I've been to this outlet for over two decades, so I've seen many of the previous shops that left the outlet, as well as the newer ones. But one thing about Ontario Mills is that there's always visitors and shoppers here. I really cannot think of any visit where it was ever empty - maybe closer to closing, but it still manages to stay busy then, too. There's hundreds of variety of stores here, with popular retailers such as: Puma, Nike, Banana Repulbic, GAP, Tommy Hilfiger, Nordstrom Rack, Columbia, Abercrombie (and now Hollister is now also here). You've got so many choices, you just gotta make the time to do your shopping. But other than the stores. I personally come here for the food court. Not that it's anything spectacular, there's Cajun BBQ, Burger King, Hot Dog on a Stick, to name a few, but just a nice open space to just enjoy a meal after shopping. And I've been to plenty of malls to say the dining space is spacious and clean. Parking here will require a drive through the parking rows sometimes, but you'll find parking, depending where you park. This is a very big outlet, so park closest to whichever stores you want to visit. But yeah, this is a great mall and will look forward to future visits.

This past weekend, we checked out the outlet and were fortunate to find a nice brand new dresser for our home. Admittedly, some of the items here were banged up a bit so please make sure to triple check condition before committing to buy. I appreciate how the mover staff also loaded the dresser, which was quite heavy into our SUV. Knocking off one star though because the quoted price for delivery was almost $300 to north OC, which is a yikes price point if you ask me. We stood in the self check out, waiting for him to give it to us so we can cash out and leave. He proceeds to talk to his coworker about an NBA game happening tonight, while we were staring at him. When we asked him where's our face serum? A female worker walks by and says "I'm looking for it" in a very rude way. I'm confused because the guy talking about the NBA game literally has it. He also said "yeah, she's looking for it" but we kept saying "you have it in your hand. That's what she's looking for." Then he says "oh... here". My fiancé had to tell him to tell the female worker to stop looking because he had it. Then he says, "oh yeah... hey..." Ridiculous. Our items ended up beeping at the front entrance because the security tag was still on the skirt I bought. We went back to ask the Target employees to take it off, but they asked me "what can we help you with?" Did the not see us alert the front entrance? She checked my receipt, then took off the tag. When I told her to keep the clothes hanger, she made me put it back instead of taking it for me. It's all the tiny things adding up, that had made this a frustrating target trip. These workers don't seem to care about customer service at all. They are distracted, rude, and carefree. If I don't need to come here, the I won't be visiting.
