When I realized the mistake, I politely asked if that item could be removed from the transaction. The cashier immediately responded, "I can't," and offered no explanation or attempt to help. A manager was called over and seemed visibly annoyed. We were told there were only two options: either void the entire transaction and wait approximately 20 minutes for the gift card funds to be restored, or pay the difference and then return the football cards afterward for store credit. Since there was no way I was spending an additional $63 on football cards, we chose to void the transaction and wait. We specifically discussed that it was Father's Day, that we needed to get to a family dinner, and that we would wait the required 20 minutes so my son could repurchase the correct items. The manager advised us to wait near the entrance or continue shopping. After the 20-minute wait, we spent another 15 minutes waiting for the same cashier to help us complete the purchase, only to discover that all of my son's items had been returned to the sales floor. We were then told, "You just left the items," despite the fact that we had clearly communicated our plan and followed the instructions we were given. What bothered me most was not the store policy itself, but the complete lack of customer service. There was no apology, no empathy, and no effort to make a frustrating situation easier--especially for a child trying to use birthday gift cards. The entire interaction felt dismissive and unnecessarily difficult. The saddest part was that my son left the store in tears instead of excited about his birthday gifts. What should have been a fun experience became a frustrating and upsetting one due to poor communication and a lack of basic customer service.

Christian was the gentleman that helped me out along side a trainee. I understand when training someone, things may take a while. And it did. Buuuuut, even though he was training someone while helping me out. It was still one of the fastest transactions I've experienced compared to other locations. Very knowledgeable in his line of work which is greatly needed especially dealing with legal transactions as these. Answered all my questions with understandable explanation with no hesitation. What I was most impressed about is how he was guiding his trainee. Never once belittled them when they would make a mistake or didn't understand a certain line on the paperwork. Instead would guide them on how to fix or correct it in a friendly and professional manner. Because I've seen managers do that before and it gets so awkward. So kudos to Christian for not letting any sort of Ego get in his way. Bottom line. I'm happy with my purchase, and the customer service I received upon arrival!

Stopped by to purchase my first gun back in March, I believe it was Saad who assisted me and my girlfriend that day. I had no real idea of what I wanted to get and the one gun I wanted wasn't available. He was very informative and liked to joke around a lot which made things more comfortable for my girlfriend who had let him know she didn't like guns. I didn't buy a gun that night but the customer service was superb, it was closer to 8pm when we left and the shop was supposed to close at 7 but he never tried to rush us. I came back a few days later and purchased the gun he suggested. I have been happy with my purchase and have returned to purchase another gun recently. I believe Taline is the girl who assisted me on my second purchase, she was really helpful too, she spent time explaining what gun would suit what I wanted and though I eventually decided on purchasing something completely different she did not make me feel like I wasted her time. Overall, the customer service has been great. There are long wait times because of the current situation, people need to consider this before spewing negative comments about the service. After weeks of trying to find a handgun during the pandemic, I discovered this great shop right in my back yard. The whole staff was very friendly and extremely helpful and knowledgeable. I truly can't say enough about how great they were to me. The girl that helped me out (forgot her name sorry) was even so kind to do me the favor of selling me a firearm that had just come in a few minutes before it was my turn in the shop, that wasn't even logged in their system yet. Andre really made me feel like I knew him for years in the way he chatted with me and even gave me discount passes for a great shooting range. I have only purchased one firearm from them so far, but they have definitely won me over for lifelong business. I made my first purchase of a fire alarm about two weeks ago. With the coronavirus shut down, I was having trouble finding a gun store that did not have a waiting list. So I listed the help of Siri, and she guided me to FF firearms. The staff at FF firearms made my experience pleasant and I just want to thank them. Great shop staffed by great people. I just purchased a Walther P22. When into the shop several times before I purchased the gun and Kale who was there each time was super friendly and helpful. I have numerous handguns and rifles and I've been to shops where those working there were extremely arrogant. When I went to