I've been to this outlet for over two decades, so I've seen many of the previous shops that left the outlet, as well as the newer ones. But one thing about Ontario Mills is that there's always visitors and shoppers here. I really cannot think of any visit where it was ever empty - maybe closer to closing, but it still manages to stay busy then, too. There's hundreds of variety of stores here, with popular retailers such as: Puma, Nike, Banana Repulbic, GAP, Tommy Hilfiger, Nordstrom Rack, Columbia, Abercrombie (and now Hollister is now also here). You've got so many choices, you just gotta make the time to do your shopping. But other than the stores. I personally come here for the food court. Not that it's anything spectacular, there's Cajun BBQ, Burger King, Hot Dog on a Stick, to name a few, but just a nice open space to just enjoy a meal after shopping. And I've been to plenty of malls to say the dining space is spacious and clean. Parking here will require a drive through the parking rows sometimes, but you'll find parking, depending where you park. This is a very big outlet, so park closest to whichever stores you want to visit. But yeah, this is a great mall and will look forward to future visits.

But this is a Friday night, isn't it supposed to open later so people can come shopping?! we walked the whole mall and saw only 3-4 stores are still open, all other stores were closed (and looked like it's been locked down for a while). so sad.

I was here yesterday and found great parking by Macys and hardly a walk to all the things we wanted to go to. It's really pretty here during the Holidays and I like that they blocked off some streets so people could walk a bit more freely. My favorite is coming on a Saturday or Sunday morning before the crowds start and enjoying a coffee and walking around. Excited to see all the new businesses that recently opened here and check them out.

To the new owners of VG…read more.. I've always enjoyed coming to Victoria Gardens--it's a great place for families, shopping, and spending time outdoors. However, one concern that has become more noticeable over the past year is the lack of enforcement on the main streets. There are frequently vehicles speeding through busy areas where families and children are walking, and many drivers seem more focused on showing off how loud their cars are than driving safely. It's not uncommon to hear multiple cars revving their engines within just a few minutes. This creates a very unsafe environment and takes away from what should be a welcoming community space. Increasing police presence, even for short periods of time, would make a noticeable difference and help deter this behavior. I truly believe Victoria Gardens is a great place, but addressing this issue would go a long way in keeping it safe and enjoyable for everyone.

It's the kind of place where you walk out feeling like you got everything done without the stress that other malls bring. The ambience has definitely improved. Parts of the mall still have that quiet, echoey vibe, but the updated sections create a nice contrast because they feel bright, clean, and fresh. The lighting is better, the layout feels more open, and it's one of the few malls where you can actually hear yourself think. It has a relaxed energy that makes it easy to stroll around without feeling rushed. You can tell they're still working on polishing everything, but the direction they're going is promising. As for professional services, nail salon, threading, massage spa, cleaners, orthodontics, and others are present. Parking is scattered in various sections. Honestly, I find the layout of this town square to be windy. It primarily serves the residents nearby and locals in the area. Although, visitors from outside are always welcome.

But I also must confess that Marketplace on Grove has proven to be quite a convenience. Of course, having a Lowe's nearby is quite a plus for any household. There are also a seemingly incredible number of eating places here, especially fast-food. That's a real convenience. I wish to commend management for providing sufficient parking, not trying to cram in too many stores, which creates a nuisance. Also, they've rented to mainly family-friendly businesses and thus far (knock on wood) haven't attracted much riff-raff. These factors, I have to say, make them a reasonably good neighbor.

Most of the center is in Upland, but a portion of it is in Claremont which I did not know until now. No wonder Dog Haus has an address with Claremont as their city. I learned something new today. I like this shopping center because of its location as it's conveniently located right off the freeway. It has Whole Foods 365, Chipotle, Corky's Restaurant, Dog Haus, CVS Pharmacy, Starbucks, US Bank, UPS Store, and a good handful more businesses. Unfortunately, they lost MOD Pizza which I was sad to find out. I was just getting into MOD Pizza. I have yet to offer my patronage and support to all of its businesses. I intend to check out a few more in the near future. My most recent visit was at the Dog Haus on the day the LA Dodgers won their 8th World Series in MLB on 10/30/2024. Congrats LA Dodgers!!!

Also, there is a variety of place to eat in this area. The Korean BBQ buffet I have tried feectimes and idea cream shop, and Chinesse Restaurant which is new. Secondly, Chuck cheese customer go to eat after they are in this place. It gets busy in here. There's Brands 4 Less, and I never seen a problem in here. Than other places I frequent.
