier immediately responded, "I can't," and offered no explanation or attempt to help. A manager was called over and seemed visibly annoyed. We were told there were only two options: either void the entire transaction and wait approximately 20 minutes for the gift card funds to be restored, or pay the difference and then return the football cards afterward for store credit. Since there was no way I was spending an additional $63 on football cards, we chose to void the transaction and wait. We specifically discussed that it was Father's Day, that we needed to get to a family dinner, and that we would wait the required 20 minutes so my son could repurchase the correct items. The manager advised us to wait near the entrance or continue shopping. After the 20-minute wait, we spent another 15 minutes waiting for the same cashier to help us complete the purchase, only to discover that all of my son's items had been returned to the sales floor. We were then told, "You just left the items," despite the fact that we had clearly communicated our plan and followed the instructions we were given. What bothered me most was not the store policy itself, but the complete lack of customer service. There was no apology, no empathy, and no effort to make a frustrating situation easier--especially for a child trying to use birthday gift cards. The entire interaction felt dismissive and unnecessarily difficult. The saddest part was that my son left the store in tears instead of excited about his birthday gifts. What should have been a fun experience became a frustrating and upsetting one due to poor communication and a lack of basic customer service.

Christian was the gentleman that helped me out along side a trainee. I understand when training someone, things may take a while. And it did. Buuuuut, even though he was training someone while helping me out. It was still one of the fastest transactions I've experienced compared to other locations. Very knowledgeable in his line of work which is greatly needed especially dealing with legal transactions as these. Answered all my questions with understandable explanation with no hesitation. What I was most impressed about is how he was guiding his trainee. Never once belittled them when they would make a mistake or didn't understand a certain line on the paperwork. Instead would guide them on how to fix or correct it in a friendly and professional manner. Because I've seen managers do that before and it gets so awkward. So kudos to Christian for not letting any sort of Ego get in his way. Bottom line. I'm happy with my purchase, and the customer service I received upon arrival!

This review is directed at ownership and management…read more I frequent Turner's for fishing gear and have consistently had positive experiences with the older gentleman in that department. He's knowledgeable, enthusiastic, and genuinely helpful. He represents what a specialty retailer should be. I've spent 1000's on firearms and ammunition over the years. Unfortunately, this visit was the opposite. I came in looking for M&P Shield 9mm magazines. Only one in stock -- not a problem. I figured I'd grab some ammo while I was there. As I stood in front of the ammo section trying to read the boxes, two employees directly in front of me made zero effort to acknowledge me. Not a "Can I help you?" Not even eye contact. Instead, they were occupied repeatedly racking the slide on a pistol and discussing how it was "blemished." The way it was being handled made it feel less like product inspection and more like someone building a case for why it should be discounted. I can't say for certain that the larger employee was intentionally trying to create or exaggerate wear to justify purchasing it himself -- but if that wasn't the case, the optics were spectacularly poor. What really stood out was the conversation. They were openly speaking negatively about other customers -- people who sounded like regulars -- directly in front of me. It takes a certain level of tone-deaf confidence to mock customers while another one is standing three feet away. I finally asked if they might have additional magazines in the back. The larger employee ignored me initially. When he did respond, it was with, "Are you talking to me? I'm doing paperwork," as though customer interaction was an unreasonable interruption. This was moments after he demonstrated that he was fully capable of multitasking slide manipulation and social commentary. I briefly considered asking for a manager, but decided it wasn't worth engaging further. If basic awareness and professionalism are optional on the floor, that's a leadership issue, not just an employee one. I left disappointed -- not because inventory was limited, but because the standard of service was. Specialty stores survive on expertise and professionalism. When that slips, you're just a warehouse with attitude. I hope management takes this seriously. There are strong employees at this location. Unfortunately, consistency appears to be selective.