pick up the gun Kale wasn't there but the lady (sorry I didn't catch your name) and another guy (again didn't catch his name) were there and were both equally helpful and friendly. Times are rough and I got desperate, so I decided to give them another shot. To my surprise, I was actually let in this time! All it took was 2.5 hours of waiting! They definitely favored several people who just arrived and let them in first. I saw it while waiting outside and saw it while I was inside. Horrible business ethics. Don't waste your time guys, even if you cant find anything else where. Times will get better and the supply will come back. Let me start off by saying that I love this shop. I came here before COVID started and ordered a Glock 17 and got it within a few weeks. The manager is awesome and so is the rest of the staff. I did some research myself and have gone to ranges so I had an idea of what I wanted and what I needed to do. When I arrived, the store is in a small lot and looks a bit hidden and old. The staff there were friendly, patient, and helpful (The 2 ladies that helped me were, Tami and I didn't get the name of the other lady, but she felt like the owner). They were both very knowledgeable, honest, and transparent with their answers and recommendations, and I didn't feel pressured for anything. I was given a few firearms to try that I talked to them about and a few that they recommended. They had a wide assortment of firearms, at least in my eyes, and what they kept stocked made sense. I didn't look through the whole store and everything they had, but I will tomorrow. From what I browsed and saw while I walked in and around, they have many standard picks and accessories that make sense to get in person, and a few interesting pieces. Larger items or more common items, like safes, they were very transparent and said they did not stock and that it's better to find one online, which made sense business wise. I like that they understood what is feasible for them to stock and what not to; both for their interest of keeping their inventory moving, but also to not peddle something that the customer wouldn't want or be satisfied with. I was shown everything in great detail and kindly. I made my purchase and was given instruction on what to do, what to expect, and a time frame for when I can pick things up. For my FSC, I got clear instruction, some helpful preface, and then the paperwork was straightforward and simple. I was guided for it to be as smooth as possible. I got my card and everything done and the prices were as expected and fair. I will update my review if anything changes, but considering the positive experience and friendliness of the staff, I don't think I will have anything to update. I don't know enough about prices for different models and ammo to split hairs on that, and this is a local small business, so it doesn't make sense coming here with the expectation of below market prices. The price range on the models I looked at seemed to be around the ballpark range of what I saw online for MSRP. I'm sure you could look around and get quotes to find things cheaper, but considering this is a local business and near me, I'm not coming here to try to haggle for the lowest price. I care more for the experience and personal interaction. With that said though, I also don't like small businesses that don't keep prices competitive with the rest of the market. I think this business does a fair job with it. As I mentioned before, the items I looked at, I did some research on, and the prices were in the ballpark of what I saw online which is a great indication. Laughable that a person can be doing something this long and still not know what the eff they are talking about. An upper receiver is not a firearm under federal law (27 CFR § 478.12), is not serialized, and is not regulated on its own. Barrel length by itself does not magically create an SBR. An SBR determination requires a rifle with a shoulder stock and a barrel under 16 inches (26 U.S.C. § 5845(a), (c)). That determination depends entirely on the serialized lower receiver--which in my case is a legally owned and DOJ-registered semi-automatic pistol, not a rifle, and is configured to be California compliant under California Penal Code § 30515. This is basic, entry-level firearms law. Being incorrect is one thing. Being aggressively, confidently incorrect--and then doubling down when you clearly have no idea what you're talking about--is something else entirely. Instead of listening or checking the law, the owner insisted I was committing a serious federal felony and spoke to me in a hostile, unprofessional manner and cursed at me, all while in front of other patrons. Embarrassing for him to say the least. This is peak FUDD behavior: outdated knowledge, refusal to learn, and ego over facts. Shops like this don't just inconvenience customers--they actively spread misinformation that can get people in real trouble, especially in California. If you've been "in the business for 42 years" and still don't understand the difference between an upper receiver, an SBR, and a compliant AR pistol, that's not experience--that's willful ignorance. Do yourself a favor and avoid gun stores that let pride replace competence.
