Duplicate review 2 of 2. Very few shops here I frequent. This visit was for my wife, so my daughter and I went window shopping for food and drinks. Quality/Quantity - 18 options at the food court. 22 restaurants. 16 speciality food places. 5 brand new restaurants, businesses. See website. Atmosphere - Good size mall. 3 floors of shopping. Cool family lounge. See pictures. I personally preferred the Promenade side of the mall - More upscale choices to eat and drink. Events and promotions throughout the year; see website. Open 7 days a week from 10am to 9pm, on Sundays from 11am to 8pm; Yelp hours differ. Plenty of mall parking. Sorry, not pet friendly. Free wifi, I did not use it. Amazon lockers. Service - Depends where you shop, eat, or drink. Overall good. Valet parking available, but plenty of mall parking. Price - Depends where you shop, eat, or drink. Owner Comment - Congrats on your success since 1960 with your 75 worldwide shopping centers. 2014 - Spin off from parent company. 2018 - New ownership, Unibail-Rodamco-Westfield.

This place is so cool! It's an outdoor center within an indoor shopping mall! There are places to eat and a few stores to shop at. There's even a playground for kids to play in! The service is good , I must say. The selection of places is quite good! The value for money is very good.

I really like this mall near Santa Anita race track.. on Huntington Blvd. Very big.. all the shops you love including Macy's and Nordy. Aldo, American Apparel, Sephora etc.. Some tips.. it is a good mall for kids, they have a 2 story carousel.. 3.00 a person.. a little train and a play area.. and they have a nice big AMC theater and a large food court as well. Some of the shops are accessed through an outdoor area (which I think is what is referred to as The Promenade) that is really pretty, but on a rainy day like today, the indoor mall was perfect. It is a good place to hang in this area. I prefer The Grove, Fashion Island or Americana.. but if you are in the area and looking for a place to shop and hang out. This is clean and nice.

A great addition to the Arcadia Mall. They went through some major changes That this mall needed. There's a parking structure & a new play area for the kiddos. It's an outdoor play area but it's cute & nice. They've added a Koi Pond with turtles & a waterfall. Plenty of seating area to relax & enjoy. Once in awhile, a train would come by with little riders. It's cute. During the Christmas holiday, they even set up a Faux Ice Skating Rink. ( some type of plastic floor & skates with a special blade) and a big Christmas tree. I gotta say... it's actually pretty nice seating in those comfy seats & listening to the waterfall in the background. Just taking in the beautiful weather Southern California had to offer. Come during the week days where it's less crowded to enjoy the serene atmosphere. Then shop or eat if you have time. There's plenty of restaurants. You'll find William Sonoma, Coach, All That BBQ, Tevana, Hot Pot place in the Promenade.

The Promenade is still fairly new since it has just been added about a year? has it been a year? Not very sure but it's still quite new. The Santa Anita Westfield Mall which is the inside mall it's located on/at was already a 5 star shopping mall to begin with so along with The Promenade being added, this shopping mall has to be my absolute favorite! Stores/brands located at The Promenade include Coach, ANGL, GenerationV, abercrombie kids, Banana Republic, Talbots, and more. It's a pretty nice selection for the higher end shoppers. After all, Nordstroms is just straight ahead. My favorite part about this place is though, THE OUTSIDE! There are bamboo spinning chairs, wooden tables and chairs, misty water fountains, sofas and oh so comfy chairs that couples enjoy making out in because it's just so comfy! My sister made the funniest joke today calling it a couple's retreat, lol, because at every corner you'll literally find a couple. But still, it doesn't take away from the amazing feel this place provides. The thing that most outdoor shopping centers lack is the amount of sitting space and chairs! The Promenade has this and it's a beautiful place to take the children and family to spend on a weekend. (Check out my photos! It's so beautiful I enjoy snapping pictures of the place EVERYTIME I go :P)

Really like this mall. Came here for the first time to check out Gilly Hicks, but everything else was nice. I like their interior/exterior outdoor mall design. Perfect to come on a sunny California day. You'll find your usual department stores like Nordstrom, along with stores like Foreign Exchange, Tous, more of the nicer places, and your usual Forever 21, H&M, and I really like how they have a LUSH! It's a really nice place to come and shop around the whole day, and eat somewhere. I saw alot of restaurants and a food court inside the mall, as well. A pretty carousel on the first floor! I actually wanted to go on it..Bring your kids so you have an excuse to go on it as well.

Small outdoor shopping area on the second floor. There should build a coffee store like Starbuck or any cafe here... that's what is missing. Red Robin will open soon... wow... big deal!!

