The store is always super clean and feels way more organized than most, which makes shopping actually enjoyable, and even when it looks busy the lines move really fast so you're not stuck waiting forever. One of my favorite parts is the back section where they always have a really good selection of artwork and home decor, I've found some really cute pieces that don't look cheap at all, and if you have a dog you'll love it because they consistently have a ton of dog toys and pet items compared to other locations. Overall this spot just feels more stocked, more put together, and way less stressful than your typical Ross, definitely my go to.

Instead of checking on me or offering help, two cashiers were laughing. One of them was named Aaliyah E. I was surprised and honestly hurt by the lack of concern. If a customer gets injured in the store, the basic expectation is that staff check on their well-being and offer assistance. Because of this experience, I don't plan on returning. I hope management takes this seriously and retrains associates on basic customer service and how to respond when a customer may be hurt.