I am surprised to see such low ratings for the Promenade here at the Santa Anita Mall, one of my favorite malls around the area to shop at.

Tons of parking available. They have some fun shops and great eateries such as Trader Joe's, Kohl's, Panera Bread, Ike's (by the way, they just opened 3 months ago), Chase Bank, and so much more. From the main street of Huntington Drive, it doesn't seem that huge... maybe it's because the shops are deep in and not closer to the street... who knows. Now that Ike's is here, I'll be visiting it more often when I'm in the Arcadia area. This shopping center is actually located in the city of Monrovia (neighbor of Arcadia) which I don't visit frequently except for driving through it as I'm leaving Arcadia on surface street. Huntington Drive is a long stretch through several cities and it just has so many plazas and shopping centers on its course. I actually enjoy my drive through LOL. Thank you! Anyway, drop on by here and enjoy an afternoon of fun shopping and good eats.

My Dad is no longer with us... he's been gone for almost 5 years now... miss you dearly and love you always Dad! Now I have taken over my Dad's place. I bring my Mom here all the time usually on Saturdays unless we have a prior arrangement with my brothers to eat elsewhere in the San Gabriel Valley (SGV) food galore hub LOL. Hey, my parents used to bring my 3 younger brothers and I out to SGV every weekend since the early 1980's until I started high school and that's when I went out with my parents less and less. We would ride in the back of my Dad's delivery truck (he had a furniture business)... man, those were the good fun old days! Now it's just my Mom and I in a Toyota Prius in the 21st century LOL! At the food court, there's actually a great variety of different ethnic foods. Here are my favorites... 1. For Vietnamese foods, Nuoc Mia Vien Dong is a wonderful choice... they offer 1 or 2 or 3 items plates for very reasonable prices and portions are huge! 2. For Chinese foods, Golden Bull Noodle is my go-to. They have the best and I mean BEST Hainan Chicken Rice... freshest and moistest chicken you'll ever eat! My Mom and I can eat this every weekend and not get bored of it... and we have done so on many occasions LOL. Black Pepper Beef or Chicken stir fry with thick egg noodles is excellent, too. 3. For Hong Kong Style Chinese foods, Harlem's Kitchen is your spot! Delicious wonton or dumpling egg noodle soup, beef chow fun, soy sauce chow mein, thousand egg pork/seafood congee, etc... you name it! They are always busy... that's a very good sign! 4. For Thai foods, your only choice is New Thai Star and that's all you need... just one good one! Pad See Ew Fried Tofu or Shrimp, Pad Woon Sen Seafood, Pad Thai Chicken, and Green Papaya Salad are my go-to dishes. Just great tasting foods all around. They have a very good Spicy Beef Bowl, but I don't eat beef anymore, but maybe I can ask them to replace it with seafood next time... we'll see. 5. For Vietnamese desserts and drinks, Hien Khanh is your gal! Their egg flan is the best of the best egg flan I have ever eaten in my life... so smooth and just perfect in texture & taste. Che Ba Mau has the freshest coconut milk plus your choice of up to 5 toppings. No one beats them in this category of desserts and drinks in SGV! They take home the trophy every time! Actually, you can't go wrong with any of the food vendors at this food court. I've tried them all... there are a few I prefer (above) over others (not mentioned above). Nevertheless, they are all good. It all boils down to what you want to eat at that moment... you have choices! Be grateful that you do. Happy Choosing! Besides the food court, I have shopped at the GW Supermarket for selective items. It's not my go-to supermarket at SGV, but it comes in handy whenever I need something quick and don't want to drive to San Gabriel Superstore. They also have shops inside and outside. I haven't checked out all their shops. Overall, it's a great shopping center. Parking can be a challenge though. They are always busy. Just be patient. We'll see you here next weekend LOL. I remember first coming here in 2003. They felt like true outlet stores, with heavily discounted merchandise. Today, it feels like a regular-priced mall. And many items are not cheap. For example, I was interested in a pair of jeans, but checked online, and Macy's was cheaper with their current sale! Several places had buy one, get one 50% off, so 25% off total, which you can find at a regular mall. There also used to be a larger variety of stores, especially in housewares. I would say 80% of the stores are now clothing or shoes. There is a Disney Outlet for toys, Samsonite for luggage, and Vitamin World. There are, of course, sunglasses. The food court is OK, but it gets very busy on the weekends. The only real sit-down restaurant is Ruby's. One thing to know: the cell phone reception is REALLY bad! Several locations have free wi-fi for customers, but I found a few required a password. Another not-so-smart thing is that the bathrooms near the food court have only 3 single-use bathrooms! There are larger ones towards the middle of the mall. But near a food court? Come on guys.
